Christmas morning.

Arvilla got the babies up, changed and fed.

"Alright, mommy has gone through the whole routine.  Let's open presents!"

Heidi smiles and claps her hands.

"YAY!  Present time!  Present time!  Mommy bought you all kinds of new toys and clothes!"

"Boobs!" Joseph shouts.

"Excuse me, sir?  What did you just say?"

"Boobs!" He smiles.

Arvilla laughs. "Your aunt Margene kept talking about my boobies last night when you were eating, I should have known you were gonna copy her!"

"Booooobs." He smirks.

"Oh my goodness you crack me up!"

Arvilla helped the twins unwrap their presents.  They had a blast!  Both Joseph and Heidi found unwrapping presents to be the most hilarious thing.

Arvilla laughed at the sound of their sweet giggles. "I'm so happy you like all of your toys, babies!"

"Mama!" Joseph holds his toy up to her.

"You like that one, cutie?"

"No!" Joseph purses his lips and holds his toy to his chest.

"I'm not gonna take it, you goof!" She says making him laugh.

Arvilla giggles and nods her head.

"You two can play for a little while longer but soon we'll have to change out of our pj's and shower.  Grampy's coming over, loves."

"Noooo!"

"Jospeh!  Why are you yelling?"

Joseph fusses and kicks his legs.

"Oh goodness, I don't like this Joe!  Let's not, okay?"

Joseph looks at his mother and laughs.

"You're a toot, do you know that?"

New Years Eve.

Arvilla decided to take the twins on a little trip to ring in the new year.

"You two did great on the plane!  You're pros now, aren't you?  That was a long flight too!" Arvilla says as she puts the twins in their stroller.

"Well babies.. Welcome to Florida!"

"YAAAAY!" Heidi cheers making her mother chuckle.

After landing Arvilla and the twins head to the hotel for baths and dinner.

"Is your food good, loves?" Arvilla asked as they all three sat on the bed and ate their dinner.

"Nom, nom, nom." Heidi mumbles, stuffing her face.  She was very independent.

Joseph sighs and pushes his plate away.  He then points to his mother's chest and says, "Boobs."

"Jospeh!" Arvilla laughs as her son crawls to her and pulls on her top.

"Hey stop that you little weirdo." Arvilla pulls her shirt.

"BOOBS!" He fusses.

"My goodness, okay!"

Heidi watches her brother nurse and makes the cutest little angry face.

"What's wrong with you?"

"MAMA!" She points.

"Hey you said it!  You FINALLY said Mama!"

"Mama!" She crawls over and starts suckling from Arvilla's left breast.

"Well I guess we're not quite ready to wean yet, huh?" Arvilla looks down and smiles softly before kissing their heads.

"It's okay.  Mommy never thought in a million years this would happen for her.  I'll feed you for as long as you will let me.  I love this connection, and I love you both!"

Both twins smiled up to their mother as they reached their tiny hand to her beautiful face.

Arvilla got a little emotion.  She could see Joe in both of them.  Especially Jospeh.

"I'm so happy you chose me to be your mommy." She bent forward and kissed both of their hands.

One hour later.

"You two are pooping out already so let's do our countdown!" Arvilla says to the twins who both wore New Years hats.

Arvilla blew a small horn making their eyes widen and their bodies jerk.  Both twins then laughed.

"Ooh I got ya!" She laughs. "Alright! FIVE! FOUR! THREE! TWO! ONE! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!" Arvilla shouted and kisses each one.

"Yay!" She claps. "2007! You two turn one year old soon!  That's just craziness!" Arvilla speaks in a funny voice.

"What do you think this year has planned for us?"

"Dadaaaa!" Heidi hums.

"Dada will always be apart of our lives, precious." Arvilla smiles and cups her sweet little face.

"What do you think will happen for us this year, Joe?"

Joseph and slaps his thighs. "Boobs."

"Oh goodness!" Arvilla laughs. "They'll be there, son."

Midnight.

Arvilla laid in bed watching the ball drop.
Both twins snuggled into her side sleeping peacefully.

Arvilla smiled down to her twins and whispered. "Happy New Year, babies."

She then looked up and smiled. "Happy New Year, Joe."
