Previously In International Agents:

"Hey Becky, come sit over here!" I called motioning for her. She came over and whispered to me so no one else would hear.

"James asked me to sit next to him, I think he likes me?"

"Shut up!" I screamed a little to enthusiastically, Becky looked mortified as everyone turned to face me.

"And dance with me!" I belted out in song. We all giggled and Becky went to sit down at the front.

"Is this seat taken?" A familiar voice asked.

I looked up to see Adrijan pointing to the seat next to me, I let out a sigh and shook my head.

"Thanks".

We sat in silence for a while until I heard my phone ping.

Adrijan: Can we talk?

I turned to Adrijan to see him staring intently down at his phone, waiting for my reply.

I looked at Adrijan and he stared at me. I grabbed my stuff and walked to the other side of the bus, and sat in a corner where I could be alone.

I looked out of the window to try and think about what he had just said.

Ping.

I looked down at my phone to see a new message from Becky.

I craned my neck over the seats and could just make out an arm hanging off of Becky's seat.

I got up and slipped my phone into my jacket and walked over to the seat behind Becky. Pierre was sat there and smiled when he saw me.

"is this seat taken?" I smiled

"Go ahead Mon Amie, It is a bit boring listening to James and Becky flirt" laughed Pierre

I sat down and tapped Becky's shoulder

she turned around and practically pulled me off my seat into the aisle next to her

"Look! I told you, he's doing it!" she pointed to James arm which was tightly clasped around her waist.

James look up at me, and then slowly retracted his arm from her waist. I couldn't stop myself from bursting out laughing.

"Oh My god, that is the funniest thing...I...I have ever seen!" I giggled uncontrollably.

"Elizabeth, you saw nothing ok." said James in his stern voice.

"Sure, sure I didn't" I tried to muffle my laughter in the sleeve of my jumper.

"Anyway can you go now, it's just well...." stuttered Becky.

"Ok girl, have fun you two!" I giggled, trying to calm myself down. I skipped up the isle like a child and slumped back into my seat.

My phone pinged again.

I turned off my phone and grabbed a blanket from my bag and wrapping it around myself. I shut my eyes and tried to have a short nap. I woke up to someone shaking me violently.

"Ok I'm up, I'm up" I yawned, Stretching my arms out wide.

"Ok sleepyhead we are at the service station now, Time to get off." Said Pepe as he pulled me up off my seat.

I grabbed my phone and put it in my small handbag and hopped off the bus.

"Pepe I hope you don't wake Camilla up like that." I said as I walked towards the toilets.

"Why not?" He questioned shaking his head.

"I almost had a heart attack, you shook me so violently you know!"

He sighed as I walked into the toilets.

I went to the loo and came out to wash my hands.

"So, what do you think about James and me?" Becky asked as she fixed her makeup in the mirror.

"You too are so cute! To be honest I didn't think you and him would get together." I said as I let the cool water run over my palms.

"Oh really?" She said as she started doing my makeup for me

"Yeah, I thought you to were just friends, or maybe friends with benefits."

"well, you thought wrong girl! I think we are a perfect match!"

I looked at myself in the mirror to see Becky had completely erased the bruise on my cheek and had adorned my lips with a deep shade of red.

I gave her a hug. "I think you and James are perfect as well!"

I stepped outside the toilets to see it had started to rain lightly, I headed around the corner to come face to face with Giovanni.

"Ciao Bella, are you feeling better?" He asked, looking slightly concerned

"Si, I'm feeling much better, Grazie" I said as I gave him a hug, he pulled me close and handed me an umbrella.

"So you don't get your makeup ruined". I smiled and headed back towards the bus.

The others went to get food for the rest of us so I headed back to my seat. I walked into the bus and placed the umbrella on Giovanni's seat.

I noticed Adrijan was still in the bus and was staring out of the window intently.

I slumped in my seat and sent him a text.

I let out a sniffle and I let a tear escape my eye and roll down my cheek. How could I have been so blind, so rude.

I looked at Adrijan and he saw the tear trickle down my cheek. I smiled at him and he motioned for me to sit next to him. I grabbed my stuff and perched on my original seat.

Before he could say anything I blurted out "I'm sorry, I have been a horrible friend, How could i have been so blind, You just cared for, that's all. I'm so sorry." I cried.

I felt him wrap his arm around my waist and pulled me close to him. I sobbed into his chest and made a complete fool of myself. I felt vulnerable, He hadn't seen me like this since we first met.

"I know dušo moja" he whispered into my ear as I started to fall asleep on his chest.

When I awoke I found a bag of cold chips on my lap. I yawned and felt a hand on my back. I looked up to see Adrijan had fallen fast asleep, he look so cute when he was asleep. His black hair had fallen in front of his eyes as he breathed heavily. I slowly got up and walked to the front of the bus to stretch my legs. It was dark outside and the motorway was illuminated by the street lights.

Everyone else was asleep apart from the bus driver who gave me a small nod as I approached the front of the bus.

I turned around and walked back to my seat. I sat down and ate the chips ,they really weren't the best, they were soggy and drenched with oil.

I yawned and felt Adrijan wrap his arm around me, I felt safe. I closed my eyes and let his breath tingle my ear.

Suddenly the bus swerved and I was flung of my seat.

There was a loud crash and everything went black.
