Leah's P.O.V.

I was in my office nervous. I haven't seen or talked to the guys in three years. This could be ugly or go smoothly, either way I will have a mental breakdown inside the moment I see Luke. I decided to dress to impress to show Luke what he missed out on. I wore a wear black choptop, a jean skirt with black heels and a leather jacket. I decided to cut my hair and dye it blonde. I knew I was probably going to be a bitch but I didn't care.

Jennifer, my assistant, walked in "Uh Ms. Carter, Five Seconds Of Summer is here. Would you like me to send them up?"

I nodded "Yeah Jennifer, thank you." I said with a smile. She smiled and walked out, as the door closed I felt my heart beat increase. They are here, he is here.

There was a another knock at the door "Come in!" I yelled and the door opened revealing the four guys. I smiled sweetly "Hello boys, I am glad you could make it today." I heard a whistle "Damn princess, did you dress just for me?" I heard that voice and I felt my body freeze for a second. Luke. I smirked and walked over to the group "In your pretty little fuck boy dreams." I said with a smile. He chuckled "Please take a seat you guys. I don't bite." I said with a small giggle.

The guys sat down and looked at me "You look amazing Leah, it really have changed since we last saw you." Ashton said sweetly. I smiled sadly, Ashton was always the one who was there for me through everything. He was. "Well last time you saw me, I had my heart crushed by an asshole who couldn't keep his dick in his pants and by my three best friends plus my sister who kept an important secret from me and knew it would break my heart." I said and the boys got quiet. I ran my hand through my hair "Speaking of heartbreak, let's talk about your new song that just came out."

Luke smirked "What about it? Do you like it?" I glared at him "No I hate it because I know it is about me. Now the reason I contacted you guys for a meeting is not because I want to be all buddy-buddy again. I want my name not mentioned out of your mouths if they ask who the song's about!" I said with anger in my voice I glared at Luke.

Luke glared at me "Why not babe? Would it ruin your precious career? Well guess what Leah, I don't give a fuck about your career. As far as I am concerned, you can take your career and shove it up you-" Before he could finish the sentence, there was a loud clap sound that echoed around the room and Luke had a red mark on his cheek. Mikey, Ashton and Calum looked at us in shock. He looked at me in shock and my eyes widened. Why did I do that, I would never hit Luke or any of the guys. My mouth gaped open "Luke- I am- I didn-" he stopped me "Woah five years of knowing each other, I never thought you would have that in you but I guess I was wrong." He said coldly. I tried to apologise but nothing came out, he looked at the guys "This meeting is over, I am going to the car." He paused "See you around, Princess." He said looking at me and then walked out. Calum and Mikey followed giving me apologetic looks. Ashton stayed though, he walked over to me and hugged me. As much as I wanted to yell and scream at him, I couldn't. It was like he made all the pain I was feeling disappear temporary.

He kissed my forehead and hugged me tightly "I missed you so much, L and I am so sorry for today and for what I did." I hugged him tighter and cried into his chest "I missed you too Ash. It hasn't been the same without you. I wish everything could go back to normal. Before I was with Luke, when I didn't feel this heartache." I looked at Ashton and he smiled at me sadly "Listen love, we are staying in L.A. for a while. I was wondering if maybe you wanted to come hang out with me next week. I can try to fix the friendship I ruined," I smiled at him.

I loved Ashton so much, not as a boyfriend but as a brother and best friend.

I heard someone clear their throat "Ashton let's go." Luke said sounding angry as he saw us. Ashton smiled at me "See you next weekend, then?" I smiled and nodded. They left and I felt a little weight lifted off my chest.
