Chapter 4: Welcome to Casper High

A/N: Hello my lovely peoples! How are you? Good, I hope! Just wanted to quickly say that in this Danny, his friends and the twins are in grade 9 and Jazz and Wendy are in grade 11. I'm not sure if that's accurate but hey, it's a story about different dimensions. Anthyding can hadplen! (points to whoever gets the reference)

Sparks: Can we get on with the story already!

Blitz: Yeah I'm bored!

Me: *rolls eyes* Boy, you two whine a lot. Maybe I'll get you some cheese for it

*laughs at own joke while Sparks and Blitz cringe*

Third Person POV

"I can't believe your uncle is making us go to school in this weird dimension," Wendy grumbled as she and the twins made their way to the local high school. When they had learned the name of the school was 'Casper High' they couldn't help but laugh at the irony of it.

Sparks: Was that a correct use of irony?

Blitz: What are you asking me for? I'm no English Major. Besides, I'm still hung up on Phantom's bad joke

Me: *yells from across the room* IT WAS COMEDY GOLD AND YOU KNOW IT!

Mabel was happily skipping alongside her brother and friend, "I think it'll be fun! New dimension means new friends!" Dipper raised an eyebrow slightly. He didn't want to hurt Mabel's feelings by telling her that after the transporter recharges, they'll most likely never see any of the people again. So, he just remained silent and fiddled with the straps of his new backpack.

After the group had returned to the hotel room, they had all gone out shopping. Since they were going to be staying in this new dimension for who knows how long, they were going to need clothes and groceries. Luckily, this dimension had the same type of currency as their home dimension. Even if it didn't, Stan had said he could easily 'make' a few bucks. Everyone had frowned at him when they realized what he meant, Dipper and Mabel especially. They did not enjoy that cell.

"So what grade are you guys in now?" Wendy asked, snapping Dipper out of his thoughts.

Dipper shrugged, "Nine."

Wendy nodded, "Cool. I'm starting up grade eleven. Didn't think I'd have to prepare for it so soon though." Wendy chuckled and Dipper joined her. Mabel was still happily skipping alongside them. Before they knew it they arrived at the large brown building. Students littered the grounds, all clustered into groups. Dipper sighed, it was yet another place for him to be bullied. Wendy nudged his side and the 'technically a teen' looked up to her. She gave him a small smile, which he returned. Mabel grabbed his arm and gave it a reassuring pat. He was glad to have his sister with him in the journey.

"Guess we better go sign in," Mabel said with a smile, pulling her brother towards the school.

"No need," Dipper said, "Great Uncle Ford told me that he had already made arrangements." The boy gently pulled his arm out of his sister's grasp to take off his bag and set it on the ground. He pulled out three pink sheets of paper. "He also gave me these. I think they are our timetables." He handed one to Mabel and one to Wendy and the three read over their sheets.

Wendy groaned, "Ugh, of course I get math first period."

Sparks and Blitz: THE HORROR!!!!!!!

Me: *groan* Not this again

Mabel cheered, "I have art!" She turned to Dipper, "What about you bro-bro?"

Dipper looked over his pink sheet, muttering to himself. "English." Mabel frowned as she was not going to have her first class with her twin.

Wendy patted his shoulder, "At least it's not math dude. I'd gladly switch with you."

Dipper smiled up at the teen, "Thanks Wendy."

She nodded and turned to face the school. She looked at the twins from the corner of her eye. "Ready to have your souls crushed, and your dreams destroyed?"

Sparks: Sounds like my first marriage

Blitz and Me: SPARKS!!!!

The twins shared a look before turning to face Wendy, "Bring it on," they said in unison.

I AM THE AMAZING LINE BREAK! How are you guys? Want some refreshments? Here's a cookie! Enjoy!

A warning bell rang for first period. Dipper, Mabel and Wendy split ways after promising to meet up for lunch. Dipper headed to his English class. It took a while to navigate his way through the unfamiliar halls and by the time the bell rang for class to start, he still hadn't found the room. Grumbling to himself, Dipper continued to aimlessly wander the halls. He managed to find his way to the boy's bathroom and almost crashed into a dark haired teen coming out of it.

"Hey! You should watch where you're going, or else you might get hurt," the teen said as Dipper had almost crashed right into him.

"S-Sorry," Dipper said as he looked up at the teen. It was a very thin male with bright blue eyes, messy raven hair, and pale skin. He wore a white shirt with a red circle on it, blue jeans and red sneakers. There was a small cut just above his right eyebrow that was still leaking blood. "Oh crap, you're bleeding!" Dipper exclaimed, his voice concerned.

Sparks: Is that my baby? HE'S HURT?! *pulls out multiple guns, swords and rocket launchers* WHO DID IT?! LET ME AT EM'

Blitz: *rides in with a tank*

The teen raised an eyebrow, lifting his fingers to the cut above his right eyebrow. He drew his fingers away and saw the dark red liquid on his fingers. He chuckled to himself, "Yeah, I guess I am." He smiled at Dipper, "Sorry if it scared you or something, I'm just really clumsy. Smacked my face against one of the stalls if you can believe it."

Sparks and Blitz: *angrily unleash their weapons on bathroom stall*

Me: *sighs*

Dipper smiled, glad that he wasn't the one to have injured the teen. But he couldn't help but be suspicious at the response. It was almost as if the teen hadn't even realized he had a cut. Dipper knew it probably wasn't that bad of an injury but still, how could someone not notice blood dripping from their forehead. And on a side note, he couldn't shake the feeling that he had met this guy before.

"You new here?" The raven haired teen asked, snapping Dipper out of his thoughts.

He nodded, "Yeah, brand new actually. I've been trying to find my first class forever."

The teen took the pink piece of paper out of Dipper's hands, reading it over. "Hey, you have the same first class as me! C'mon, I'll show you." He handed the paper back and began to walk away from the bathroom, with Dipper racing after him. "So, what's your name?"

Dipper glanced up at the teen, "It's... uh... Dipper Pines."

The teen's eyes widened and chuckled slightly, "That's your real name?"

Dipper shook his head, "No, it's just what everyone calls me so I kinda just stuck with it."

Blitz: *pauses in attack on bathroom stall* Is Phantom gonna make Dippingsauce say his real name?

Sparks: *also pauses in attack* Nah, Phantom's not like that. There are people who haven't read the journal and don't know his real name. Unless people want to know his name, Phantom won't spoil it

*both resume attacking the stall*

The teen nodded, "Cool. My name's Danny by the way."

The two arrived at the classroom and Danny pushed open the door. An overweight teacher stood at the front of the class and frowned when he noticed Danny enter the room. "Glad to see you could join us Mr. Fenton. That makes this your third time being late this week. I'll see you after school for detention."

Danny sighed, "Yes, Mr. Lancer." Danny walked over to his seat and glumly sat down. An African-American boy beside him began to speak to him in a whisper.

Mr. Lancer noticed the boy still standing in the doorway, "And I assume this is our new student." Dipper nodded. Mr. Lancer gestured to the rows of desks, "Please find a seat Mr. " The teacher looked down to the sheet of paper on his desks. "Pines," he finished.

Dipper nodded again and quickly took a seat beside the raven haired boy that had helped him earlier. As Mr. Lancer continued the lesson, Dipper stole a glance at the two boys beside him, talking in whispers. He couldn't entirely hear what they were saying but caught almost every other word.

"Late."

"Attack."

"Ghost."

"Hurt."

"Phantom."

Dipper's attention was fully on the two boys. What were they talking about? "Mr. Foley. Mr. Fenton. If you two want to have a conversation I suggest you wait until after my lesson. Or perhaps you would like to finish it in detention?" The overweight teacher questioned impatiently. Danny's cheeks flushed red and the boy Mr. Lancer had called Mr. Foley suddenly found his notebook very interesting. Mr. Lancer nodded and continued to ramble on about Shakespeare's 'Hamlet'.

Blitz: Oooo, I like Shakespeare!

Sparks: Me too! All those romances ending with death! So funny!

Blitz: SPARKS!

Dipper frowned at the two teens. Danny Fenton had just become a big suspect in his book. And since he was stuck here, he was going to find out his secret.

A/N: Well, I hope you all enjoyed that. Now I have to pay for all the damage Sparks and Blitz caused in their little war on the bathroom stall.

Sparks: IT HURT DANNY!

Blitz: IT HAD TO PAY

Me: DID YOU CONSIDER IT WAS A LIE?!

*Sparks and Blitz go silent*

Me: *sigh* Anyways, thanks for reading and I'll see you all in the next one!
