First click the tap or hand button. Then that will pop up.

Then tap the little square. (To switch back when done click off)

Then paintbucket the wallpaper and then choose a different color.

Then simply drag your finger or stylus and these lines will show up.

When you release a square or rectangle will appear!

Do this a few more times using all different shaped rectangles and squares. Experiment with different colors.

Then use blur, smudge, or both and voila! The perfect background!
