There was as much chaos in today's meeting as there would be any other meeting. America was loudly discussing global warming with nobody in particular. Japan was sitting silently and continuing a manga he had to finish. China was attempting to make some business while Russia just looked on quietly. The bickering of France and England were hard to ignore and Greece was sleep during the craziness somehow. Germany would snap at the rest of the countries to shut up every few minutes as Italy waved his white flag and Romano constantly made offensive and rude gestures to Germany.

"And so, we should just-" America was cut off as a ringtone filled the room, louder than everyone else and leaving Canada snickering as the song started to play.
