She gathered her courage to confess but she was ignored. The smiles she often received from him disappeared as if it was only a figment of her imagination. She was disappointed and hurt but eventually the pain subsided and she was able to move on.

She said yes, but she did not expect the man to be forceful and would argue with her over small matters like a kiss or holding hands. You see, she was not like others girls who would say yes with this kind of actions and besides she just answered yes. For the second time, she was once again disappointed but this time she was not hurt, just extremely disappointed.

She accepted his gifts and went out to eat with him once. They would be often seen together in the morning before the class. He had even started to call her with an endearment until ultimately she fell. He graduated, she did not because she was held back for another year. It was no big deal really, she was about to answer him and say yes, say that she likes him too but before she could do it, he gave her a message. He told her that he will stop wooing her, so that she can focus on her studies. She felt sad but felt that his reason was reasonable, so she agreed. She was willing to wait but after he got a job, they lost contact with each other.

Then one day, she saw that he was online so she said 'hi' they talked for a while and she was excited but the next day, he did not reply to her messages. Now she did not expect anything from him anymore. He would not hear her confession and she would not say the words to him anymore.

She was contented but seeing her friends marry, have children and have their own family, she could not help but be sad and wonder if she'll be able to have something like that.

Perhaps the answer is yet to come, so for now she would focus on her career and on the things she was passionate about until the moment that her love will come and sweep her off her feet.

It may be only a fantasy to others but she believed that this fantasy will become a reality and that she will eventually meet the man for her.
