"why are you on the floor?" haechan asked the girl who was lying on her side outside of the bathroom while texting doyoung.

she looked up with glossy eyes, "yangyang kicked me out of the bathroom."

"...then... leave...?"

"why is everyone so mean today?"

"they're not. you're drunk and taking everything to heart."

isla squinted her eyes at him in a glare, earning a loud laugh from him. the sound of running water stopped and yangyang opened the door.

"why is she on the floor?"

"this is unbelievable," the girl slurred, standing up from her spot on the hard, cold floor and starting to walk away. she could of sworn she didn't drink that much but was now realizing she did maybe more than she should've.

"islaaaaa!" the sound of sungchans voice came from a few feet away as he spotted his friend wobbling her way over to him. isla couldn't hold back a bright smile, because for some reson every single thing was funny to her while drunk.

sungchan wrapped his slender arms around her with squealing noises escaping his mouth. "i'm so hungry."

after he pulled away isla got a look at his flushed face, signaling he was drunk as well. she giggled to herself at his state even though it was exactly the same as hers.

"me too. should we order pizza?"

"we ate pizza earlier."

"yes, but, if we order more pizza, then... we can eat it."

"you are a genius."

"what you two drunkies chatting about?" another voice joined. the pair turned their heads to mark standing there with a cup in his hand. he must have drank basically nothing because he seemed completely sober.

"we want pizza." isla replied.

mark looked at her and laughed. "aww, you're so wasted. that's so cute. and there's still some pizza left in the kitchen if you want it."

isla and sungchan looked at each other and spoke with their eyes. the two didn't waste anytime taking themselves back to the kitchen area to the pizza boxes that they thought were completely empty, but ended up being wrong. isla spotted jaemin pouring a clear liquid into a cup that her brother was holding.

"hey! don't give my baby brother alcohol!" she exclaimed, taking the bottle from his hands.

jaemin narrowed his eyes at her, "you drank for the first time when we were like 13. its just a little bit, i'm not getting him black out drunk."

"lighten up, buzzkill," her brother joked, elbowing her arm and taking the bottle that she had just snatched.

the night went on as normal, almost everyone wasn't sober one way or another, there was loud music playing and they were all just enjoying themselves. isla was enjoying herself for the most part, but like doyoung said, she definitely did need to learn how to handle her alcohol.

so there she was in the bathroom, puking her brains out with zara behind her holding her hair back and occasionally rubbing her back to help her feel better.

"ew." isla commented after seeing the toilet bowl filled with vomit. "i'm never drinking again."

"whats happening in here?" jeno came to the door way next to iseul who was waiting for her friend to finish throwing up.

isla finally felt like her body was done bringing back up everything she ate and drank, so she stood up and flushed the toilet.

"do me a favor and take her to her bed, jeno?" zara asked politely.

"i'm good, i'm more sober now," isla insisted, but jeno followed behind anyways.

"you're probably still drunk, too." she said.

"yep. i am. i'm very tired." he replied.

as isla stepped into the room she was staying in, she flopped onto the bed and shut her eyes as jeno sat at the edge. she felt herself drifting off instantly.

"lay down," she mumbled into her pillow to jeno.

"what?"

isla scooted herself over to make room for the the boy to lie down next to her. "lay. sleep."

"you're right, i'm too lazy to go back to my room." jeno replied, sprawling out his body next to her.

"do not snore or i will karate shop your throat."

"okay!"
