It's crazy how much can change in a year.
This time last year(maybe a month earlier) i was happy and on top of the world.
But many things changed
I started to feel extremely insecure and nervous around people.
One night i had a panic attack
And that's what changed it all

Now i'm a mess
Stuck in depression
Surrounding in anxiety

I want to get out but I don't know how
