Natsuo

As soon as class was done, I booked it out of there.

I immediately head home to grab the movie

I wonder if Tamaki will like this movie?

I smile thinking of the cute purple hair, pointy eared UA student

It's not a secret that I like him. I'm not even trying to hide it.

I find his shy nature cute. It's what caught my attention. I was thrown by him being a hero course student. Not cause of his attitude. But because of Endeavor.

I don't hate heroes. I admire them, but Endeavor, my father. Pushed my brother Touya to kill himself with his flames, neglected Fuyumi and I. Pushed our mother to the brink of insanity causing her to burn my youngest brother Shouto.  Not to mention him pushing all this abuse and training onto my younger brother just so he can go into the hero course and become a hero to beat All Might.

Shouto is supposed to join UA next year. No doubt he'll get in. But his cold nature right now worries me.

This is why I acted when Tamaki showed me his hero badge.

I felt awful. I realized he probably gets a lot of judgment for being in the hero course and being shy how he is. I'm really glad he forgave me and now we're...friends? I think.

I get home and see Endeavor car in the driveway

I go around the side of the house and climb through my bedroom window and quietly close it

I quickly go to my book movie stash and grab The Conjuring. I put it in my backpack and then go to my snack tub under my bed and pull it out and out some chips and stuff in my bag as well

"Going somewhere?" I hear, and turn to see Fuyumi

"To a friend's. We are having a movie night." I say, and she smiles

"That's amazing, Natsu. You've always focused on your studies so much that I'm glad you're going out. When will you be home?" She asks, and I pause

"Not sure. I'll text you." I say, and she nods and goes to leave, then pauses

"What do you want me to tell Dad?" She asks, and I freeze

"J-just tell him I'm at a study group late." I say, and she nods."So what's this friends name?" She asks, and  I blush lightly

"Tamaki, he's a 2A Hero Course student. We met yesterday. We actually ran into each other." I laugh smiling, and she raises an eyebrow

"Oh yeah? Okay, okay. Is he cute?" She asks, and I nod

"Yeah he so cute. He is so shy, and hey, wait a minute." I say as she takes a picture

"Sorry, memories. I don't always get to see you talk about a crush." She teases, and I dive bomb her for her phone

"Fuyumi! " I laugh, and she rolls aways getting up

"So he's cute, you say," she says, handing me her phone, and I deleted the picture, handing it back.

"Fuyumi, he is adorable. He has a very shy personality, but when we text, he is more comfortable because he doesn't like public speaking. He's pretty funny and has these cute elf ears." I explain, and she smirks

"Elf ear? You know that reminds me."

"Fuyumi."

"Didn't you have a thing-"

"Todoroki Fuyumi!"

"For elf characters." She grins, and I face palm in embarrassment

I had a faze where elf characters in games were very attractive. I crushed on them. I was in middle school, okay?

"Not related." I state blushing, and she laughs

"Sure, come on, you know that plays a part in your feelings." She teases, and I sigh

"It's just a crush, Fuyumi." I sighs and she rolls her eyes

"Natsu feelings can grow. Look, you just met the guy. See how things progress. He'd be crazy not to fall for you." She said, and I smiled

"Thank you." I mutter, and she pulls me into a hug

"Fuyumi! Get started on dinner!" I hear Endeavor say.

"I'm leaving. Text me if he gets too much." I say, and she nods a and leaves.

I hear Endeavor footsteps, and I grab my bag and jump out my window closing it and book it

Once I'm far enough, I relax and head over to Tamakis

I see him and Mirio up ahead wifh a girl with long blue hair they told me about and I smile heading up but I slow down when I see something

"Tamaki, that's not fair!" Nejire says, and he laughs aloud

I smile widely, seeing him relaxed

"What's not fair? You have been literally talking to this guy for how long now and still haven't asked him out? Yet you give me crap about they guy I like." He snorts, and I get curious

"Oh, so you admit it!" Mirio points, and Tamaki eyes widen, and he covers his mouth

"N-no! Forget I said that!" He says, waving his hands in front of his face, and Nejire giggles

"Come on Tamaki your wearing his jacket!" She says, and I look and smirk widely seeing my jacket

Oh, so he is crushing on me.

"Look, we barely met yesterday. Yeah, is he cute? Definitely... and sweet  and funny...not the point. I want to get to know him first. Besides, you know about my secret. That's probably off the table for him." Tamaki says, and I tilt my head

I start to feel bad about eaves dropping, not wanting to find out unless he tells me himself, so I run up

"Hi guys!" I say, and they turn, and Tamakis face turns red

"Hi Natsuo! Nice to see you again!" Mirio grins, and suddenly the blue haired girl was in my face

"You must but Natsuo! Pleasure to meet you. I'm Nejire Hado! Oh, Tamaki, you were right he is cute. So what grade are you in? Oh, right. Tamaki said you were in college. What was it like graduating early?-"

"Nejire!" Tamaki scolded, and my eyes widen hear his voice raise and see his face was beat red as he covers his eyes

"Oops! Sorry, I get really excited about meeting people!" She says, and I laugh, shaking her hand

"It's all good. Nice to meet you." I laugh, and we continue walking, and I fall next to Tamaki

"I'm cute?" I ask, and he facepalms

"Shut up." He mutters, and I smirk a bit

Nejire giggles at us, and Mirio looks amused

"Oh, I brought the movie and some snacks," I say, and as we walk up to what I assume is Mirios house

"Sweet dude. I'm ordering pizza. Have a preference?" He asks as we walk in and take our shoes off

"Not really. Order whatever." I say, and he nods and looks to Tamaki, who goes to say something

"I know, chicken Alfredo pizza." Mirio laughs, and Tamaki snorts

We head upstairs, and when we enter, I look around

"It's clear you like All Might and Nighteye." I say, and he laughs

"Looked up to both of them!" He says as we sit down

"Who's your favorite hero between. The both of them.?" I aska dn he thinks

"Probably Nighteye. I interned for him, and I thought he was cool at first, but after getting to know him, he is really awesome!" He says, and I look at Nejire and Tamaki

"Mine is Ryukyu, the dragon hero! I intern with her also, and she is just kind! But also really cool!" Nejire says, and I laugh

"Is yours Fatgum? You intern for him." Mirio asks Tamaki

"He's nice, but my favorite is Eraserhead." He says, and my eyes widen

"Seriously? Mine, too!" I laugh, and he looks surprised

"Not many people know about him. He's a teacher at UA, but he was my favorite since I was a kid." He says, and I grin

"Same. The few fight videos on YouTube are killer." I state, and he grins

"You know we always ask what our favorite heroes are. What about our least favorites?" Nejire asks, and Mirio frowns, thinking

"I'm not sure, I like most of them. I think I'd have to say one I don't really know, which is that  Manual guy. He's low in the ranks. Seems nice, though. I just don't know him well." Mirio says

"I'd have to say Wash. Their quirk is good at saving people, but I don't know them well at all, either." Nejire says, shrugging

"Endeavor" Tamaki and I say at the same time startling us both

"The number 2 hero?" Mirio asks, surprised

"I've heard he's rude, and he seems to care for the spotlight more than saving people." Tamaki mumbled

"I've met him. Trust me, he's a dick." I say, and Nejire tilts her head

"Aren't you his son? Your Natsuo Todoroki, right?" She asks, and I freeze

Tamaki looks up, surprised, and then looks at me closely, seeming to put pieces together

"Yeah.....the reason I know he's a dick. He's a douche bag of a father. He only cares about making our younger brother all powerful because he gains both our parents' quirks." I mutter, and Tamaki seems to see this bothers me because he clears his throat

"I think we should put on the movie. I'll start the popcorn if Mirio gets the movie ready. Natsuo, come with me." Tamaki mumbles, and I follow him out as we head downstairs

"I'm sorry, Nejire didn't mean anything. She's really observant." He says, and I smile

"It's okay. I just don't like telling people who my father is. It's worse that most people know what I look like because of his fame." I explain, and he nods

"We don't have to talk about it if you don't want to." He assures me quietly, and I smile

"Thank you. Is that why you dragged me down here?" I ask, and he nods

"Nejire is very hyper doesnt noticed what she says. When she realizes she hurts someone, she takes it hard. She got picked on a lot for her bubbly attitude when she was younger. She just recently started being herself. So we try not to defer or." He explains, and I not

"She sweet. No harm done." I said as he put the popcorn in the microwave and tucked a piece of hair behind his pointy ears

So fucking cute. Damn I still can't believe Fuyumi called me out on that

There was a knock at the door and I went to answer and it was the pizza girl

"30 dollars even." She says, and I hand her a 50

"Keep the change." I say, and her eyes widen and bows thanking me

"Is that the pizza. Let Mirio know so he can pay." Tamaki says, and I shake my head

"I got it." I said, and he turned, and I lifted the pizzas

"Nat, you didn't have to do that," He says, and I raise an eyebrow at the nickname

"Nat?" I ask, and he blushes, looking away, holding a bowl of popcorn

"Just came out. Anyways, you shouldn't have done that." He says, and I roll my eyes and motion him to come upstairs

"Come on, let's watch the movie. Kiki, " I say, and he raises an eyebrow

"No to that one?" I asks, and he snorts

"Worst than Kami." He states, and I laugh

"Come on, let's watch the movie." I state

He rolls his eyes, and we head upstairs

He's getting more comfortable... maybe we can have a chance.

In time, of course...

Woo Chapter 3!

I'm trying to treat them a little different then my other books not trying to rush to terribly much.

Though by chapter 5 there will be progress.

It's hard to write them like this when in The Wrong Buddy, there are already a couple🤣.
