Time management which means managing the time sounds simple and easy but it is really difficult to manage all your tasks in the given or specified time. Often, teenagers, even most adults face this issue.

When we are given multiple tasks to complete within a period of time, many people feel stressed and panic, but when you panic it only increases your stress.

As they say "time is more valuable than money." Only when you value and manage time you can succeed in life.

List of Tips for Effective Time Management

•Set goals correctly. Set goals that are achievable and measurable.

•Prioritize wisely. Prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.

•Set a time limit to complete a task.

•Take a break between tasks.

•Organize yourself.

•Remove non-essential tasks/activities.

•Plan ahead.

It is very important for us to know the amount of time we have in hand and the work we need to complete.

Before starting the work or panicking you can take a piece of paper and note the list of things you need to complete and the effective time required for it.

It is not necessary to pressurize yourself and work the whole day, at the end of the day what matters is your determination towards the completion of work.

Time has once gone never comes back so it is really important to plan properly and set realistic goals for completing the task.

These days a lot of us ( maybe even more due to lockdown) procrastinate and delay the work. The more we delay the more our work keeps increasing.

These days time management plays a vital role in our life as all of us are busy with some of the work. Also, time management creates discipline and makes us better people.

Time management is a method to work smarter rather than harder to get more out of your time and resources. Everyone has the same amount of time – 24 hours a day; the key is to allocate appropriate time to your activities based on their importance. It is up to one to utilize it in whatever way one wants.

In simple words, time management means prioritizing the work.

The work which is urgently required to be completed should be done first and then the later one's.

Time management helps you to make the best use of your time and become more productive, it will also make you feel good about yourself.

In conclusion, time management is a very important skill to be learned and to be mastered in order to have a better lifestyle. By managing your well time, you will no longer suffer from stress and your works/tasks will be done on time and with great quality. It is really important to maintain a balance between all your things to be done. Time management is a skill of balancing various things.

So rather than stressing or procrastinating I would suggest you start making a timetable and to-do list. Also, it is important to note that not only making those lists but it is equally important to ensure that you are implementing it, or else there is no use in making those things. So make sure to use your time effectively and stay happy without any stress.
