The news about the engagement had spread around town like wide fire and Tzuyu couldn't believe that he was going to be a part of it. He had gotten the news first from jo, then Alex. He just couldn't believe his ears.

He made a decision to visit his father immediately after work.

"Easy man... Easy" Alex calmed him at work after letting him know for the second time, confirming it.

It was exactly 7 o'clock when tzuyu left the office, and headed his way to his father's house. When he arrived, he'd shun lots of maids and guards who greeted him and were happy to see him. Straight ahead, he walked and got into the living room, there he met his father reading a newspaper.

"Father"! Tzuyu called out as Mr chou looked up at him.

" son" he replied as usual and laughed, expecting tzuyu to laugh as well but instead he had a long frown.

"Father, why get me engaged all of a sudden with fixed date"!? Tzuyu asked as his father sighed and flipped over the papers.

" it's not fair!" Tzuyu continued "I'm not interested in her father! So if you really want her to get married, help her with some other guy who's willing and count me out"! Tzuyu yelled.

" that's enough"!! Mr chou fired back and closed the newspaper.

"Father, we can work things out somehow, not this way... Please" Tzuyu pleaded "not at the sangs restaurant , please" . His heart beat fast while having sana in mind.

Mr chou had a minute silence before standing up and looked at tzuyu "now listen son" he Began " tomorrow, all road leads to the sangs restaurant and like it or not, the engagement must hold" he said and walked upstairs leaving Tzuyu behind as he groaned angrily hitting his forehead aggressively. The maids panicked at how rude Tzuyu was, to himself.

Tzuyu was on his way home as he thought and would hit his car often time.

"Dammit" he said "fuck, i can't" he hits his forehead and had grew watery eyes.

His phone rang as he looked at the caller ID to see mushroom buddy on display. He picked it up.

"Tzuyu"!

" yes"?

"How did it go"?

" not as thought. It's ok though, I'll try my best to convince him more to change the location "

"Very then, just called to know"

"Ok, thanks alex"

"You welcome dude"

Tzuyu took the phone off his ears as he dropped it on the passengers seat. He couldn't imagine the way things took a fast rapid growth.

The next day, Ethan had accompanied sana home after being discharged from the hospital. She had gained recovery but not fully. At Sana's house, Ethan had taken her in and attended to her whenever she needed his help.

He stayed with her and kept her company till it was 5 o'clock.

"Ethan, i think, you should go home and prepare for the event taking place soon at the sangs" sana advised after noticing how tired to looked.

He smiled and held her hand tightly.

"We don't have to go" Ethan replied.

"But why"? Sana asked.

" you are just recovering from your illness and i need to watch over you" he replied.

"No Ethan, its...its ok..I'm fine"

"That's your language" Ethan said and stood up as he backed her. "You think i don't have feelings too"?

Sana paused and looked at him shocked.

" you think i don't know how sad you are and how bad you want to remain introvert "? Ethan asked.

" but I'm not an introvert " sana defended.

"Right" he nods "true , but the situation that kept you this way made you. It didn't help you in anyway"

Sana sighed "listen Ethan, i want to attend the engagement. I wanna be happy for the couples, i wanna leave here and go feel some air outside"

"Well i could take you somewhere if you want" Ethan said.

"No Ethan, I'd be happy if you accompany me to the sangs restaurant" sana said looking at him. Ethan blinked his eyes. "Please"?

Sana Pov
I and Ethan had arrived at the sangs restaurant just in time and met other workers looking at their best though having on a batch at the right of their wears.

" over there Sanchez and get your tag" a worker had directed another worker who had arrived by the same time we had arrived. Without further question, we moved towards the direction and met two unknown people who asked us some few questions pattering identification, we answered vibrantly and was given our batches. On the batch it had the names of the intending couples for the night but i felt it was unnecessary to look at the batch, after all, i don't know anyone in the restaurant so much except for Ethan.

Ethan turned to me and smiled, i returned it as he helped me step forward. He addressed me like a queen which made me blush uncontrollably. The people on the duty to give out batch admire us and asked if we were truly part of the sangs workers or the lovers yet to be engaged. We looked at each other and laughed.

"No ma'am" i replied to the fair woman who had a questioning smile still, not believing a single utterance from me.

We hadn't turned when, Krystal came with Girly in her arms. I was so happy to see my cat, i missed her, greatly.

"Girly" i called on her and collected her from Krystal who gave me with a warm smile and stood aside. Ethan stood beside me the whole time.

"How are you faring"? Krystal asked.

" very well, thank you" i replied as she nodded.

"Ok then, see you later" she greeted me and made a quick eye contact with Ethan and walked away .

I hugged girly endlessly as we made our way forward to the seat and sat down at a roll we'd felt comfortable with.

The sangs restaurant was unbelievably beautiful and filled with crystal and lustre lights dimming in perfection of an unknown rite. It was colourful, it looked different inside from the usual way it use to be. I love it.

Soon, my admiration was benched with the sudden appearance of rose, who sat beside Ethan looking all exposed on her outfit.

"Hey babe" she said and hugged him , tugging his hair as she looked evilly at me.

Ethan quickly broke off the hug. I guess he still feels my presence and wasn't willing to hurt me. I knew they will have something to say to each other, so i excused them taking my cat along.

Author Pov

"What are you doing here"? Ethan asked angrily as he turned to rose fully.

" what am i doing here? Of course I'm here for the engagement as invited and to keep my daddy company" she said and held his tie with a smile.

He pulled her hands away.

"I have nothing to do with you rose. Our relationship died long time ago. Don't make me do things you won't like" he said.

She bits her lip.

"Do things. I like the sound of that daddy. Besides" she said and stood up as she crossed her arms around his neck "i can't wait for you to make me feel like a whore i am to you and always will"

Ethan scoffed.

She bent a little and drew her lips close to his ears "remember those nights we fucked? I can't stop thinking about it too. It's sure going to be a long time with you, daddy" she said and chuckled as the Mc started with formal greetings of everyone present and rose moved to her seat and sat down fixing her eyes on the stage and Ethan perplexed , turned to rose who had her eyes fixed on the stage. He groaned quietly and had stood up to leave when he almost ran into sana.

"Oh" he said.

Sana smiled "I'm back"

Ethan nods and ushered her to seat after which he sat as well. The show Began..

Stepping up on the stage was a man and a woman holding hands as people clapped and Ethan leaned close to sana as he whispered to her.

"Here, that's one of the richest man in the whole of Korea and Taiwan" Ethan whispered to her.

"Wow" sana said with a nod.

Both couples got close to the Mc.

"Mr chou and Mrs chou, please we want you to say few words and let us know of our next step, please. The MIC's over to you know dear sir and ma" the Mc said and bowed as he handed the mic to Mr chou. The crowd cheered.

Sana Pov
Well, everything seemed to be going fine until i saw the man walk on the stage, he appeared familiar but i couldn't detect where I've seen him. Only then, did Ethan whisper to me, kicking me off my deep thought which amounted to my reply. But something appears clear enough, the fact that his name is chou. My heart raced at it's fastest pace hoping i could think straight and not off the hook.

"This two love birds designed this night for themselves. They've loved and being with each other right from their little age and now they're determined never to leave each other" The familiar man on suit and tie said as the crowd cheered and ethan seemed to be lost in the fun as he clapped loudly.

"Now, I'd like to call them up to address you and let me know how much love they have for each other" he said and handed the mic unto the woman beside him.

"Calling on my beautiful daughter Eunha and her husband husband to be, Tzuyu" the woman said as the crowd clapped and cheered.

Hearing the name "tzuyu" i went numb for some minute. It felt Like i was sent on an exile for days. By the time i had regained my consciousness, the man and woman from earlier were no longer on the stage but instead ....

"Noway" i muttered and covered my mouth as i couldn't believe my eyes. It was so surprising to see tzuyu holding hands with another lady who also appeared familiar but i was too occupied in my thought to give hers a space.

I scoffed .

"Tzuyu? Noway. Can't be" i muttered still, feeling pained greatly.

Author Pov

"I love him so much. With everything I've got. My heart, soul, money, my body , everything. He owns me." Eunha paused and looked at him "i wanna spend the rest of life with you Tzuyu"

The crowd cheered and screamed as Ethan also enjoyed every moment except for sana who had gathered lots of watery eyes while watching the scene unfold.

Eunha made all her speech and hands over the mic to tzuyu. He looked downwards with formed tears in his eyes, he had spotted sana from among the crowd and couldn't believe what he was about doing. Soon, the crowd murmured and questioned why, eunha felt embarrassed at that moment in time.

Tears rolled down Sana's cheek as she smiled still.

"You are such a fool tzuyu chou" she said internally.

Within a few minute, Tzuyu slowly sang a song with beauty repeated outspoken in the song. He looked up to Eunha a held her hand as he kissed them. The crowd screamed and clapped while some others who felt emotional touched, cried.

Sana couldn't believe her eyes. Tears rolled down her eyes uncontrollably. Ethan was lost in the current daze as he clapped with his eyes fixed on the ongoing scene on the stage.

Within a short period of time, he ended his song and the crowd clapped. Tzuyu turned to face the crowd but Eunha interrupted as she jumped on him and kissed him. This made the thrilled audience give a standing innovation as they screamed and clapped, so Ethan did. He was smiling althrough.

Sana had enough of seeing tzuyu kissing another girl as she pushed her chair backwards angrily and picked up her cat and her handbag as she ran out crying.

Ethan, who had heard the sound turned but was shock to see sana running away as people paved way from them. Mr wooki at a distance shook his head. He's been keeping an eyes on them. Rose scoffed "what a waste"

Tzuyu slightly pushed Eunha and turned to the crowd with a fake smile trying to see sana but couldn't find her there. He let out an escape word "ahh"

"Sana"! Ethan called as he ran fast after her since she didn't stop running along the road aisle.

They got to a 3 cross road and it seem as if sana won't stop running and definitely get knocked down by a car. He ran as fast as he can and stopped her. She struggled to get off his tight grip with her clothed tears.

" calm down sana , it's me Ethan. I'm here" he assured as she busted into another series of tears "it ok" he said and hugged her.

Both stood by the roadside as cars drove to and fro. Sana cried dearly on Ethan's shoulder.
