I was supposed to be getting sleep, but I just couldn't. I sit up on my bed, hoping that the guards don't notice. Since we aren't supposed to have contact to the outside, we don't have any electronics. We also don't have a tv so that we won't get jealous and be more influenced to attempt running. And because of all that, I am completely bored.

I hear footsteps coming towards my door and I quickly get back under my covers. My door opens and one of the guards walks in. "What are you doing awake?" he asks me. I sigh and sit back up. "You shouldn't be awake, you're lucky its me that caught you," he tells me. 

"I am lucky it's you, Jordan. And I just can't sleep." 

Jordan sighs and says, "At least, don't sit up and make noise getting back under your covers." I nodded and gave him a hug. "Try to sleep, you're going to be very busy in the morning," he told me as he walked out. Jordan shuts the door and walks off. I get back under my covers so I can try to sleep again.

In the morning, I got up and got dressed. I sat down on my bed because my door is still locked so I have to wait for one of the guards. One of the guards cracks my door open and walks off. I get up and open the door the rest of the way. I look out of it and notice my door is the first they opened. I walk out and go straight to the kitchen. 

I get the bread down and start making toast. The others slowly start coming into the kitchen too and I see the doctor come in here to start the day. Once the guards leave, Dr. Colin says, "I'm going to help you guys escape. First, I need to know why you are all here, like what your conditions are." 

"Why do you need to know? Are you telling us that we're going to need to use them to get out?" Will asks. Dr. Colin nods. 

"I thought they told you before you came here. So you would need to know the 'risks'," I comment.

"Nope, they didn't tell me." 

"Three of us could theoretically escape easily, but we won't leave behind the others. We would need a distraction for the guards as well." 

"Tell me your conditions and I can help make a plan according to them." 

"I can teleport, Blake controls storms and wind, Neo shape shifts, Luke has super speed or whatever, Sam uses mind control or illusion, Ben goes invisible, Leo has pyrokinesis, Ty heals people, and Ana we have no idea for her, we just know she has a condition. Could be so dangerous that they don't even want her to be tested," Will told the doctor.

"Then this is easier than you thought. William, are you able to teleport more than one person with you?" 

"I'm not sure, but I could try." 

"Then we have your distraction, Sam can cause an illusion on the guards and the others could slip by the guards, open the gate and you guys are out. William, you'd have to teleport both you and Sam out." 

"I'm not even sure if I can teleport more than one person." 

"If not, I'm sure there is at least one guard that is on your side."

"How will we find that one guard?" Neo asks, "If we found the wrong one, they would know right away and we would be punished." I look down quickly and try to look away from them. 

"Blake. Do you have something to tell us?" the doctor asks me.

 "I've kind of been breaking one of the rules that includes one of them. I could talk to him to see his idea on helping." 

"When?" 

"He comes to check up on me at night, I won't have long because he patrols our halls and if the other guards see that he is in my room too long then it'll end bad." 

"Tell us tomorrow if you have time tonight," Will says. I nod and bite into my toast. I know for a fact that Jordan will help us if given the chance. Speak of the devil, I think as Jordan walks into the house. 

"I hope you all had a nice breakfast, but its time to go out in the fields for testing."

Will looked at me when he noticed I was staring at Jordan. I know what he's wondering so I just nod. Will looks around to see if other guards are in here. 

"Sir? Can I ask you a question?" Will asked. The others look at him with a surprised look. 

Jordan looks at him and says, "No, go out to the field, I need to talk to Blake." Neo looks at me and is obviously scared for me. I get up and follow him.

When we get where the others can't hear us, Jordan questions, "Did you tell anyone?" 

"I never said a name, but it was only brought up when we were talking about guards that could help us." 

"Help you with what?" 

"Escape," I say quieter. 

"Of course I would, tell them when you get the chance, but not around me because I'm supposed to be making sure you guys don't talk about this." He then takes me outside to the field so that we can be "tested" on.
