Tomorrow I start volunteering at a medical institute nearby. After 2 months of writing letters, completing paperwork, etc, I can finally begin my tasks.

I'll likely just be inputting research data into a database. Though it seems like a simple task, it will be a unique and beneficial opportunity for me to gain hands-on experience in the medical field. Perhaps I'll meet some neurologists as well!

If you didn't already know, I want to practice clinical neurology as a profession. It's a difficult field requiring many years in college. Regardless, I'm quite interested in the human brain and believe a career in clinical neurology would allow me to gain lots of knowledge about the human brain (no duh).

Hopefully, I won't be an incompetent mess that can't properly input data into a computer. Who knows? Wish me luck.
