Adrika's POV

         I got my one element back. Doesn't matter how painful it was, I felt good to finally going somewhere. Otherwise I was started to feel like I was stuck. I liked having the boys here. They were funny and sweet. I woke up early as usual Mads wasn't there on the couch. I did felt guilty making him sleep on my couch but before I could say anything Emma went away with Leo. So I didn't had much option. I really wasn't ready to sleep alone yesterday. 'Maybe he is on the run' I said to myself and went to kitchen for a cup of tea. I made myself a cup and started making breakfast. Thank God Adrika had this collection of tea here. After a while I saw Sam coming down. He didn't saw me. He may be just woke up with messy hair, loose t shirt and sleepy walk looked like a big innocent lion. It was really cute.

"Hy Sam.. You are awful early." I said he turned to me and said while removing his long hair from his face

"Oh.. Hi Adrika.. Good morning. Yah.. Early.. No. I'm late actually. I meant to wake up a little earlier and go for a run in woods. But it is late for that." He came to the kitchen.

"Tea? Or coffee?"

       I asked him as he sat on the counter. Dean definitely felt like a older brother and after yesterday I know why. But Sam was different. Around him I felt like I was with a childhood friend. Easy and happy.

"Umm tea? How very English of you!" He said.

"Actually indian." I said.

"Yah.. Right. Sorry. I think I would like to have tea. I never have it but as with an expert like you, I think it is the right opportunity to try." He said. I smiled at him and went to the tea cabinet.

"We have a large collection here? Which one you want?" I asked.

"I don't know, what you are having?" He asked looking at all the teas with amazement.

"Oolong and sage. It is quite mild for you to actually taste anything, as you don't know the taste of tea. So as it is your first time I would go with an Earl Grey, it is not strong like Assam black tea or a traditional Indian black tea but strong enough so that you will get a good taste and Peppermint for even if you don't like the taste of tea, it will help you drink it." I said taking two tea bags. I made the cup for him as I turned to him he was looking at me.

"What?" I asked smiling.

"Nothing.. It's just.. I was thinking if the Adrika in our world would be as lovely as you are. " He said shaking his head.

"I would not know. Here.. Your very first cup of tea." I gave him the cup and he took a sip. I saw a smile on his face with his eyes closed. Hmm the tea magic.

"Unmmmmm... Wow... Why the hell I never tried it?" He asked me.

"Because Americans can't handle a sophisticated drink like tea?" I said with a smirk.

"Oh.. Really?" He said.

"Of course.. Even coffee. Look at what you done to the classic coffee. Adding cream, then marshmallow.. Seriously.. It's coffee. Drink it as a coffee. And the thing that you called Chai tea. First of all chai means tea. So chai tea mean tea tea.. What the hell. And that thing is an insult to the classic Indian tea." I said. We both laughed at it.

"Ok.. I agree. America ruin drinks." He said.

"Thank you." I said. "Ok what do you wanna eat?"

"You don't have to cook." He said.

"I want to. Now. I have fruits, pancakes, omelet and sandwiches. You anything else?" I asked mixing pancake batter.

"Perfect." He said.

        We talked about his schools, his life in Sanford University, then as hunter. My life in India. Then medical school in Philadelphia. My life as a doctor then in Mahabharat. Then we talked about books, lores. Anything and everything. I didn't talked so much in years. This was another reason to like having the brothers around. I finally had someone to talk lightly about. When Leo came to take coffee for Emma and him, he didn't bothered us. Maybe he thought I was finally opening up because I saw him smiling when he was going into the room. I was about to finish when Dean came in.

"What you nerds talking about?" He said coming to the kitchen. "Umm.. Smells nice. Pancakes from scratch? Adrika did I tell you that you are awesome?"

"Three times actually." I said. He gave me a side hug before looking into Sam's cup.

"Dude you are drinking tea?" He asked him.

"She is a tea expert and have a large collection." Sam said.

"Really?" Dean asked me.

"Yah Dean, see. She thought i would like this one. And I do. God it's so amazing." Sam said.

"I need my morning Caffeine. That usually a strong cup of black coffee. But as Sammy got me so hyped up, why don't I too try. Do you have anything for me?" Dean asked.

"I could make you a strong masala chai but I don't have milk now. So how about a cup of strong Assam Black tea and Smoked Lapsang Souchong. It will give you a smokey flavor like coffee." I said. I got the taste for tea from my Maa. And after living with Droupadi who adored and mastered the art of tea brewing. I think I could say my self an expert.

"Sounds delicious." Dean said and I went away to get his tea bags.

General POV

        Dean smiled at her as she danced her way to the tea cabinet. Sam looked at his brother amused. Dean Winchester was being soft for a girl he just met.

"You never had tea. What if you don't like it?" Sam asked.

"Doesn't matter. I will still drink it. Look how passionate she is over these small thing. She doesn't have big goal or event in her life to be happy about. If these little moments makes her happy I want to give her that. Hi.. You never know I might like it." Dean said.

"It's strange how it doesn't felt like we just met her. I feel protective of her. You know I share everything that happened in Stanford with her." Sam said.

"It is. But we can't deny that she did a lot for us in these short period. She gave us a roof over our head, bed to sleep, hot food. And such care. Like a family. We never had this in our life. Except for Jody. So if I can kill for Jody. I could kill for Adrika." Dean said.
(Jody is a character in the show, who isn't related to them but is a mother figure to the boys.)

"I didn't ask you to kill anyone... Yet." Adrika said catching the last line of Dean.

"That's my girl." Dean said. Adrika smiled while making the tea.

"Here." She gave a cup to Dean and both Sam and she looked at Dean expectedly.

"It is surprisingly nice. I love it. For real." He said the last part looking at his brother who just shook his head.

"Glad you like it. Now let's set the table for breakfast. You two help me." Adrika said.

"Yah Sammy help the girl. " Said Dean before sitting at the table.

"Good morning guys." Mads yelled entering the house.

"Maddy... You were away for so long." Adrika said.

"Sorry.. I run into Nora and helped her opening the cafe. She sent this raspberry pie for you." Mads said giving Adrika the box of pie.

"Did you really bring pie?" Dean asked.

"Oh.. You will love it. Nora's pie are incredible." Adrika said while taking it out.

"I'll be here in 10." Mads said while holding Adrika while she was cutting the pie and kissed the side of her head.

"Umm.. Go get in shower. You are all sweaty." Adrika said but didn't physically react. After Mads went away Dean asked.

"Adrika if you don't mind.. What's Maddy's deal?"

"What do you mean?" Adrika asked sitting down as Sam said he would bring all the food himself.

"You know. He is protective of you. He is physically close to you. You seem easy with this intimacy. It clearly seem like he loves you." Sam said setting the juice jug and glasses down.

"Well it's complicated. How do I put it... Ok.. He is my protector. In royal families a man is vowed to protect the crown prince or princess, through out their life. They don't get married or have any kind of relationships other than that princess or prince. It's cruel. Believe me I would rather die than let someone choose such life for themselves over me. But this is how things work. Mads took this oath of protection on my birth. So basically I'm his only family. And he has seen me grow up, so I'm also easy with him around." Adrika said.

"He choose to be with you rather than have a family. Sounds love to me." Dean said.

"It's complicated than that. I could understand Adrika being easy around Mads but how You, queen Adrika is ok with it. He is practically a stranger to you." Sam said.

"You are right. I should feel conscious. But oddly I don't. I don't even arrange my clothes when he enter the room. Which is a subconscious thing for girls." Adrika said.

"Maybe some questions aren't meant to be answered." Sam said. Leo and Emma came out of their room.

"Sorry Ree. Important meeting." Emma said sitting down.

"No problem. Sam was with me the whole time." Adrika said.

"Thank you Sam. Did you guys sleep well?" Leo asked.

"Very. So what's the plan for today?" Dean asked.

"Let Maddy come. I will share some details I found out about Juro." Emma said taking a glass of juice.

"You did? God I so wanted to believe he is clean." Adrika said.

"This Juro character.. Who exactly is he?" Dean asked.

"Well he can have a lot to do with all these or nothing at all but believe me Dean my gut is telling me he has something. He has this control over me.. " Adrika felt a chill down her spine just by thinking about her meeting with Juro.

"He is this unrealistically handsome man. With dark aura. But he has this charm that can make any woman weak on her knee. Normal woman. Adrika should not be affected by it but what we learned he had her wrapped around his fingers on their first meeting." Emma said.

"Did he do something to you?" Sam asked with concern.

"No. But what he did was worse. He made it clear to me that if he decide to do something he could. And I could do nothing about me. You know the worst part he made sure I'm aware of it." Adrika said. Everyone were silent. Adrika never mentioned it before.

"He can't do anything to you. I'll make sure of that." Mads said from the entrance of his room.

"I know Maddy. But I'm not used to be protected. It always been my job." Adrika said.

"Untill you get your powers back. You need it." Mads said and sat down. "What you have on him anyways Emma?"

"Nothing. But.. This nothing has a lot of something." Emma said.

"What does that even mean?" Dean asked.

"It means the people who work for them don't live more than two years. Every two years they take new people in and old ones just disappear. That's why no one knows nothing about this man." Emma said.

"How can in a advanced world like this people just disappear and no one question it?" Sam asked.

"This world is advanced but also a lot dangerous. People get vanished and it get blamed on creatures." Mads answered.

"Anyway so only person who knows anything about him is Acton. Rumor has he practically raised Juro. If anyone knows anything he has." Emma said.

"So it's like asman se gire aur khajur main atke." Adrika said and Mads sniggered. All the others looked at them confused.

"It means out of the fire into the frying pan." Mads cleared out.

"But Ree... Acton likes you. Remember he said you remind him of his daughter. It will be easy for you to get info out of him. " Emma said.

"Have you not seen the man Emma.. He is like a walking symbol of vigilant. He would know if I trick him." Adrika said.

"Then don't trick him. He lives alone. No security, no assistants. You talk to him. Keep him busy. We will find information in his house." Leo said.

"But he knows all of you. He will keep eye on you... Unless.. If I take some lowly, newbie intern who has no friend he can tell them about me meeting Acton. That will be convincing." Adrika said looking at Dean.

"Why I have this feeling that this Dumb loner intern is me?" He asked sarcastically earning laugh from everyone.

"You just have to snick in... " Dean cut Emma

"That I can do. But this dude must have massive house."

"That's why you should let me finish. You  need to put a button like device on his parent camera." Emma finished.

"Then when Adrika returns we can see where Acton goes. If he knows anything or Juro is involve in any way, he must go to the place where he hid this evidence." Mads said.

"You are right." Sam said. "So now. How will Adrika and Dean go there?"

"Leave it to me." Emma said.

"God this pie. It's amazing.. It's the best pie I eat in this world." Dean said a little too loud. As everyone looked at him and Adrika just smiled as she made him pie last night. "Oh no no.. Adrika.. Yours is great.. Seriously.."

"Not helping Dean." Sam said to his brother.

"Yah it's no big deal. I know Nora's pie are incredible. But I make a very good chicken." Adrika said messaging Dean's forearm.

"Oh.. Your chicken is incredible. Even this pancakes." Dean said.

         After breakfast Emma went to her room to do some research. Adrika and the brothers sat in her room while Mads and Leo were out. After a while of Adrika explaining about the doubts both the brothers had Emma came and gave her some things before leaving again.

"Right.. Here are the IDs you are going to use here. You two are Maddy's distant cousins. Sam and Dean Winchesters." Adrika gave them two cards while using gloves. When they touched the cards a robotic  voice said  "ID activated".

"They remember your fingerprints." Adrika explained.

"Awesome." Dean said observing the card.

"Here are your expense cards. It works like a credit card just it is activated by your fingerprints, if you have the bank account linked to it. But in this case as you don't have one. It will be linked to my account. So.. " Adrika said and took out the cards from the covering with her bare hands. Again the robotic voice said "expense card activated".

"Adrika you don't have to do this." Sam said. The expense card was more than necessary favors he could accept from this little known girl.

"She doesn't?" Dean asked his brother.

"Come on Dean. She already done enough for us. We can't take money from her." Sam said.

"I get you sam.. But think practically, you are stranded here. And if we get to solve this then we need our maximum effort. There will be time where I will not be around you. How will you get by without money? Here money don't have a physical shape. Everything is paid by this. And also you need one with your id linked. I know you guys are resourceful but you can't just steal one here."

         Adrika said. She liked the boys. They were really sweet and did remind her of her brother in laws. Sam reluctantly took one card. Dean being very pragmatic didn't had a problem taking it. When Emma was ready with her research all of them went to the town to meet Leo and Mads. Emma informed that she sent Mads for some work and now she needed to go to Bubbling Cauldron to pick up Leo. Adrika and boys took this opportunity to shop for some clothes and shoes for them. It was also a great opportunity for her to show them how these cards work. When they were finished, Mads called her and asked her to wait outside as he was close. To astonishing everyone Mads came riding a bicycle. With some casual wear he looked incredible.

"What are you doing on it?" Adrika asked as he stopped in front of them.

"Emma said to bring a Bicycle. They are waiting for us at Nora's."

     Mads said clearly not knowing why Emma asked him to buy a bicycle of all things. When they reached the cafe Emma and Leo were waiting for them. After warm greetings from Nora they all sat down for the plan.

"So.. Spill it Emms.." Adrika said.

"Ok... So here it is. Acton lives alone near the green park. I checked. No security. No guards. Not even a maid. The man lives by himself." Emma said.

"My suspicion that he isn't some corporate guy has becoming clearer." Adrika said.

"But you can't expect her to just to to his house." Dean said.

"Of course. So every Saturday afternoon Acton go for a run in green park. I was thinking if she could meet him there." Emma said with uncertainty.

"I got it now. I will go for some chill out with my dear husband. We will accidentally come across the business friend in a casual social place. While the busy husband will get a call of urgency and will left behind the devastated wife who just want some of his time and nothing else. Who in the right mind would not invite the emotional girl who is left in the hand of a new intern, for a coffee?" Adrika said with a wicked smile.

"That's sinister.." Dean said.

"Thank you dean. Emma you have to talk to Sky." Adrika said.

"He will do it.. But.. Ree should not you talk to him.." Emma said.

"I already have a lot to do and seriously don't have any patience for his mood swings. We got to solv.. " She stopped as her eyes fall on Mads who was looking at her smiling. "Maddy?"

"Nothing.. It's just.. It's the Adrika I know." Mads said causing Adrika to looked at him little more intensely. "From books and stories." He quickly added to cover his mistake. He almost let slip his identity.

"You are right.. I am playing victim for quite a long time now. It's about time I stop this and be the person I was supposed to be. The person I'm." Adrika said. Maddy was looking at her and he grinned like he remembered something.

       As much as Adrika didn't wanted to go back to the city house, she needed to because next day was Saturday. She needed to discuss the plan with Sky and introduced him to Sam and Dean. She was relieved that she wasn't going to be alone. Everyone else were with her.

      Yesterday wasn't quit great for Sky as well. After Adrika left office he realised she acted just like his Adrika. Every time he behave like an idiot and promise himself that he would never do that again. That he would say sorry to her. But when they were together he couldn't help but remember she was the reason his Adrika wasn't with him. Maybe she didn't do anything on purpose but it was her. He came to home that day to finally tell her to stay out of his life. He may help her here and there but he couldn't just pretend like nothing happened. But she wasn't there. Where was she? Cedric informed that she never came back. He called Mads. He just disconnected his call. Emma and Leo didn't pick up the phone either. He was worried for her. But was not sure why. He called Emma again and again. She was his best friend. Surely she would not let him suffer. But he knew Emma was extremely stubborn, and now a days was not in a very loving mood with him either.  After a long while of wait she picked up the call to inform that they are at retro to meet the professor and will be late. But they did not return at all. Surprisingly it did not bother him but that thing that bother him was they left without him. He was excluded from the most important thing that was happening in his life.

"Why it is bugging me so much.. That's what I wanted. I wanted her to leave me alone now why I'm being angry about it. Stop being so two faced Sky Nikolai. You don't want anything to do with her. Let her do what she has to. She is not your wife." He said to himself.

      He would just provide the help she needed. He wasn't ready to accept the fact that the main reason he was so eger to accept Emma's proposal of helping them in their plan with Acton was the happiness he was actually feeling because she was coming home.
