I thought I was going to be okay
I thought I wasn't going to do it tonight
But I did
The demons came again
They told me to
Slowly, I glided the blade across my arm
Several times
Watching the blood travel down my arm
Regret and guilt filled me instantly
I had failed to stay strong
                                                yet again.
