Let me just start off by saying that I have unfortunately not yet read ISMTTDFV.PIK... 😅
But it's at the top of my reading list as soon as I finish reading my current book. My friends have been urging me to read it a lottt 😂

No worries, in my humble opinion it's not my best story 😅 I've evolved a lot as a writer over the years

Oh, wow. So what would you say is your best written story yet?

I'm not sure, in my short stories, it's probably Bird of Paradise. For my novels probably Holt Conundrum ☺️

Has this entire covid situation, including quarantine, been good for your writing?
(And yeah, I'll be sure to read those books!)

No, not at all. 😂 I've been a little unmotivated and spent more time playing the Sims. I had a little more than one month of quarantine where I was home, but I barely took time to write. I wasn't in the right mindset. And now I'm back at work and really busy, so I haven't been able to write that much 😫

Like many authors, have you ever put thought to writing a quarantine related book?

Not exactly. Usually I go to a two weeks music festival in the summer, but it was cancelled, and it made me think about writing a story about better times 😂

And when you hit a writing block, is there anything specific you like to do? Like maybe go on a walk or listen to music. Just to break that barrier.

I start typing random stuff, like anything that pops in my head. Usually something will stick. If not, I go do something else. I get away from my computer and think about other things. I'll eventually get the ideas flowing again.

Do you have any favourite wattpad authors or books?

Most of the books I used to read on Wattpad, the authors have stopped uploading-I've been on Wattpad for more than 10 years, so not everyone stick around. Anyone that I follow on Wattpad are my favourites.

I'll definitely check them out 😉. Though yeah, it's sad when a story is incomplete or when somebody is no longer online.

Do you ever face any haters?

Not really. I usually ignore negative comments. I enjoy constructive criticism, but I don't respond to hate comments, so it's never been an issue. If anyone seems like they'll step out of line I just mute them.

Hahaha 😂 yeah, people find things to be angry about all the time, even when there's nothing to fight about. I got called a racist the other day. It's okay, I know who I am and I'm a grown woman, I don't waste my time on pointless fights.

Are you planning on publishing any of your books?

That's the ultimate goal, but there's no definite plans at the moment. I want to finish editing "I Sold.." so I can self publish it, but that's about it at the moment.

That's great! Did you imagine yourself here 10 years ago?

Not really. 10 years ago I thought I would have been closer to my dream of getting publish at this point. I thought it was going to be easier. 😂 I was young and foolish. Being passionate about writing is not enough to get that book deal.
