"DAMN BRUVS, CHILL!" You yelled, silencing them. You cleared your throat. "Yeah, I don't know, when I was asleep, I'll say in a minute, it is, I'm fine."

"What did he say?" Allura asked, walking up to you. You knew she wanted information. Information about Zarkon and how to defeat him. You were thinking of how to tell them what he said without spilling the fact Zarkon knows you on a personal level.

"He didn't say anything useful, he just asked me to join him. He went on and on about how he and I, along with Voltron, would conquer the galaxies with no one standing in our way. He said if you all threw me out, he'd welcome me with open arms into the Galra," you explained, scrunching your brows.

"What? No! There's absolutely no way you're ever going to work for him!" Allura assured, probably more for herself than you.

"Why would we throw you out? We would never do that," Shiro asked softly. You shrugged.

"How was he even able to link himself into your subconscious?" Keith asked. You looked at him and sighed.

"I don't... I don't know..." You replied quietly.

"Why would he 'welcome you with open arms?' He's making it seem as if you two were best buds since elementary school," Lance asked.

"I don't know. I guess he knows I'm strong," you replied. You hated lying to them. You hated the fact that you didn't—couldn't—tell them. You wouldn't be able to bear losing another family like you did years ago.

"I don't like this. Now that he's found a way to enter Y/n's dreams and subconscious, who knows what he'll do to her," Allura addressed. "I want Y/n to bunk with someone."

"I mean, I thought we'd wait until marriage, but I'd be more than happy to volunteer," Lance said, strolling over to you and wrapping an arm around your shoulders. You elbowed him, sending him to the floor in pain.

"I'm not into premarital hand holding," you said with a small smile. It abruptly vanished when you saw the looks Keith and Shiro were giving him. You were about to open your mouth and say something, but Coran interrupted.

"I'd say that either Shiro or Keith should. They're the only two that could possibly contain Y/n, have she go on a rampage," he chirped.

"You're making it seem as if I'm some sort of monster who can't control themselves," you said, a bit offended.

"Now now, these are only precautions. We haven't assumed anything," Shiro said, trying to calm you down. It worked, but for only a moment.

"Wait... why the fuck do I need to bunk with someone? Just because Zarkon can talk to me through telepathy that doesn't mean he can control me or manipulate me." Your voice slightly raised, somewhat startling them, considering you've only raised your voice when you were being playful or joking. Hearing you raise your voice when angered or annoyed startled.

"Now now Y/n, this is only temporary. This is just to make sure he can't. Zarkon is capable of anything and manipulating people is definitely not off the list," Allura assured, smiling at you.

"If I were the one to judge, I'd suggest Shiro bunk with her. Shiro is more level headed and probably has a higher chance of calming Y/n dow," Pidge intervened. Keith sighed and turned his head, crossing his arms like a child being denied a toy. You raised a brow in his direction.

"Then it's settled," Shiro finalized. You sighed and rubbed the bridge of your nose.

"Fine, but only for a week!" You said. You sighed through your nose, but stopped. Looking around for your pupper.

"Where's P/n?" You asked, looking at all of them.

"She was with you when you passed out, but we haven't seen her since," Keith replied. Your eyes immediately narrowed.

"And it didn't go through your head to find her?" Your voice got firmer. Colder.

"We were busy with making sure you were all right, Y/n," Allura defended.

"Me? Who the fuck gives a shit about me? This is a big planet, a big galaxy, P/n could be anywhere by now," you chastised, your eyes glowing softly.

"Okay, okay, jeez, calm down," Lance said, gesturing with his hands. Your eyes returned to normal as you turned your head to face Allura and Coran.

"I'm going to find her," you declared, marching to where the pods were.

"Are you an idiot? You just woke up after being unconscious for two days. Do you really think you could scour the galaxy in your condition?" Keith sidestepped in front of you, blocking you with his arms. You, not putting up with this shit, grabbed his collar and shoved his face close to yours.

"If I don't go looking for her who will?" You growled lowly. Keith's throat tightened from fear and his body tensed from your vice grip.

"We will," Allura called out. You looked over to her.

"We'll be able to track P/n. And because she's bonded to you, it makes it easier to find her," Allura added. You let go of Keith and sighed.

"I'll be in my bedroom," you said before leaving.

"Woah... I actually thought Keith was gonna die for a minute," Hunk said, shocked. Keith glared at him, but crossed his arms and looked towards where you had left.

"Give her some time. I'm sure she'll snap out of it," Shiro comforted, placing a hand on Keith's shoulder.

You, Allura, and Coran were in the control room trying to locate P/n's location. You've been silent the whole time which was very disconcerting to the two.

"Coran, take over for me. I'll be back," Allura suddenly said, leaving the room wordlessly.

"Yes... Princess..." Coran said, a little confused. You paid no mind and kept trying to locate your companion's location. Suddenly, you felt a hand on your shoulder. Your instincts took over and you immediately swung your arm over your shoulder with ice coating your hand, but once you saw it was, Hunk you immediately stopped. He screeched and flung his arms in front of his face.

"Oh, sorry Hunk," you quickly said, turning around and beginning to touch more buttons.

"Uh, no, no no no no, no. Allura has asked me to keep watch of you and make sure you don't over exert yourself," Hunk said, dragging you away from the control room.

"What?! That's what Allura left the room for?!" You exclaimed, distraught. Hunk nodded with a smile on his face.

"Yup! So let's go!" He shouted, beginning to run.
