Val's POV

The next morning I awoke to be as in the same position I was when I first fell asleep. Head on the shoulder and his arms draped around me.

"Morning love." He smiled

"Sleep well? You snored a lot last night."

"I slept well considering the conditions were in." he smiled as he hugged me. We were soon interrupted by Bofur running.

"Val! Fili! Quick!the elves and the humans are coming!"

We straightened out cloaks and strapped our weapons and ran where Thorin was. I saw Thrandruils figure appear on the elk and Bard rode beside him on a horse.

"Thieves!" Thorin shouted "how did you steal it!"

"Your hobbit have it to us." Bard replied as Thorin made murderous eyes with Bilbo as he held him over the edge

"I should kill you now. " Thorin hissed

"Stop it! " I came out as the dwarves stared at me "look I get it. You love your treasure. The arkenstone I get the picture. But you need to put your childlike arguments aside on who's better or worse among the elves and dwarves because there is a bigger problem. Orcs are on the move. So if you don't snap out of your little world Thorin Oakenshield we could end up dead. All of us. No more elves dwarves humans hobbits or any creatures alive. Just orcs and all those hideous creatures. "

"Do you question my decisions?" He asked stepping forward

"I do actually. "I challenged fiercely. "As a loyal friend you would think I am trying to help you instead of pushing my advice aside-"

At that moment Thorins sword few out aiming at me but was blocked by a raging Fili.

"YOU KILL HER YOU KILL ME!"

"Fine. Valencia your banished. Get out of my sight."

"Let go of the hobbit. He might as well be banished."

Thorin released Bilbo as Fili looked with sad eyes.

I paused and stared at Thorin with sad eyes. "thorin." I croaked as he turned towards me "ask yourself, how should this day end?"
