Cinderella

Hi guys so I am doing, loads of different fairy tales. So if you have a fairy tales you would like me to do, please leave a comment, and then I'll do the best of my ability to do that story for you. Once again unfortunately these characters do not be long to me, they belong to Jk Rowling. Also this story doesn't. I mean the Cinderella story.

When Ginny opened her eyes she was wearing a ripped dress, and was sitting on the floor leaning against the wall. It was night time, the stars above her were gleaming brightly. The remainder of salty tears stained her cheeks, even though she wasn't crying. She looked around, there was no sign of Harry anywhere. Then all of a sudden a great jolt of light lit up the darkness, and a hand grabbed her shoulders. Ginny turned around it was Hermione.

"Oh, Cinderella, do not worry my child, for I am your fairy godmother, and I can make all of your dreams come true." Hermione said, she was wearing the dress she had wore to the Yule ball, and her hair done up tight in a bun, with a couple of loose strands running down her shoulders.

Ginny knew exactly what this was, she was in the story of Cinderella. But if she was Cinderella were was Harry, he had to be the Prince. In her mind Ginny was fuming, Harry had gotten her into this mess, he would have to get her out. She had to get to him now.

"You shall go to the ball Cinderella." Hermione said gleefully. "But firstly I need you to get me six white mice, a rat and a lizard." Hermione looked around and saw the garden, gleaming in the cemetery was a great big Orange pumpkin. "I would also like you to get me that pumpkin from the garden." She continued.

Ginny had no clue were these things were, I mean of course she had read this story but, she couldn't navigate her way through there. She felt over the tattered and ripped dress, she didn't have her wand. Great, she thought. After what seemed like hours she finally, caught the mice, the rat, and she found a lizard behind the water well. She placed them on the ground next to Hermione. Then she set towards the garden for the pumpkin. It was so heavy, she couldn't lift it. She managed however to turn it on it's side, and roll it towards the fairy godmother.

"Right let's get to work then." Hermione said. With a phew swishes of her wand, the mice turned into six beautiful horses, the lizard turned into a footman, and the rat turned into the coachman. Then with one great swish of her wand the pumpkin, turned into a luxurious sliver glistening coach. Lastly she waved the wand the length of Ginny's frame. Ginny's hair fell down in waves over her shoulders, her ripped dress into a beautiful cascading blue dress, and her frayed fabric shoes turned into, gorgeous clear glass slippers.

"Thank you so much Herm.......I mean fairy godmother." Ginny said.

"Oh no problem dear. But I must warn you, when the clock strikes twelve, everything will return to it's normal strait, you must be back at midnight."

The lizard helped Ginny into the coach. As the figure of the fairy godmother drifted from Ginny's view she could make out her saying out the words twelve o'clock. Now Ginny's mind was set, she had to find Harry at the ball.

She finally made it to the ball, and the lizard helped her out, she thanked him and dashed up the long staircase, into the ballroom. The person who usually stood there to call out the guests names had already gone, she must be late.

Ginny peered over the top of the landing, she couldn't see Harry anywhere. Then she noticed that all the yes in the ballroom were watching her. She, very self consciously made her way down the staircase. Out of the corner of her eye she saw a man with raven hair make his way towards her. Turning towards him, she realized it was Harry, she was making her way towards him, when a hand fell gently touched her shoulder.

She then swiveled back in her original position, it was the Prince. And it was Malfoy.

He bowed in front of her, and ever so lightly kissed her hand. She hadn't really noticed before how handsome he really was.

"May I have this dance?" He asked, it was the first thing she heard him actually say, without any menace in his voice.

Ginny curtsed to him and said. "Yes, you may." I mean come on how could she refuse him, I mean he was the Prince.

Malfoy bent down and whispered in her ear. "You are absolutely breathtakingly beautiful." He said which caused her to blush. They danced for a long time. The Girls in the room glared at her hatefully, and then when Malfoy spun her around she caught site of Harry now full in view. She couldn't help but laugh. Harry was indeed one of the ugly step sisters, and Ron the other. The both wore obnoxious bright dresses, so large they could have fitted a whale in them. And they both had, hideous wigs, Harry's of course raven black, and Ron's red, which were tightly swirled on there heads.

Then as if it were a nightmare the clock struck midnight. Ginny dashed out of the ball room, and ironically a glass slipper fell off of her foot, on her flee down the staircase. She leaped into the carriage. Until she remembered she'd forgotten about Harry, she was going back to get him when she saw the Prince was right behind her. So she left Harry behind, I mean he'd have to come back to the house anyway. Halfway back home however, the carriage started to slow down, slower and slower it went. There was nothing, only a pumpkin, and the animals that were there before, and one glass slipper.

Ginny tore for home at a fast sprint. Then however, much unlike how the story was originally, Draco who was riding on horse back, saw everything that happened, and knew that Ginny, indeed used magic. Yet he couldn't care less, he galloped after Ginny and grabbed her, scooping her by her waist, onto his lap. He looked her in the eye, and slowly kissed her. He slid off of his horse, and knelt down to Ginny slipper in hand and placed it on her foot.

The night, flashed green and blue, Malfoy disappeared, and then Ginny found herself in a totally different place.
