44. Jesse Watter's Speech
From Jesse Watters Primetime (2025)
Delivered by Jesse Watters

Jesse Watters: Liberal society has gone mad. People have been institutionalized for less. California has been trying for years to destroy Western civilization. Well, this is what it looks like. They finally did it. Primetime is calling for a federal takeover of California. When a state becomes this dangerous, and the government becomes this reckless, where the lives of millions of American citizens are being destroyed, their homes obliterated, their infrastructure annihilated, we can't wait for a recall election. This is an issue of national security. This is a public health emergency. We know they have public health emergency powers. Remember the pandemic? Invoke them. The elected officials in California can't be trusted: they're criminally negligent. Look at what we're seeing: this is a war scene. And if anyone thinks that people who were responsible for this catastrophe are gonna somehow rebuild, you're out of your mind. If they're left in charge to rebuild L.A., they're gonna steal the money. Nothing's gonna get rebuilt. Everyone's gonna get screwed. This is Biblical-level destruction, and the city of L.A. is hosting the Olympics in four years. There's no way we can showcase L.A. to the world. A full federal takeover is needed. Invoke the Stafford Act. The state's overwhelmed. Martial law might have to be declared. Primetime prays for the people of L.A. and hopes we can put out this fire before it's too late.

(To be continued...)

A/N: Man, it's been almost six years since I last updated this collection. After seeing the California wildfires on TV and on YouTube and reading about them online, I noticed a vid on YouTube. This marks the first time I'm including a speech from an actual news program (Jesse Watters Primetime) from Fox News in this collection, because this man spoke truth to power. I wish there were more people on legacy media with the balls to say what needs to be said. Anyway, I got this speech from one of Fox News's YouTube vids on its official channel (the speech is at the end of the news segment, "On LA's streets, it's turning into the 'Wild West': Watters") and have added the vid above to give more context.
