The Hidden Villain Revealed

Bakugo's Point of view:

I'm not staying in this damn pit.

I grit my teeth, muscles burning with frustration as I push off the ground, my arms glowing with the buildup of explosive energy. There's no way I'm letting Deku get away with this. Not now, not ever.

With a deafening blast, I launch myself out of the pit, dirt and debris scattering everywhere. My body hurtles through the air, and I land on solid ground, feet barely skidding as I take off running. There's no time to waste.

Ahead, I can hear the sounds of battle—shouts, explosions, the clash of quirks. The rest of the team is up there, fighting off Aizawa and Vlad King. They're doing exactly what I should be doing, but thanks to Deku's underhanded tactics, I've been sidelined. Not for long.

I weave through the trees, the sounds growing louder with each step. Finally, I break through the treeline and see the chaos unfolding before me.

Vlad King is locked in combat with Class 1A, his massive frame barreling through the students like a wrecking ball. His blood manipulation is on full display, tendrils of red whipping through the air, forcing everyone on the defensive.

Aizawa is nearby, his movements precise and deadly as always. He's evading attacks, neutralizing quirks with that damned scarf of his, but there's something off. He looks... confused, like he's not fully in control of the situation. And that's when it hits me.

It's Deku.

He's been screwing with everyone, even the teachers.

My fists clench, and I charge forward, explosions erupting in my palms as I throw myself into the fray.

Me: OI! Aizawa! Vlad! Get ready to eat dirt!

Vlad King turns just in time to block my blast with a wall of blood, but the force sends him staggering back. Aizawa's eyes flicker in my direction, narrowing as he realizes I'm back in the fight.

Aizawa: Me, what the hell are you doing?

Me: What am I doing? What are you doing? Letting Deku run this whole damn thing!

Aizawa's brow furrows, but before he can respond, there's a sudden flash of movement from the corner of my eye. Deku steps into the clearing, his usual nervous expression replaced with something far more calculated. He's not even trying to hide it anymore.

Finally.

Izuku: Kacchan, you're back. I wasn't expecting you to escape so quickly.

Me: Save it, Deku. You're done.

The entire class freezes, the intensity of the battle coming to a screeching halt as everyone's attention shifts to Deku. His posture is relaxed, way too calm for the chaos surrounding him, and I know exactly why.

Me: Tell them. Tell them what you've been doing this whole time.

Izuku smiles, a small, almost amused curve of his lips. He glances around at the confused faces of our classmates and the teachers, and then he shrugs.

Izuku: Well, I guess it's only fair. After all, there's no rule against it, right?

There's a moment of silence, everyone processing what he's saying. Uraraka takes a step forward, her eyes wide in disbelief.

Uraraka: Izuku... what are you talking about?

Izuku turns to her, his expression softening for a brief moment, but there's still that spark of mischief in his eyes.

Izuku: I've been playing both sides, Uraraka. I decided to be the villain. It sounded more fun than sticking to the hero role.

A collective gasp ripples through the class. I see Todoroki's eyes widen, Yaoyorozu looks utterly stunned, and even Aizawa's grip on his scarf tightens.

Aizawa: Midoriya... you've been sabotaging this entire exercise?... I already suspected this but.... why?

Izuku nods casually, as if he's admitting to something as harmless as a prank.

Izuku: Yeah. I figured the whole hero versus villain setup was too predictable, so I added a little twist. I mean, what's a game without a few curveballs?

Vlad King steps forward, clearly confused, his face scrunched up in disbelief.

Vlad King: You... wait, you've been the one causing all this chaos?

Izuku chuckles, shaking his head.

Izuku: Yup I've been pulling the strings from behind the scenes. Honestly, I'm surprised none of you caught on sooner.

Of course he's enjoying this.

Aizawa looks at Izuku, his eyes narrowing, but there's a hint of frustration there, like he's not sure whether to be impressed or pissed off.

Aizawa: Midoriya... this is supposed to be a training exercise. Do you realize the kind of danger you've put your classmates in?

Izuku tilts his head, pretending to think about it.

Izuku: Hmm... well, I didn't break any rules. Technically, everything I did was within the parameters of the exercise.

Aizawa clenches his jaw, clearly trying to keep his composure. Vlad King, on the other hand, looks like he's about to blow a fuse.

Vlad King: So all of this... all of the traps, the sabotage... it was you?

Izuku nods again, his eyes gleaming with amusement.

Izuku: Yep. Every last one. I've been watching, waiting, and making sure things played out exactly the way I wanted. And now...

He glances around at the exhausted and battered students, a grin spreading across his face.

Izuku: It's time to end this.

Before anyone can react, Izuku springs into action. He moves faster than I've ever seen him move before, darting toward the remaining students. One by one, they fall, trapped, taken down, or knocked out by the relentless onslaught of traps he'd set up earlier.

He's really going all out.

I charge forward, trying to intercept him, but he's already three steps ahead. He dodges my blasts, sidestepping with precision, and takes down another student in the process.

Me: Deku! Stop hiding behind those traps and fight me!

Izuku grins, finally turning his full attention to me.

Izuku: If you insist, Kacchan.

And with that, he charges, not holding back. The clash between us is instant, explosions meeting quick, calculated dodges. But this time, something feels different. Izuku's not just avoiding me—he's pushing me back, forcing me to react to him.

Damn it, Deku...

Before I know it, the rest of the class has fallen, their bodies scattered across the battlefield. Only Aizawa, Vlad King, and I remain standing.

Aizawa: Midoriya... enough.

Izuku stops, panting slightly, but that mischievous gleam in his eyes never fades.

Izuku: Alright. I think that's enough fun for today.... besides this is a fair number 2 villains and 2 heroes left.
