February 13th.

"Bobbyyyy! You're here! Welcome back!"

Robert lifts Arvilla and spins her around.

"Ahh!" She giggles. "Put me down before the old lady gets her panties in a twist!" Arvilla laughs.

"The old lady?  Oh!" Robert chuckles. "Flora had to stay back for work."

"What?! Oh what a shaaaame." Arvilla smiles.
"Well come in! The kids are in the kitchen. We're about to bake cookies!"

"Oh I arrived just in time!"

Robert walked through to the kitchen and the twins screamed with excitement.

The four then baked cookies and had a movie night on the couch. Joseph eventually fell asleep on his mother, and Heidi fell asleep on Robert.

"I think we're stuck here til morning." Robert whispers to Arvilla.

Arvilla chuckles. "We might be. You can pick the next movie."

"Just because you're already falling asleep."

"Hey I can't help it, cookies make me sleepy!" Arvilla smiles.

Robert laughs. "That's fine, I'll take it."

Soon Arvilla was out and Robert just stopped and stared. "You're beautiful, Arvilla." He whispered.

The next morning.

Valentine's Day.

"I two tomowow! I two tomowow!" Heidi runs into the living room with only a diaper on.

"Hey me too!" Joseph giggles.

"You're both gonna be two tomorrow!" Robert smiles.

"Wha you doin' Bobby?" Heidi asks.

"Helping your mommy make breakfast."

"You dwove?"

"No I slept here last night."

"Why?  You gib mommy kishies in da night time?" Heidi asks.

"Haha, no.  I didn't do that, you little booger!"

"Good!  No kishies for mama!  Only ME!" Heidi lifts her arms.

Robert chuckles and lifts her up.

"It my party tomowow!"

"I know!  It's your brothers too, you know."

"No jus mine."

"Heidi, you and brother share the same birthday." Arvilla says lifting Joseph.

"Whyyyy?"

"Because you're twins!"

"Why?!"

"Because your daddy and I were on top of our game that night."

"Wha?" Heidi gives her a puzzled look.

"Nothing." Arvilla laughs.

"Uncle Bobby and I made you both a yummy Valentine's Day meal! Who's hungry?" Arvilla smiles and gently bounces Joseph on her hip.

"Meeee! I hungwy, Mama!" Joseph lifts her arms.

"Well let's go!"

"Yay! Uncle Bobby feed me!" Heidi says.

"Heidi Louise, you can feed yourself." Arvilla laughs.

The next morning.

"Happy Birthday, Babies! These past two years have been so incredible! Thank you for choosing me to be your mommy."

"We no do dat! You jus got us in you belly!" Heidi says.

"Hey I like to think you chose me!" Arvilla laughs. "Maybe Jesus took you to find me. I like to think you chose the sweetest and most beautiful mommy in the bunch." She smiles.

"You beautiful, mommy!" Joseph wraps his arms around his mother and gives her a big slobbery kiss on the cheek.

"Aw my boy, that makes mommy so so happy! Thank you, love."

Arvilla made the twins some breakfast then starred baths.

Alan, Miguel, and Robert came by to help set up for the party. Margene was picking up the cake, and Carol was out getting a few last minute things.

"We all clean!" Heidi shouts as she runs down the hall in her hooded towel.

"There's the birthday girl! Where's the birthday boy?" Robert asks.

"I here!" Joseph giggles.

"There he is!"

"We naked!" Heidi smiles.

"Oh my goodness, go put some clothes on!"

"No way!"

"Yes Heidi, come here. You too, Joseph."

"No tanks."

"I coming, Mama!" Joseph says.

"Thank you, baby.  Heidi Ho, come on."

"No!" Heidi throws her towel off and runs into the kitchen.

"Hi boys!" She smiles when she sees Alan and Miguel.

"Hey birthday girl!  Oh my goodness!  You're naked!" Alan laughs. "Go get your clothes on!"

"No!"

Arvilla walks in and snatches her up. "Got you!  Come on, mommy bought you a beautiful new dress to wear today."

Heidi smiles up to her mother. "I peeing."

"Heidi Louise!"

Robert chuckles. "I'll clean up the pee pees, you take her and get cleaned up."

"You're a life saver, Bobby!" Arvilla kisses his cheek before leaving the room.

Alan stood there watching.  He saw the goofy smile on Robert's face. "You good, Mr. Abrego?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Just asking." Alan chuckles.

A couple hours later.

"Aw look at the birthday twins!" Margene smiles.

"Happyyyyy Birthday, sissyyyy!" Joseph wraps his arms around his sister.

"Tanks.." Heidi rubs his back.

"Heidi, say happy birthday to brother." Arvilla says.

"Happy birthday Joe Joe. I lub yew."

"Aw you two are so sweet!" Carol smiles.

"They can be pretty cute, huh?" Arvilla says.

"The cutest!"

"Hello darlings!" Arvilla hears a voice that made her skin crawl.

"Flora! Baby, what are you doing here?" Robert greets her with a kiss.

"I wanted to surprise you! So I came all the way to America to see your little friends."

Arvilla watched the two without blinking.

"Arvilla.. Arvilla. Arvilla!" Margene shouts, pulling her from her thoughts.

"Oh! I'm sorry. Would you like another drink? How about some.. some.. some- Carol, want some wine?"

"I don't drink."

"Oh right! Well I'll make you some lemonade then!" Arvilla said sound extremely flustered.

"That's his girlfriend?"

"That's his girlfriend!" Arvilla fakes a big smile.

She then walks over and smiles. "Hello Flora! Welcome to my home. Thank you for coming!"

"Oh of course! I couldn't be away from my lovely for too long." Flora turns to Robert and kisses him once again.

"Oh look at you doing that again!" Arvilla smiles big.

"Okay and you Stop! We are at a children's birthday party after all. Keep the tongues in the mouths!"

"Sorry." Robert chuckles.

"Okay kids!" Arvilla turns to the twins and claps her hands. "It's present time!" She then sighs deeply.  Why did she hate this woman so much?  Arvilla did not want Flora to ruin her happiness today.  She refused to let her get to her.
