"What the hell are you doing here?" Adrika could not believe the nerve of this man to just show up on her doorstep.

"I wanted to talk..." Sky was about to say something but Adrika didn't let him.

"Don't you dare finish the sentence. Don't you dare. We finished talking yesterday. Didn't I tell you don't show me your face again unless you have a death wish."

"Rika just listen to me."

"Don't call me that name. I'm Queen Adrika Idivita. I don't give you any right to call me by a nickname. And I don't have anything to listen to you."

"Ok.. You are right.. Everything you did was right. I deserve to... "

"I don't want to give you a chance to apologize either. Get out."

        She slammed the door on his face. Although Sky was totally expecting this, it still hurt. Adrika turned to Emma. She smiled at the red headed girl like nothing happened. As Emma was contemplating what's her next words should be everyone else joined.

"Who was at the door Ree?" Emma asked.

"No one!" Adrika said casually before passing her friend to get to the sitting area.

"No one we know? Or no one we don't know?" Emma asked again.

"No one who will never set foot in this house. And if someone from here wanna talk to them they need to leave the premises." Adrika said calmly yet the fire was visible. Everyone now knew who exactly the two ladies were talking about.

"Really Adrika.. You are willing to go to this length?" Emma asked.

"Yes Emms... We all are! But at this point more than Adrika, more than anyone I want to where your loyalty lies!" Leo asked. They never showed it but their relationship took a toll due to what was happening around them.

"With you... With all of you. And it always will." Emma said without looking away from Leo. "But.. " She looked at Adrika. "We cannot deny that in that ALL Sky is also there. I'm not saying he is not a moron. I can never deny the pain he put you through Adrika. In normal circumstances I would recommend divorce to you. But think practically guys. This isn't a normal circumstance. We don't know what fresh hell we will go through in near future. We may need him. Doesn't matter how discpable human being he is,  it's still your husband, that relation only can be useful."

"I.. " Adrika was cut by Krishn.

"I support Emerald on this Behna! He must not left behind. We might need him." Adrika sighed and sat down.

"If you think so Bhrata Krishn.. But it still Maddy's home and I want all the decisions to be his." She said. Krishn looked at Mads.

"That's a lot of power brother.."

"It's trust bhrata Krishn! I'm trusting myself and my son to the man who always protected us. Doesn't matter what his name!" Adrika cut her brother up.

"Very well then! Maddox! The ball is in your court." Krishn said. Mads looked at everyone one by one. His eyes stayed on Adrika and Aadi for some seconds.

"I do not want him anywhere near Adrika. He has done enough damage. But I do believe we need him. Whatever it is I am not her husband. Not yet at least. And I understand there will be things only a husband can do in our current situation...."

"But captain... " Aadi started to complain.. But Mads stopped him just by raising his hand.

"Aadi let me finish kid! I want him to be clear of his role in this group. I want him to know that he is not here because we forgave him. It's just because we need him. And he has to be made sure to stay away from Adrika unless it's necessary." Mads said.

"Don't worry dude! There are enough of us to keep that dirt bag away." Dean said.

"Great... Then.. Anything else behna?" Krishn asked.

"No. I'm starving. So Aadi and me are leaving with the boys. See you all at Nora's." Adrika said standing up.

"You heard the girl Sammy! Get your ass up." Dean said getting his keys from the key bowl.

"Dean!.... Adrika.. Don't you think you should stay?" Sam said.

"Why? I don't want to do anything with him. The things he need to know can be informed to him in my absence as well. I don't want to deal with this first thing in the morning." Adrika said coldly.

"Sam! Go with them. We will join you shortly." Mads said.

       Adrika was already at the door. Aadi and Dean followed her. With a look at everyone Sam too did. As soon as they opened the door, Sky came running to him but blocked by Dean.

"The people that are willing to talk to you are inside. Don't make me break your pretty face." Dean said in a growling voice.

"Rika.. " Sky tried to call but Adrika just got into the car.

          The ride to Nora's was silent. As they got out and went inside Nora came to welcome them. As bright and warm she always was, she too noticed something was off with them. She gave them a table towards back for them to get some privacy. They all ordered drinks and informed Nora that they will have breakfast after everyone joined.

"We will be leaving for my home in the evening, while we are in town why don't you guys get things that you need for that. Although there is nothing that can't be arranged in my home for you but still.." Adrika said braking the silence.

"I don't feel comfortable leaving baby (his car) here though." Dean said.

"We can leave her with Shully and Ethan. They live in Bubbling Cauldron now." Aadi said.

"Ok. Do you heard anything from Acton yet? I can't stop thinking about him." Dean said.

"Me too. He is alive that for sure but I know he couldn't been in good shape though." Adrika said.

"How do you know he isn't dead?" Sam asked.

"Well if he was dead, Juro would have sand me his head on a pike. Literally." Adrika said amused at her dark humour.

"Mumma! What do you think about your parents reaction would be like to.... Well everything?" Aadi asked.

"I don't know.. The people we are going to meet are my parents... But to be honest I know nothing about them. I knew my parents as businessman and activist. Not wizard and witch. My strict father who didn't let me out of his grasp ever.. My mom.. With who every conversation becomes an argument or a debate.. These people do not sound like them at all." Adrika said looking outside.

"I know it's a jumble of wires to a ticking time bomb now but Adrika, if anyone can pull this through its you." Dean said in his own way of reassuring tone.

"Dean, I have never been this clueless before. I'm a warrior. Give me a battle and I'll be fine. But this.."

"Adrika... Everything will be alright. We all are with you till the very end." Sam said.

           Everyone else joined in some time with Sky. It displeased Adrika to the limit that not even Nora's delicious blueberry pie could not bring her appetite back. The only bite she ate during the whole breakfast was a bite Mads feed her as to make her taste his own cherry pie. It was noticed by both krishn and Sky.

"Adrike you need to eat something. You aren't supposed to stay hungry." Krishn said.

"I don't want anything.. The sight of the food is making me nauseous." As if the que.. Nora came to them.

"Oh.. Upset stomach dear! Don't worry if you don't feel like blueberry today, I know what you need. I'll be right back...." She sang and went away..

"No... Nora... I don't... And she is gone." Adrika said.

"I think I should leave you all be. I will join you at airport in the evening." Sky said getting up.

"Sky.. Sit down. I'm sure My sister didn't lost her appetite because of you. It's the pregnancy. Isn't it right behna?" Krishn said. Adrika didn't answer. "Besides my behna isn't capable of hate. You don't know her as I do." Adrika looked at her brother. Surely there was something more to his words than heard.

"Here you go dearie... My special tart Shepherd's pie. Try this." Nora said excitedly.

"Smells amazing..! Ummm... What in the name of lord you put in there...? It's incredible Nora.. I can finish the whole pie not just one slice." Adrika said stuffing her mouth.

"Oh.. It's just same old Shepherd's pie with some sour fruits like tamarind and raw mangoes. The staff call it the pregnant pie." Nora said and Adrika chocked on it.

"Don't rush dear.. There are a lot for you. Eat as much as you like. I'll pack one for you then." Nora said slapping her her back slightly.

"So it was the pregnancy nausea." Emma said.

"Shut up" Adrika said taking some more bites of the pie.

"So Adrike.. Did you talk to your parents yet about all of us going there? Or we will just barge in while they were having dinner?" Krishn asked.

"If I call Dad will show up here. Demanding reasons. And trust me you don't want my Dad here." Adrika said.

"Trust her Krishn.. You don't." Mads supported.

"Ok.. 'Barge in' it is." Krishn said smiling.

"Did my parents always... " Adrika was cut off by Krishn.

"I cannot give you any more information about the matter than you already have. Have patience behna. You will find out."

"I don't like this ominous tone Krishn you are worrying her a lot." Dean said.

"Worry is good Dean. Keep you on your guard. Certainly you know about it. We can not shield her from anything. Behna we all are here to protect you but the battle is yours. You have to fight it." Krishn said.

"Fight shall I do." Adrika said.

        Sky maybe was with them for a small amount of time but it was clear for him that the woman in front of him wasn't his wife. She was the one who was protecting her wife inside her. He now understood completely that the woman who looked like his wife was an ancient celestial being. If you believe Krishn she was everything living and she is death. Whatever that mean. He was now afraid of her not because how he treated her. He was afraid if she leaves what would happen. With her he would loose the love of his life for ever. His guilt was not how he treated her. It was about he failed his own wife. How he never understood what she was going through. Now that he knew he was determined that he would do anything and everything to assist this woman to get his Adrika back. It will be hard to watch her looking at Mads with the same love filled eyes like his wife used to look at him. But he would stick around. He accepted that this woman was Mads's not his. He was just a companion that would walk with her. Because at the end of the road awaits his love. His wife. His own Adrika.

In the evening

        They were ready for the travel with anxious mind and curious hearts. Leonard and Emma arranged everything in their respective work places for things to run smoothly in their absence. Dean and Sam weren't used to go to places unprepared. Maybe it was the first time they were ever visiting someone's family home. As everyone were busy with preparation Dean found himself sitting alone with Krishn.

"So.. You know these people..?" Dean asked.

"Yes. They are very influential people of my social circle." Krishn said without giving him much information.

"Wait that's it? You know them like I know the president?"

"I met them. You haven't met the president."

"You are making me ask, aren't you?"

"You have to ask the question for it to be answered."

"Fine. Do I need to know something to be around them?"

"Don't trust them. And always have respect. They are extremely powerful."

"How powerful?"

"You will know."

         It didn't took them long of a ride. Well advancement of technology, thought Adrika. Dean was fearful of flying yet he was doing okay with less time consuming and steady ride. The difficult part of travel for him was the old fashioned helicopter ride from the main airport to Adrika's family home. Or castle. Aadi looked really excited about flying as they were approaching the castle it looked a lot like The Island to him.

They all exited the helicopter. The palace was Awworthy.

"What world is this?" Sam asked more like talking to himself.

"This place is old. And the habitants are older than they look. I would trade carefully if I were you." Krishn warned them all.

         They too realised they were in most powerful place they were ever been.

"I didn't even seen this type of things in the city." Dean said.

"Western world is more technologically operated but the eastern world, it's more primal. Authentic. Real power resides here. The supernatural world respect the eastern world. They bow to it's leaders." Krishn said.

"So all this is... Magic?" Sam asked.

"You can say that."

       They needed no more explanation. The castle was on rush to welcome their princess. The heiress of their realm. People were greeting them, bowing to them, touching Adrika. Krishn explained it was a sign of respect. They were touching the energy within her. Until they reached an elderly woman. She was dressed like an assassin in all back. A black cloth was covering her head. She had a hard look on her face but it softened as her eyes landed on Adrika.

"Kesar Maa..." Adrika said as she hugged the woman. She also hugged her.

"Kuwarisa!... It's been ages. Aane ki khabar vijwa dete to..." She said.
(You could have sent a news of your arrival.)..

"Bus kuch na puchhe.. Dad kaha hain?" Adrika said.
(I'll explain later. Where is dad?)

"Pratiksha kar rahe hain." She said finally letting her go. Krishn nudge Sky a little for him to go forward. "Greetings.. Jamaisa! We are delighted to have your presence here." Kesar Maa gave Sky a formal greetings.

"Mom.... " Mads said as he went to her and gave her a bear hug.

"My son... My precious son..... Never thought I would see this moon face today.. Mera Baccha!" Kesar Maa said showing such warm emotions. "I lost you to the duty and debt to this family. But you are my only reason of life my baby.. I wish I could say that to you everyday."

"And you are my strength. You taught me that we all have place in this world. Your place is here. My place is with my Kuwarisa. But at the end of the day I will come back to you mom. Always has and always will." Mads said.

"This is Mads's mother?" Leo asked.

"Razai Maa... But yah. She is his mother." Krishn said.

"What's that?" Dean asked.

"Razai Maa is someone who is like a wet nurse. They are the women who give their own milk to infants if the biological mother can't feed the newborn or die during child birth. Usually they are hired by the family in exchange of money. But Kesar amma raised Mads as her own since Adrika's father gave him to her as a 3day old baby. Kesar Amma lost her baby somedays prior. Suddenly Kakasa(Adrika's father) brought home a 3day old baby boy. Kesar Amma begged on her knees for the baby. But she didn't knew Kakasa brought the boy for her. His most trusted companion." Krishn said.

"You know an awfully lot about everything." Emma said.

"It's my job to know. Now.. Buckle up. We were about to meet some people who you rarest of rare had the opportunity to see."
