"Uncle Bobby I-" Heidi freezes right where she is and her smile fades.

"What is FLOOR doing here?!"

Arvilla lifts her up and gently pats her leg. "Honey, it's time to open presents!"

"No like Floor!  Go back to Lonon!" Heidi reaches over her mother's shoulder and punches her little fists at Flora.

"Come on, where's your brother?  We have presents to open!"

"What's wrong with her?" Margene laughs walking towards her with Joseph.

"She's fine.  She just has a bit of a temper." Arvilla smiles.

"Me no like her, Margie!"

"Enough." Arvilla says.

"Is that cake good, Joe Joe?"

"It yummy cake, mommy.  Tank you for my cake."

"Aw you're welcome, baby boy!  Are you enjoying your party?"

"Yes!  Tank you for my party, mommy!"

"You're welcome!  You're such a sweet little guy!"

"Tank you for saying I sweet, mommy!"

Arvilla giggles and kisses his cheek. "Thank you for being the best son ever!"

Joseph giggles. "You welcome, mommy!"

Just then Alan walks over to sit with them.

"Hey birthday boy."

"I two!" Joseph lifts two fingers.

"You're almost as old as me!"

"Yeah!  Mama more ice cweam, please?"

"No buddy, I don't want you to get a tummy ache."

"It no ache, mama." Joseph nods.

"Not now but it will later."

"Awww!" Joseph pouts.

"You're okay."

"Ya!  I okay, mama." He softly pats her hand.

Arvilla giggles. "I love you, Joe."

"I love you, too mama!"

Arvilla kisses him before turning to Alan.

"What's up?"

"I met Flora.  She seems.."

"Horrible?"

"I wasn't gonna say that but.."

"Why is she here?" Arvilla asks with a mean look in her eyes.

"She wanted to surprise you guys!"

Arvilla rolls her eyes. "His whole trip is ruined now."

Alan turns to Robert and Flora and sees them kissing in the corner. "I don't think he feels it's ruined."

Arvilla glances over and scoffs. "Disgusting."

"Scusting, mama!" Joseph says cutely.

"It is, Joe!"

Joseph giggles.

Arvilla sighs and runs her hand through her curls. "It's okay.  We're not gonna worry about mean old Floor!"

"Ya mama!"

"That's good.  Oh and not to add to it but Ms. Margie was right.  She does kinda look like you."

"Alan, be quiet!"

"Mama dat not nice!  Be nice girl." Joseph softly brushes his hand on Arvilla's arm.

"Yeah momma, be nice to me." Alan smiles.

Arvilla chuckles softly. "I'm sorry, Alan."

"It's okay.  You're much prettier than she is.  You just have a couple of the same features."

"Thank you, sweets."

"Arvilla!" Carol runs over.

"What's wrong?"

"Margene has Heidi.  She was hitting Flora!"

Arvilla couldn't hide her smile.

"Arvilla, that's not nice!"

"I'll get after her!"

Carol leaves and Arvilla smiles at Alan. "She has her momma's back!"

Alan laughs and nods his head as Arvilla goes over to her daughter.

"Heidi Ho!  Come here, my sweet sweet Princess!"

Alan sighs and looks to Jospeh. "She is in love!"

"Ooooh!  Luuuub!"

Alan nods and smiles.

"Bye Bobby- Top, Sorry!  Goodbye, Robert." Arvilla gives him a look.

"Stop it." He chuckles and hugs Arvilla.

"Are we still on for the park tomorrow?"

"Yeah!  Do you mind if Flora comes?"

"Of course not." Arvilla fakes a smile.

"Oh darling I've already made plans for us."

"You have?  Arvilla and I had something scheduled everyday."

"Honey that was before I arrived.  I have our week booked!"

Robert sighs.

"It's okay, Bobby.  We'll uh.. We'll get together soon." Arvilla smiles softly.

Robert turns to Flora.

"Well.. Arvilla why don't you join us on Wednesday?  I'll send you the details later."

"No, I.. I don't want to ruin your plans."

"Nonsense!  I came here to see you and the babies and that is what is going to happen." Robert says. "We will see you three on Wednesday!"

"Alright.  Well I'm looking forward to it!"

"I'm not looking forward to it!" Arvilla whines.

Everyone has left and it is now just her, the twins, and Margene and Carol.

"Why did you agree to it?"

"Because I wanna see Bobby before he goes back.  UGH!  WHY did she have to come?!"

"I'm sorry, Arvilla.  You know, she is what you said she was." Carol says.

"A real bitch."

"Margene!  Language!"

"Well she is, Carol!"

"She really is.  I don't know what Bobby sees in her." Arvilla sighs.

Wednesday.

"An art museum!" Arvilla fakes yet another smile. "Well this should be interesting with two toddlers.  Heidi Louise alone should destroy everything in sight!   You know what?  Why don't I just walk around here with the babies and we'll meet up for lunch?"

"Okay!" Flora says grabbing Robert. "Let's go, love."

"No, no, no!  They'll be fine!  I'm here." Robert smiles. "You're not alone, Arvy."

Arvilla smiles softly. "Are you sure?  I'm nervous."

"I'm here.  Don't be nervous."

Arvilla felt her insides tingle. "Okay.. Thanks." She says cutely.

Robert knew Heidi was the one to worry about so he made sure to look after her.

"I up on uncle Bobby's soulders!" She giggles. "I so taaaallll!"

"You sure are, baby girl!"

"Mama look at this.  Is beautiful!" Joseph points.

"Oh a little art lover." Arvilla smiles and kneels beside the stroller. "It is so beautiful, isn't it?"

"So beautiful like mama!" He smiles.

"Aw my handsome." Arvilla kisses him.

"My beautiful!"

Arvilla giggles as her eyes tear up.

"You kay, mama?"

"Yeah.. it's just.. having you is just like having a tiny version of your daddy.  Always telling me I'm beautiful, and just being so sweet.  You're just like him little guy."

Joseph giggles and softly caresses Arvilla's cheek.  It really felt Joe was inside of this little boy of theirs.

Lunch.

"Is your food good, Joe?" Arvilla asks.

"Yummy!"

"Good.  How about you, Heidi?"

"Yuck!" Heidi makes a face.

"You don't like it?"

"NO!  Is gwoss!"

"Perhaps it's because she isn't used to eating at such nice restaurants?" Flora says.

Arvilla gives her a look before giving Heidi some of her food.

Flora then turns to Robert and says, "Your eyes look lovely in this light, love."

"So do yours, beautiful."

"I know." Flora smiles and kisses his lips.

Heidi watches them kiss and waits for them to pull away.

"Uncle Bobby kished my mommy on da wips too."

Arvilla's eyes went wide.

Flora leans away from Robert. "What?  You kissed her?"

"He gave her a lotta kishes!"

"No!  No, that was a very very long time ago!"

"Yeah!  He hadn't even met you yet, Flora." Arvilla says.

"That doesn't matter!  Why didn't you tell me?"

"I didn't think I had to, it meant nothing!"

Arvilla sat back and listened to Robert.  It hurt her to hear him say that.

"It meant nothing?  Well why are you so obsessed with her then?  Arvilla this, Arvilla that!  I mean come on, she isn't that great!"

"You know what, I'm gonna leave."

"Arvilla, No!  Flora, this is ridiculous!  I love you, not Arvilla!"

Arvilla grabbed her diaper bag and the twins.

"I'm gonna go, you two need to talk."

"Arvilla-"

"Don't try to stop me, Robert!" Arvilla says with a stern voice.

Arvilla took the twins and went to her car.  She buckled them in and got in the front seat.  She sat there and cried her eyes out.

"Mamas okay?" Joseph asks.

"Yeah buddy, mamas fine."

"No cwy, pwease."

"I'm okay, baby boy.. I'm fine."
