SAM'S ARRIVAL TO SHOREHAVEN shocked Lennon to say the least but she admits it's nice having company in her large house since her mother left for the business trip.

Lennon gets up from her nights slumber seeing Sam making some breakfast in the kitchen shirtless and basically making himself at home.

After Lennon asked him the real reason why he flew over and left Allira in Tasmania.

The 22 year old explained both Allira and himself didn't want her to be alone especially with her father's death hitting the two year mark.

Lennon was behind thankful for him and her sister knowing the engaged couple can go through months of being apart and still falling even more in love with one another.

"So, L, what's on for today?" Sam asks handing the blonde girl a plate full of food.

"Uh, the teams camp is on tonight, I have a bad feeling something will go down but I have Poppy so I'm thankful" Lennon explains munching on the breakfast the male just prepared for the two of them as Lennon looks at her future brother in-law.

"Oh, is there enough for another bowl?" Lennon asks as Sam looks at her confused but nods.

"Why's that?" Sam asks curiously, seeing Lennon smiling walking towards the door to let Baxter into her house.

Baxter smiles before noticing the unknown person at the kitchen counter.

"Bax, this is Sam, Sam, Bax" Lennon says pointing at the two boys before smiling and dragging Baxter upstairs towards her room to get ready for the day.

"So, plans for today?" Lennon asks adjusting her bikini in the ensuite bathroom.

"I was gonna go and see Summer to see how she's going since the whole Byron drama" Baxter explains.

Lennon frowns before stepping out from the bathroom walking towards the male.

"Oh, that sounds nice, can you tie me up please?" Lennon asks turning around to allow Baxter to fix her bikini on her back, which Baxter happily does.

"You're welcome to come but I'm sure Sam would wanna hang out you know?" Baxter shrugs not noticing the confused look off Lennon.

"Well the camp is tonight so I could meet you and Summer there possibly?" Lennon asks receiving a nod from the pink haired male.

Who claps and gets off her bed saying his goodbyes to the disappointed girl looking at herself in the mirror.

"See you later" Baxter calls out leaving out the front door as Lennon flops onto her bed exhaling.

Sam frowns seeing his future sister in law lying on her bed scrolling through her phone frowning.

"Lenny, you okay?" Sam asks knocking on the girls door.

"Hmm, I don't know, Baxter ditched me for Summer" Lennon shrugs getting off her bed and walking towards her closet to get her back for the night's activities.

"I'm sure he didn't ditch you Lenny" Sam states, "Unfortunately he did, he said and I quote 'Sam would wanna hang out'" Lennon shrugs looking at her brother in law who chuckles.

"Uh, yes, he's jealous" Sam states smirking at the wide eyed blonde who walks downstairs getting a few minor snacks for Poppy and herself.

"I'll see you later Sam" Lennon says waving goodbye to her sister's boyfriend who waves back.

"Call or text me if you need anything" Sam states receiving a salute from the girl.

Who smiles seeing Poppy, Marlon and Manu waiting outside for her, "Hey ya'll" Lennon says putting her board in the back of the Volkswagen.

"Hi Len" Poppy says smiling at her best friend, "Hey Leno" Marlon says politely towards his ex girlfriend.

Lennon gets out of the van rushing her things over towards the campsite before skipping beside Bodhi not expecting Marlon and Poppy kissing quickly.

Lennon looks at Bodhi confused and a little betrayed by the both of her friends.

"Come on Bodes" Lennon says receiving a nod from the curly headed girl.

Poppy smiles at them both dropping her things inside the three person tent.

BAXTER AND SUMMER SMILE at one another after spending half of the day together making and fixing the purple shaped board the boy has been making.

"So, are you going to tell me what made you wanna make a surfboard?" Summer asks running her fingers over the soft surface of the board.

Baxter shrugs, "Just felt like it since the moves been a massive fresh start for my sisters and I" Baxter states seeing Summer smiling at him walking closer.

Before the boy can say anything else Summer launches at him smacking their lips together gently.

Receiving a frown from the boy he backs off.

"Um sorry, I'm not into you like that" Baxter explains seeing the embarrassment flooding through Summer's cheeks.

"Oh shit, I'm so sorry" Summer mumbles seeing Baxter's shocked look.

"It's fine, it's just I'm into someone already" Baxter explains smiling softly at the thought of the certain blonde he likes.

"Lennon?" Summer smiles seeing the blush form on the boys cheeks at the girls name.

Baxter softly nods, "You can't tell her though" Baxter states pointing at Summer who raises her hands in surrender and chuckles.

"I promise I won't say anything, but trust me; tell her" Summer states nodding.

"We really should get to this camp, Lennon will be waiting for us" Summer states.

"Oh now she wants to go, but yes Lens will be waiting for us" Baxter nods following the brunette out of the shed.

ELO COMES OUT OF her tent after setting up, "How good is this?" Elo shouts capturing everyone's attention.

"The surf is pumping and we've got two days of paradise, now guys listen, this is our last chance before nationals to hone technique and stamp out bad habits" Elo states snatching a bag of potato chips out of her Griffin's hands.

"I'll also be finalising pairing combos, one team might have to be a trio though, find out who works together and who doesn't" Elo explains coming towards Lennon, Poppy and Bodhi's tent helping the three girls set up.

Bodhi looks at Lennon who's got a distant look on her face before looking at Poppy betrayed for the blonde girl.

Yes Bodhi and Marlon might have dated but they weren't anything serious unlike Lennon and Marlon.

Bodhi can't imagine what hurt Lennon is feeling at the moment and especially since what today is for her as well.

Summer and Baxter come into the camp laughing and talking amongst one another.

"What? It's not funny" Summer states dragging her surfboard behind her.

"You guys are late" Elo states unimpressed, "Elo, my favourite sister, how you doin'?" Baxter asks seeing the annoyed look on his eldest sister's face.

"Wait no, let me guess, hill springs for all" Baxter states pointing at the older brunette woman leaning into Summer's shoulder.

"Don't listen to him, we're here to work" Summer states.

"Mmm, I should hope so, after the disaster of that photoshoot, no sprints, you two are gonna be cooking and cleaning for all of us for the whole time we're here" Elo smirks.

"Are you serious?" Baxter asks, "Yeah" Elo confirms before turning towards the group once more seeing Lennon, Bodhi and Poppy sitting around the campfire together.

"Okay, guys, frothlords, let's hit the beach" Elo states as the team cheer in celebration of going towards the beach to surf.

Lennon looks towards Summer and Baxter seeing them smiling at one another.

Unaware of the heated gaze from the blonde girl, Wren sees the look on Lennon's face and taps her motioning to the beach and walk alongside her.

Which Lennon nods and walks beside the girl, hearing the waves haunting her name because of the days memory a few years ago.

Lennon watches as everyone surfs with smiles on their faces, Elo notices the girl sitting on the sidelines watching from afar.

"Lennon, are you okay?" Elo asks noticing the girl wiping a tear away from her cheek.

"Mhm-hmm, sorry" Lennon mumbles running into the water to avoid questions on why she's crying.

'Come on my little mermaid, you've got this' her father's voice says in the distance earning a soft smile from the dirty blonde.

Lennon watches and picks the perfect wave before zoning out and flowing through water.

Not noticing the people on the shoreline panicking about the girls whereabouts.

Lennon breaks away from the surf and lets the deep blue swallow her whole for a few minutes before she resurfaces letting out a few shocked and panicked coughs before paddling into the shore seeing the relieved faces of her team mates.

"Oh my gosh, Lennon, you freaked me out" Poppy says embracing her best friend in a much needed hug.

Bodhi and the rest of the team embrace the girl before Baxter walks up towards her as she looks up at him maintaining eye contact with the panicked boy.

"Never scare me like that again, when you didn't resurface, I thought I- we lost you" Baxter says clearing his throat.

"Sorry Bax" Lennon says wiping the salt water from her face before hugging the pink haired boy with a much needed hug from him.

Poppy and Bodhi watch from the side of them seeing the red spots underneath the girls eyes knowing the meaning behind today and what happened two years ago with her and her father.

"Lenny, he'd be so proud of you" Poppy says as Bodhi nods agreeing with the long haired brunette with frosted strips.

"Thanks girls" Lennon mumbles before standing beside them.

"What did you get up to this morning?" Bodhi asks seeing if their friend would lie to their faces.

"Me? Uh, just took the longboard out" Poppy explains as Lennon squints seeing Summer standing beside everyone else and tapping the two close friends and rushing over towards the American.

"Hey Sum" Lennon says noticing her broken board, "You broke your board?" Summer asks annoyed with the blonde girl since the boy she likes, likes her instead.

"Yeah, I wasn't watching where I was going and went into a sandbar and snapped the board" Lennon shrugs before seeing the scowl on the brunettes face.

"Sum, you okay?" Lennon asks, "Oh my god, leave me alone you pick me bitch" Summer snarls walking away from Lennon.

Leaving the blonde girl so confused on what just happened seeing Wren looking at her in shock.

Lennon shrugs and walks away from the scene walking towards Wren and the others smiling at them completely ignoring her so called American friend.

Bodhi walked over to Lennon frowning at her before going into the water to surf knowing the girl won't be able to surf now due to her broken board.

"She straight up lied to my face about Marlon" Bodhi states earning a shocked look from Lennon before she nods towards the water seeing the girls running out to surf.

"Hey Elo, sorry about my breakdown earlier, my dad died two years ago today and it's just been rough" Lennon explains.

"I'm so sorry for your loss Lennon, sucks about your board" Elo says looking at the snapped board.

"Yeah it does, but don't worry I have my dad's board at home, I can use" Lennon nods seeing the wide smile off Elo who nods happy with what the girl just told her.

Poppy motions Lennon over seeing Wren and Bodhi talking bad about Summer and mentioning a blonde sook as well.

"Hey, I just wanna let you know since you're my best friend, Marlon and I kissed and I really like him Lenni, of course if it makes you uncomfortable I won't continue the relationship" Poppy states.

Lennon smiles at her happy best friend, "Oh Pops, I don't mind I was waiting for you to come and tell me, I saw you kissing at the start of the day" Lennon shrugs smirking at the shocked girl who playfully slaps Lennon's arm.

"Go for it, if Marls looks after you and makes you happy, I'm down for it" Lennon shrugs embracing her best friend in a hug and walking back towards the campsite with the other teammates.

Baxter walks over to Lennon's tent seeing her lying down in it reading a book.

"Hey, I'm gonna take off, had a fight with Elo, I'll see you soon princess" Baxter states pecking Lennon's forehead receiving a nod from the blonde girl who smiles at the boy.

"You okay?" Lennon asks noticing the look on his face, "I'll explain later, I just really need to get out of here" Baxter states softy tapping the girls wrist and walking over towards the exit.

Summer frowns seeing the boy leaving before rushing after him.

Lennon rolls her eyes knowing the brunette is trying to one up her with caring for the boy.

Summer smirks coming back into the campsite seeing Lennon's look.

Lennon looks at her confused why she's suddenly Summer's worst enemy.

But shrugs and goes back to reading her book seeing Poppy smiling at her happy with her best friend's approval to date Marlon.

Elo calls out for the group to come join in on the team bonding session at the campsite fire.

"Alright, pull out a name and give some constructive criticism about that person's form, Poppy, you go first" Elo explains.

Poppy gets out a name on the paper, "Um, Summer" Poppy states looking up at the group.

"Summer is totally fearless, it's actually pretty amazing to be around, but; she's not very good at reading the conditions and she has this habit of dropping in on people when it's really not her wave" Poppy states.

Wren chuckles receiving looks from both Ari and Lennon, "Okay, Summer, that means you're next" Elo states as Ari hands Summer the hat of names.

"Wren, of course" Summer states, "This should be interesting" Wren states looking at her boyfriend and his cousin.

"Uh, Wren's an amazing surfer-seriously, footwork, stance, turns, it's all perfect, technically" Summer says looking at Wren.

"And if there was something negative?" Elo asks tilting her head, "She has zero soul" Summer states.

Griffin chuckes amused by the situation as Lennon, Ari, Bodhi and Poppy all look at her shocked, "Summer, seriously?" Bodhi asks.

"Okay, enough, enough, there is obviously some serious issues brewing under the surface here" Elo states, Lennon mumbles under the breath looking at Poppy.

Elo drops the hat of names, "So, we are gonna do a purge" Elo says handing Griffin pens and paper to pass on to the teammates.

"Every negative thing that you're feeling about your teammates, I want you to write it down, get it out of your system, don't show anyone, it's for you only and then after, we're gonna burn all that negative energy in the fire" Elo explains.

Everyone breaks apart from the group to write out their negative thoughts about teammates ready to burn and get rid of in the fire later on.

Lennon sits beside Poppy but a far enough distance where neither of them can read what they're writing down, looking around the group seeing thoughts on everyone's faces.

Summer looks over at Lennon who catches the evil glare sent her way before the blonde girl glares back at her annoyed.

Eventually the team has written down their own thoughts and meet at the bonfire on the beach Elo organised, standing around the open flame.

Lennon stands beside Poppy, "Draw a line under this moment, all of that negativity, all of those feelings, they're gone, now-from now until nationals, every last thought should be strategy, technique, and winning" Elo states scrunching the paper into balls and throwing them into the fire pit sending the negative thoughts away.

"Pairs training at dawn" Elo states leaving the team behind to sit around the bonfire together staring into the open flame unsure of what to say to the others.

Griffin gets up to put more wood on the fire seeing a piece of scrunched paper hiding underneath, "What's that?" Summer asks.

"Bodhi's becoming a total sheep, it's pathetic" Griffin reads out loud to the group.

Poppy rushes towards the boy snatching the paper out of his hand.

"Griff, give that to me right now" Poppy snarls, "Or she just does whatever Wren says, it's like she just latches on to anyone who can help her make it as a surfer" Griffin continues reading aloud.

Wren moves closer to comfort the hurt girl, "Wow" Bodhi says hurt looking at Poppy.

"To be fair, this isn't Poppy's fault, no one was meant to see that" Summer says.

"Too late" Bodhi says, "What? So you didn't write anything bad about anyone else?" Poppy asks glaring at her former friend.

"I wrote that you're always showing off, alongside Lennon here, and all this hooking up with different guys in secret, not caring how it makes anybody else feels, it's arrogant" Bodhi states looking between Lennon and Poppy.

Lennon looks up shocked at hearing her name being mentioned, "Let's just call it a night, guys" Summer suggests and for once Lennon actually agrees with the American girl.

Wren looks up from beside Bodhi, "No, no-no it's not fair that Poppy and Bodhi are the only ones, I think, I think we should all hear something" Wren suggests.

Lennon looks around overwhelmed because most of her thoughts are about her dad and missing her toxic mother and not having a relationship with her cousin.

"No, Wren, that's a terrible idea" Ari states, "Ari, it's fine-okay? I mean, I'm happy to hear whatever Summer wrote about me, seeing as she practically wrote an essay" Wren states.

"God, I didn't write about you, Wren" Summer groans avoiding eye contact with Lennon.

"So, who'd you write about? Summer? Who'd you write about?" Wren shouts.

Summer looks at the Gibson cousins, "Lennon and Ari" Summer states.

Lennon looks up shocked and Ari scoffs, "You really want to hear it?" Summer asks looking at both of them who shrug.

"Well, I mean, you never held back before, right?" Wren asks taking a closer step towards Lennon knowing this is going to hurt her a lot.

"Fine, I'll start with Lennon, the spoilt brat in my eyes, you need to get over your fathers death, he died two years ago Lennon, not yesterday, grow up and stop sucking the life out of other people, now Ari, I wrote that you're gutless, you're so busy pretending everything's fine that you're disappearing into your girlfriend's shadow; you're both so desperate to avoid conflict and play things safe, but life's not like that Lennon, Ari, and you both of all people, should know" Summer snarls.

Lennon tears up at the thought of someone she thought was one of her best friends telling her to get over her father's passing.

"Wow, Summer, just fucking wow, my father's death was two years ago today, today is his Memorial Day, and you want me to get over myself? Fuck you" Lennon scoffs running in the direction of the campsite bawling.

Pulling out her phone and dialing Sam's number wanting her closet family with her at the moment.

Ari runs after Lennon's fragile figure wanting to be there for his cousin.

Poppy, Wren and Bodhi all look at the American in pure disgust at what she thought of Lennon.

Poppy looks around before rushing off in the direction of the camp as well wanting to be there for her struggling best friend, "That was just rude" Wren mutters following after everyone else.

"Lennon, wait" Ari calls out seeing Lennon coming to an abrupt stop and turning around and soaking his shirt with her tears at the mention of her father's passing.

"It's my fault his gone Ar" Lennon sobs seeing a car pulling into the parking lot.

"Come on, Sam's here" Ari says gently guiding her in the direction her future brother in law is running from seeing Lennon is the state she is.

"What happened?" Sam asks embracing the blonde girl.

"Something that never should've happened, she was told to get over her dad's death by someone she thought was her friend" Ari explains before leaving the two of them alone to spend some time together.

"Lens, breath, Lens" Sam demands breathing in and out with the sobbing girl seeing Poppy coming towards them hugging her best friend from behind as well.

After an hour of calming the sobbing girl down.

Sam goes into the shared tent and grabs Lennon's belongings wanting her to stay with him for the night in his tent beside her old one.

Poppy helped calm the girls nerves down while Sam set up his tent for the night.

"I'm gonna sleep on the beach, I can't face Bodhi right now, you going to be okay?" Poppy asks softly.

"I'll come with you, Sam, I'm going to stay with Pops, I'm okay now don't worry" Lennon nods.

Feeling Sam embrace her in another long hug seeing Poppy meeting up with them both after grabbing her sleeping bag.

Lennon and Poppy walk in the direction of the bonfire settling down together to sleep and prepare for the surfing in pairs session at dawn.

"Goodnight Pops" Lennon quietly says looking up at the sky hoping her father's watching down on her from somewhere.

"Goodnight, Lenny" Poppy whispers before the two girls fall asleep.

BAXTER SMILES SEEING THE finished board he made for that girl he likes.

Walking back into the camp seeing the boy from earlier today entering Lennon's tent with a sleeping bag, and Ari exiting Summer's.

Ari looks at the boy in shock since he was just caught coming out of a tent that wasn't his girlfriend's.

Sam smiles and waves at the Radic boy who softly smiles at twenty-two year old male.

Baxter puts the purple surfboard beside Lennon's tent prepared for the girl to see it in the morning and hopefully like her new gift knowing her personal board is snapped into pieces in the trash somewhere.

Baxter looks around before leaving the campsite ready to return at dawn and see Lennon's reaction to the board smiling to himself.
