Everywhere I go
I feel snervous
I feel like everyone is watching me and judging me
I feel like i'm going to get attacked
Crowds of people make me feel claustrophobic yet only a few people make me feel lost and that everyone is disappearing (especially in widespread areas)
what's wrong with me?
I'm so confused

Sorry about this, it probably sounds a complete mess but i need to let it out and this is the only place where I feel comfortable to do so.
