Lapis was sitting on the beach with Pearl and Peridot. They decided that staying cooped up in the house all the time wasn't exactly the best idea.

It was creepily silent now without Steven around. It felt like the whole world was frozen in time with the only movement being the ocean. Steven gave Beach City its happiness, without him, the place was almost like a ghost town.

Everyone was thinking about happy times with Steven.

Lapis was thinking about how Steven freed her from the mirror, Peridot was thinking of the times in the bathroom, and Pearl was thinking about all the missions and fun she had with Steven. Soon, the world around them seemed to disappear, and they didn't hear the footsteps behind them.

The girl that was searching for the Crystal Gems was finally in Beach City, and she was finally in the same area as the gems. She was breathing heavily, although she wasn't sweating. Peridot was the first one to notice her.

"Um, hello." She said, making Lapis and Pearl look up at her. "Who are you supposed to be..?" The girl held her pointer finger up in the air, showing the gems she needed a second.

Although she continued breathing heavily soon she started to cough. Suddenly, the world around her went black, and she passed out.

The gems gasped and ran up to her. "Oh...Oh my gosh? I-is she okay?" Pearl asked, trying her best not to panic.

While Pearl and Peridot were panicking, Lapis told them to be quiet. "Shh, do you hear that?" The sound of a heartbeat filled the air. "She's alive, she just passed out." She continued. "Let's taken her into the temple, come on."

Pearl and Peridot looked at each other and sighed. "Very well..." Pearl walked up to the girl and picked her up. She then followed the other two into the temple.

Although she didn't know how she was going to tell Amethyst, Garnet, and Bismuth, but she was planning on telling them, because she had to tell them.

Everyone is a team, after all.
