Inside (Part 1)

You all know about the Massacre at the Long Island MHRF back in 2060 or the fire that reduced the entire island to ashes, haven't you? You haven't?

The Massacre at the Long Island MHRF happened about sixty years ago and the survivors of the massacre were sworn to secrecy and told to lie to the press that it was a terrorist group, even though all the different terrorist groups refused to claim it. Well, it shouldn't happen again, my grandfather made sure of that, but I'm getting ahead of myself. I guess I'll have to start by telling you the truth about what happened.

What you are about to read is the true account, as told to me by my grandfather, (As seen on the security cameras and later told to him by Hector himself), of the Long Island MHRF Massacre and devastating fire.

"Gasp" Hector Shaw croaked as he woke up on the floor of a room he was not familiar with. As a matter of fact, he didn't even remember his own name until after a few seconds of consciousness.

"Where am I? What time is it? How did I get here? What is this place?", these are the questions he started asking himself, wondering what happened. The room he was in had padded walls, solid concrete floor, and a bed with a metal frame. He was about to walk out the large steel door, but found it was locked. After looking around the room, Hector found nothing useful. However, a red stain on one of the wall cushions caught his eye.

Hector walked over and examined it, noticing it was loose. Curious, he pulled on it, revealing a large hole leading to the next room. When Hector stepped into the next room, his shoe landed in something and when he looked down, he saw it was a sticky red substance.

"What is this stuff," he asked out loud.

He lifted his head and saw the room, "What the heck happened here?", he asked himself. He saw that the room was covered in the same red ooze he had stepped in.

As he looked around the room he noticed it had metal plated walls, a metal table, one and a half mahogany chairs, and an arm with a pen in it on the floor. He turned and faced the wall where he emerged from and saw a smiley face made of hand prints. Right away, he knew what the red liquid was blood.

"Where the heck am I?" he asked. He turned and faced the door, walking around the metal table to open it, and found what looked like a doctor bent over the busted steel door. Upon examining the corps, he noticed it was missing its right arm and eyes, crushed at the chest with a big hole strait through it, and its face was squashed into the rest of the head.

Hector walked around the corps and found himself in a hallway with dead bodies scattered across the floor. In the corner, almost in front of him, was a man in what looked to be a security guard suit. The man had dark hair, brown eyes wide with fear, and a large gash in his left shoulder and he was bleeding badly but still alive.

"Sir, what happened here" he asked the man. All the man did was mumble. After about five seconds, the man lifted his head to Hector, then he said in a loud, shaky tone "Pie, fry, lie, my, the Beast is coming, we're all going to die! Mud, bud, cud, the Beast wants to spill our blood! Sun, fun, bun, run, he'll hunt us all one by one, the moment he is done, he will leave this place and kill everyone, and now stranger leave me and run, run, run!".

Hector looked the man over and noticed he had some sort of a security clearance badge with a picture of him. The badge had a name next the man's picture, which read Percy Ford.

Percy was crying and yelled "I can't see your face stranger! Run! leave me behind!", but Hector gave Percy a hand up and started helping him down the hall. "Here, you may need this," Percy said as he handed Hector his badge, "just make sure my daughter knows I love her, and that I'm sorry for missing her recital".

At almost lightning speed, Percy grabbed his pistol from its holster, shoved it into his mouth, and fired, killing himself. In a startle Hector released Percy, and the body crumpled to the blood-stained floor. Hector stood there in shock, then he heard a noise that was coming from the end of the hallway where Hector found Percy. Nothing could really be seen in the darkness at the end of the hallway, but he heard growling as if it was some sort of monster.

"Is this the beast Percy spoke of?" He asked himself, but didn't stay long to find out. Instead, he ran straight to the door at the opposite end of the hall.
