Evening...

Scene opens with lucky entering sanky's house...

"swara... "

"lucky! " she comes running and hugs him...

He twirls her...

"I missed u lucky! "

"me too baba... Are u fine?"

He checks her...

"I am all good... "

"okay... Let's go to hostel. Pack ur bags"

"hmm... " she says faintly and goes to the guest room..

This was all noticed by sanky from upstairs...

He fists his hand and pulls his hair back...

"hii Sir! "
Lucky shouts and he nods...

"thanks for saving swara...
She means a lot to me! "

Lucky says smirking... While Sanky goes to his room and bangs the door...

Swara comes with her luggage...

Scene opens in the patho professor kicking his bike nth time...

"why is this day so horrible? "

Rohan laughs other side banging the wall...

"there is an atom bomb waiting for u at home..."

That sir wipes his sweat and hires the cab to his home finally...

Night...

Scene opens with sanky playing with his food...

Suji shakes him... "what's wrong?"

He nods in no... He was upset with swalak closeness
And how she left without even bidding bye...

Suji "swara! Get the cake we prepared morning..."

"ji maa... "

Swara? I have started hallucinating things... Why is this love so much torturous...

But to his surprise, swara comes out with the chocolate cake all smiling...

She puts in sanky's plate...

While he was lost in her all the while...

Suji cackles her voice...

Sanky comes back to earth and sees swara sitting next to suji...

"u didn't leave to hostel with lucky? "

He asks taking a bite of the cake...

"no... Actually maa ...

"it's Sunday tomorrow sanky... And she doesn't have duty...

So, I requested lucky to let her be here till Monday...

Anyway, u take her with u on Monday morning"

Sanky nods... "but...

"no but vut...I like swara so much...We both have become best friends...

U know, what all we did today...

We baked the cake...We went shopping... We did gardening...

She continues her ranting and sanky keeps gazing swara...

After a while...

Suji goes to kitchen...

Swara speaks... "sorry sir! I know u don't like me staying here...

But I could not say no to maa... I promise I ll convince her tomorrow some how...."

Sanky shouts...."noo... I mean u can stay till Monday. I have no problem"

Swara smiles widely and gets up to go...

He goes to her and holds her hand...

She looks at him confused...

"for making my mom smile.
I have never seen her this happy after dad's death...

He shakes her hand and goes away...

While swara stands open mouthed...

"what happened just now...

A Pan comes in the air and hits his face...

She switches the recording where he had badmouthed his wife being fat, her dangerous cooking, her endless shopping and so on... "

He smiles sheepishly and turns to her...

"oh darling... This is all...

"stop it... Just stop it... U gonna sleep on the floor for one week... "

Somewhere rohan is shown laughing....

"now I am satisfied...let me see how u make good drawings from tomorrow after getting no sleep for a week... "

Sunday...

Scene opens with ragini making rounds...

She smiles at her last patient and wishes all the best...

She turns to find lucky bending his head with a red rose...

"not again...Lucky! Why r u in hospital...U have no duty right... "

"but u have right! "

"tum jaha, hum waha... "

She shakes her head in disbelief...

"u don't understand English han?

Stop all this... "

She starts going...Lucky too about to follow...

Sister Maria twists his ear...

"han sister Maria... "

"u shameless fellow... Flirting ur madam... "

"seedha kyu nahi bolthi ki u r jealous..." he raises his eyebrow...

She laughs and leaves his ear...

"darling! Sach batao tho, I came for u... " he forwards the rose...

"accha!" she laughs and forwards her lunch box...

"ur favourite halwa... "

"ummm...So yummy " he finishes the box...

Scene opens with ragini getting emergency call...

And she runs to the ER...

Her dad too will be there...

"what happened? "

"wo actually, we got an ambulance call
from ABC area...A worker has fallen from 4th floor at the construction site..."

"oh no! Any medical issue? "

"yeah! he is unconscious... It's better a doctor go with the ambulance to pick him...

He might be in need of intubation...

It's Sunday today and I am all alone in the ER...

I can't leave ER and go... So,
I need u to go Dr. Ragini...

Are u fine with it? "

Says the ER resident...

She looks up at her dad once and nods in okay...

"I ll do it! "

"thank u so much...I ll be available on line...Contact me if u have any issue..."

He smiles at her...

She shake hands with him...

"okay Dr. Mehtha"

That time lucky enters...

"ragini ma'...

He swallows his words seeing shekar there...

And turns to go...

"lucky! Wait... " shekar calls him...

"yes sir! " he turns to shekar and folds his hands obediently...

"u go with ragini... "

His smile widens...

"but dad! He is not on duty"

"just take him with u... " shekar orders and continues to check his patient...

"fine... " saying that she goes towards ambulance...

"ma'am! Where is the trip for? I am so excited to go out with u... "

"can't u be serious at least now...

She explains him the case while he nods...

Both sit in the ambulance and checks for all the equipments...

"I expect a severe head injury...We might need intubaion...check for all we need "

Lucky nods and arranges everything...

Ragini smiles at that...

They go to the place and checks the patient...

Since he had worn the work helmet , his head was all fine...

"thank god! The helmet has saved his life...

His GCS is also okay...

He is bit breathless... "

Ragini says and checks his chest...

"his lungs are clear...He is breathless out of anxiety I guess..." she concludes...

"ma'am! He has very bad fracture over his left leg...

And his jaw is all messed up too... "

Lucky says checking for other injuries...

She too checks him and assures his family that there is nothing major as such...

And they are taking hospital for further evaluation...

Lucky cleans his external injuries and immobilises his leg...

Finally they shift him to the ambulance...

Both leave a sigh...

"good job lucky! "

He flashes his close up smile... "anything for u... "

She hits his head...

Both sit next to the patient and ambulance starts...

It's a drive of half an hour...

Raglak keep writing the findings and that's when the monitor beeps...

"oh no! His BP is low...Why?
Is he bleeding internaly? "

Ragini shouts and looks at lucky...

And starts examining his abdomen...

While lucky notices something else....

He takes the steth from her neck and auscultates the chest...

He nods in no...

"lucky! There is no bleeding
I can feel... "

"it's not in the abdomen... "

She looks up at him...

"it's his heart... It's bleeding into the pericardial cavity...

Low BP, muffled heart sounds, jugular distension.."

He shows the jugular vein in his neck...

She widens her eyes...

"it's a...

"yes! It's a temponade....
Cardiac tamponade... "

"but how! Sounds were fine when I checked..."

"yeah...But it has bled after that... "

"I think we are diagnosing it wrong... "

"no... look the ecg...it is the temponade arised out of the trauma... "

She keeps thinking...

Lucky asks the ambulance driver to stop...

"what u doing lucky...? "

"will drain it... Pericardiocentesis..."

Saying that he searches for the needle...

"no way I am letting u do this...

We needs Dr. Mehtha's permission...

And moreover, we r not sure of the diagnosis...we need an Echo at least...

Also, we have not taken consent from his family... "

"hell with anyone's consent.
he is dying... "

"but lucky...

He shouts at the driver to stop by side...

The ambulance stops while lucky tears open the patients shirt and pours the  sterilium over it...

"lucky! U r doing wrong...
In fact, it's my case and u r not even on duty...

I will be answerable to everyone tomorrow... "

She holds his hand...

"kal ka kal dekthe hain...
He is getting worse dammit"

He shouts at her and she stops taking a breath for a while...

Lucky leaves a sigh...

"I am sorry mam... Please let me do it... "

She sits numb...

He pierces the needle from below the sternum...

Ragini closes her eyes at that...

"this is so crude lucky... He will land up in complications... We need imaging to do this... "

Lucky ignores her...

And pushes it some more...

Nothing comes out...

"oh god! Hope u have not punctured heart...U freak"

She starts hyperventilating and dials the ER...

Lucky looks at her once and  alters the needle position...

The fluid comes out slowly...

He smiles...

Ragini gets surprised at that and closes her mouth...

The call gets connected...

"hello! Dr.mehtha here... "

Ragini was speechless and was looking at the patient breathing getting normal...

Lucky snatches the phone from her and explains everything to him and asks to prepare the OT...

"ask the Cardiac surgeon to reach the OT asap..."

He forwards her phone while she takes it silently...

Lucky asks the driver to start...

Both will be silent...

Lucky keeps monitoring his BP and Ecg...

While ragini looks at him silently...

They reach the hospital and Dr. Mehtha shifts him to OT

"well done Dr. Ragini...
It's good that u drained it not waiting till u reach the hospital...

I am impressed... And why not! U r daughter of great neurosurgeon of the town"

He says looking at shekar...

Shekar laughs and gives Mehtha an attitude look...

Shekar hugs raghu...

"well done babu... " he pats her cheek and goes away...

Lucky smiles at them and turns to go...

"wait! I am sorry... "

He looks at her confused...

"I did scold u in that heat of the moment...

But I am very proud of u...
U saved him... "

She smiles at him...

"what...When...Why...
I was not on duty at first place...I don't know what u r talking about ma'am... "

He winks at her and runs away...
