July.

"Uh oh!  Poopsies!  Well we better get you all cleaned up because we're gonna go see grandpa today!  We're also going to see grandma.. seeing grandma is a bit different.  She's in Heaven with daddy.. we're going to visit her resting spot.  Grandma loves you two so much.  I know she would have loved playing with you.  Gosh, if you guys had only come sooner.  You could have met grandma, and gotten some cuddles with your daddy.. he gave the best cuddles." Arvilla sighs deeply. "But that's not how God planned it out.  We have to trust his plan.  This was all meant to happen this way.
  This is God's plan." Arvilla spoke like she were trying to convince herself this was true.

Arvilla arrived before her father.

"Well here we are! These are my babies, mommy.  Heidi and Joseph.  Say hi, babies." Arvilla smiles and sits the twins down.

"They can sit up on their own!  A little wobbly, but they're doing well." She smiles.

"Ahhhhbababababa!" Joseph smiles and claps his hands.

Heidi looks up to the sky and smiles big.

"What are you smiling at, Princess?"

Heidi babbles and reaches up.

"Who are you smiling at?" Arvilla chuckles.

"Do you see angels?  Huh?
  Those are all the angels looking over you and brother.  You're lucky lucky babies." Arvilla rubs her back and kisses both of their heads.

August.

Arvilla woke up to the sound of Joseph crying.

"Oh someone is grumpy!" Arvilla shouted walking through the hall.

When she entered the room she  smiled when she saw Heidi sitting up softly petting her brother's face.

"Aww look at this! Brothers having a rough morning, and sissy is giving him some emotional support! You two are gonna make mommy cry!" She covers her mother.

"Heidi, you're such a good sissy."

Heidi looks up to her mother with the most beautiful toothless smile.

Arvilla kisses her before picking both twins up.  She then kisses Joseph.

"Come on, friends. We're going on an adventure today!"

"Smile!  Oh come on Joe, why are you Mr. Grumpy Pants today?"

"Heidi Ho! I see you looking right in the camera, you little model! Joey, please smile. I'll give you boobies if you do!"

Joseph looks to his mothers chest.

"Yep! Fresh milkies!" Arvilla's make pulls at her top making Joseph smile.

"There's a smile! You stinky boy! You're just like your daddy!" Arvilla laughs.

"Surprise! We're at the park! Let's lay you down so we can look up at the sky and watch the birds."

Arvilla lays down beside the twins.

"Look, there's a bird right there! Aren't they beautiful? What should we call him?"

Heidi kicks her feet and babbles.

"That's a perfect name!" Arvilla giggles.

"You two are getting so big! I can't believe you're six months old already! That's half a year! My big babies! My chunker monkers!" Arvilla smiles and softly squeezes their thighs.

The twins laughed and stared up at the birds in amazement.

Arvilla smiled watching her babies. Her heart hurt her knowing it were just her and her kiddos without Joe here with them. Arvilla knew this is exactly where she's supposed to be in life. Arvilla loves being a mother. It made her so happy. She just wishes she could experience it with Joe."

A couple weeks later.

"Hey Bobby!"

"Arvilla! How's it going? The twins keeping you on your toes?"

"Oh gosh yes! They're six months old now! They're both trying their best to start crawling, we're not quite ready for solids, but hopefully soon! They're talking so much more now. Well babbling of course!" She laughs. "But they babble non stop!"

"Sounds like they're growing up without me!"

"They sure are. How are you?"

"I'm doing okay. It's lonely here."

"Aw.. have you met any friends?"

"Not really. Just a few but none to write home about."

"I see. Well Robert, don't forget where you are! You're in London! Go out when you have time and meet people! Have fun and experience life! If Joe taught me anything it was to enjoy life, go on adventures, try new things, and just have fun! Because it goes way too fast.. way too fast. Don't let life pass you by. Do what you want."

Robert swallowed hard. What he wanted was her.
