I need to tell you guys this so you guys will know. So it won't be so sudden when I die out of nowhere.

Okay here it goes

I have a heart problem. Its with my Aorta and aortic valve. They are very weak and could burst or break. If I have high blood pressure and it goes too high the walls of the aorta could break and I would bleed to death within seconds. If my body works too hard or high blood pressure gets too high then the aortic valve would break and I could die from a heart attack and have a low chance of surviving.
