I currently live in Brentwood, Essex, UK (of Towie fame), I grew up in a leafy suburb called Woodford in the County of Essex..

TOWIE!?!?!?!? Oh dear... See ya... Oh, seeing as you're here, I guess I should carry on. Do you like living there? If not, where would your favourite place to live be? If yes, where would you least like to live?

I like living here as it's close to my friends and I moved to be closer to them, but I really want at some point to live next to water, either a river or the beach. I love beaches. I dream of building a wood wrap around American style house, on my own land looking out on the water, in the next few years.

That sounds fab. I'm from Grimsby (where?) and we're right next to Cleethorpes (where) which is a typical seaside resort. It's great having somewhere like that so close. Beaches and sea and traditional chippies. As you're a writer, is this your 'day job'?

At the moment, although I do a lot of writing whilst I learn my craft, I don't get paid for it, but one day I dream I will. However, I love every minute of it and even if I never earn a penny, it would not stop me writing again. In the meantime, whilst learning, I juggle being a single parent, PA legal secretary, landscape gardener, super gf, cordon bleu cook, DIY fixer, chauffeur, cleaner, Chinese laundry, decorator and any other job you may throw at me, into the pot, along with many others similar in my situation. So I spin hats. lol.

You do all that and you're in the circus? Wow. Spinning hats is probably the best bit! Oh, you meant... OK. Well, you like to keep your options open, don't you? Like to chill and take your time? All that spare time you must have. Tell me about your latest project:

Well, I have several. I don't like to get bored. I'm not good at sitting still, unless I am reading or writing. Currently, I am editing my first full length novel, a mystery/suspense which is regularly in the charts. I would like to thank the great guidance and helpful pointers by fellow Wattpad writers, @h_coyle, @MysteryPuppet, @hrb264 @ChayAvalerias @LeighWStuart @JesseSprague @DawnStarling who have helped or are helping me to edit, as well as my fellow Next Big Recognition forum members. I have learnt so much and continue to do so. I am also involved in writing interviews in my own personal style, on my profile and that of WattmagUSA. Whilst editing, book one, I have pencilled notes and outlines for book 2 and 3 of Someone Hiding in the Shadows. Plus, I have some short stories I have been working on, oh and poems whenever something comes to mind! My lap top screen is covered with story ideas....if anyone ever reads them all....they would think I was crazy!!!!! So many ideas, so little time.

Crazy? Then why are you in here? We're all sane in here. Well, except for Connors, that is. That's some great lineup you've named there! Brilliant writers. I really don't know how you fit it all in! How do you feel about bacon? A crazy person once said it was the food of the gods. OK, I admit that person was myself..

I love bacon. Nothing like a bacon butty or bacon as part of the full English breakfast. I'm there. Are you cooking?

If they let me near a grill, I would. Unfortunately they don't So no, I'm not. Soz! What is your favourite film?

Oh my god. I really don't know. There are so many good ones and it changes every time a see a film I love. In my top ten list, is RV with Robin Williams (it's so fab, a great family film, I don't understand why not many people seem to have heard of it, everyone loves it when they see it, I laugh every single time). Forest Gump - what can I say. I like sci fi, James Bond, Sherlock Holmes and all psychological thrillers, too many to mention. Plus for a girlie night in Spy or Bridesmaids are good choices.

Oh, my. I'm not one for girlie nights in, but otherwise, I like your choices. Robin Williams was soooo good. Have you always wanted to be a writer, or is it something you found yourself doing one day?

I have always loved writing. I wrote a 30 page short story when I was at school. Then I wrote poems and lyrics for many years. I wanted to write a book for a very long time, but it wasn't until after my daughter was born, that my ideas for a book started to come together. Unfortunately it was put on hold due to the fact my father had a long battle with Alzheimers. Early last summer, after a few false starts, I started writing on a weekly basis and I haven't looked back. Nothing could ever make me stop now. Wattpad and the world, can't get rid of me now. You are all stuck with me!

That's a hell of a journey! And now you're in here with me. Where did it all go wrong! There's still hope for you yet though. I think. Do you have so many ideas they dribble out of your nose if you don't get them down, or do you have to hunt around the floor and the back of your sofa to find where your Muse is hiding?

I have so many ideas they dribble out of my nose, flow onto the laptop and into notebooks stored in strategic places around the house and in my handbag. I cannot stand the thought of taking a chance of not being able to get the idea down, although I have a good memory. If all else fails, I tap the idea out on my notes on my phone. Sometimes, I wake up with an idea in the middle of the night and I have to write it down!

That's the way to do it. Have something everywhere to mop up the seepage. Did you hear that, Shaun?? And, if you were in an asylum, what would your particular delusion or psychosis be?

I have been in an asylum, I told them I was important and they let me out. It wasn't a delusion, I'm going to leave my mark, so I must be important.

I read all the genres I write in, although I haven't written much in science fiction and the supernatural.

I'm sure you'd excel, though. You have plenty of time to fit it in! If these are the same, what attracts you to them? If they're different, why do you think that is?

So far, apart from short stories in science fiction and supernatural, I haven't attempted to write in these genres, but who is to say that won't happen. I love writing poetry and lyrics; but I miss writing songs, but it's hard to find reliable/like minded musicians to work with. For as long as I can remember, I have been a fan of psychological thrillers and adore Sherlock Holmes. I am fascinated with what makes someone tick and criminal profiling.

They say there is a thin line between sanity and madness, but I guess it is just your perspective. Aren't we all a little mad? I'm just going to tell them I'm important again, I'll say you are too (well we are, aren't we?) and they will let us out! If all else fails, I'll sit and eat bacon with you, until I have a better idea that dribbles out.

My name is Kimberley Lieb and I write pictures with my words. Welcome to my world. I often reside at The Beach Hut Café where I undertake interviews and offer a slice of cake.I'm a half full not half empty type of person and I've always loved reading books. I always enjoyed writing, but I wasn't able to for a number of years, due to family commitments. I have only been writing seriously for a little over a year, so I haven't got a website or a blog as yet, so if anyone can give me some advice (on a budget) I would be eternally grateful.
