Rule #1: Only OCs unless you unlock them.                                                            Rule #2: no OP characters.                    Rule #3: No insulting characters. Mild language is excused but harsh is not allowed.                                                Rule #4: No just saying " i use kamehameha and you die!" No the person only gets injured if they say or me or an administrator says you do.    Rule #5: No using attacks you haven't bought yet. Store will be administrated by me or a store keeper.                                    Remember: failure to follow these rules will result in getting kicked for a while or banned altogether.
