Nova's POV

I practically ran out of his room "thats son of a bitch!!, who does he think he is" I cursed, treating me like I'm some kind of dog.

I got to my room and sat on the floor, I was so mad!!, mad at him violating my pride and more, but mostly mad at myself, disgusted that i liked what he did, that I gave myself up to him.

I say I don't want to sleep with him but I react to his every touch. I've dreamt about it, got lost in my thoughts even touched myself because of it. Its driving me insane.

Yes, I'll accept the fact that some part of me does want to sleep with him but I don't want him to have the last laugh, to have victory over me.

I'm sure he won't do it unless I beg for it first, removing the last ounce of pride I have left but what if he loses interest and throws me out.

I sat there letting my thoughts and feelings run free before heading downstairs to get some water.

I stood at the lower staircase locking eyes with a woman. She was gorgeous, her lips were red and her eyes hazel. She had a good height and nice figure, her hair was wavy and clothes skimpy, I couldn't help but compare.

She stared at me with disgust "who are you?" she snapped, I was about to reply but a voice interrupted me.

"Your replacement" he came down and hugged me from behind resting his chin on my head.

"Replacement?" she asked cockily "this?"

I felt insulted but didn't speak.

"Yes" he replied.

"I'm I not good enough for you that you had to stoop so low to a hu- a girl" she scoffed.

"Oh vicky, no one can ever be good enough for me you of all people should know that" she opened her mouth shocked from his words.

"You aren't needed anymore leave" her surprised face turned to anger "you better know what you're doing hunter" she gritted through her teeth looking at him then at me "have fun being his little play thing" she spat before walking away.

I felt humiliated, it stung so bad, is this what my life has become. I'm always thrown into one new hell.

I sniffed as I tried pushing back my tears. I heard him sigh "are you crying?" he asked pulling me closer.

"Don't worry you aren't the first and you won't be the last" he let go of me and went upstairs.

His harsh words for some reason brought me comfort, I was happy to know this would all come to an end one day.

It was night time and dinner was served, I decided to eat my sorrows away. I gained some weight which was a good thing, living here had its perks.

I noticed that hunter never comes down to eat. Hunter, as much as I hated the way he treated me I liked it at the same time. He brought out something in me that I couldn't control, he's undeniably sexy and undeniably cruel sometimes he scared me but what scared me most was how I felt a very a bad vibe from him likes he's more than what he seems, like he's hiding something.

Done eating feeling like I could explode I went upstairs to take a shower.

I laid on my bed but didn't feel sleepy so I took my phone to see what's trending.

Lately there have been rumors and post of people seeing strange creatures.

I laughed at it, the internet never seizes to amaze me, after a while of using my phone I dozed off.

I jolted up at the sound of something breaking so I quietly tiptoed downstairs to check it out.

I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EYES!!

I stumbled to the ground as I watched a man with giant blank wings snap and rip off a guy's head with his bare hands. There was a pool of blood and three other headless bodies.

I ran out the back door into the woods, its hunter!! thats definitely him. I turned around to check if he was following me and fell to ground when I saw him infront of me.

His eyes were red, nails curved and sharp. His canines like fangs but his wings were no longer there.

"Where do you think you're going" he gave a beastly growl slowly walking to me.

"Stay away from me!!"I screamed moving back.

His voice made me quiver as he gave a chuckle before saying words that made my heart stop.

"That can't happen nova, I'm afraid your time in this world is up".
