"I think we should do what it says. We should look in the library..." Ashley swallowed nervously, hugging Chris's side as she tried to 'supposedly' calm down.

"Okay. Spill it." You sternly spoke, crossing your arms and glaring at them with the utmost of hatred. "What the hell did you two do to Josh? Did you seriously bring up last year? Are you both that cruel? Jesus Christ, what is it with you guys!?"

"(Y/n), I promise, I would never—"

"I mean for fuck's sake, Ashley!" You snapped at her sharply, shaking your head. "This is why I didn't want to come back here! Because you guys are nothing but a bunch of bullies!" After saying that, you stormed towards the stairs - spinning your head around to face them one last time.

"Do you really think we'd do something like that to—"

"The only reason I came back to Blackwood Mountain was for Josh, and that was it." You interrupted Chris coldly, "So why don't you guys just admit your feelings towards each other already instead and go fuck yourselves - literally!"

Copying Josh's movements from a few moments ago, you left them behind and headed into the Guest Room; deciding to cool off by taking a nap. After all, it had gotten pretty late, and you'd dealt with a lot of bullshit today. From returning to the lodge again, to accepting the whole anniversary thing. Not to mention the fighting earlier along with the mortifying memories of Hannah and Beth. So far, this hadn't been very fun. And you were extremely worried about Josh too...should you go looking for him? Chris did say maybe he should have some time to cool off, but still...that must've really stung.

Biting your lip, you shut the door and climbed atop the bed - not bothering to change clothes or snuggle under the covers. In your eyes there wasn't much point. You weren't particularly cold and you didn't trust the others either. Feeling your fury slowly - but surely - die down, you released a soft sigh and floated into the world of dreams; your exhaustion fading while you caught up on some much-needed rest and relaxation. Well, you tried to at least. An hour later Chris bursted into your room and called your name in alarm, shaking you awake and startling you immediately. What in the-? Was this another prank...?

Oh hell no. You weren't dealing with this kind of crap. "What is it now?" You tiredly mumbled, rubbing your eyes. "I'm not in the mood for another shitty prank. Is this revenge for before? Because believe me, I'm not going to apologise. You and Ash can go fu—"

"This isn't a prank!" Chris yelled at you, "This is not good...not good at all..."

"What isn't good...?" You asked sleepily, sitting up and moving your legs to the side of the bed. "Did Ashley turn you down or something?"

"This isn't about me!!" Chris shrieked wildly, "Ashley got kidnapped. I can't find her. I've searched the entire lodge."

"Kidnapped?" You repeated with surprise, your eyes widening while your distrust faded into the shadows. "Do you know who by...?"

"By some Psycho!" He clutched the side of his head and held it for a second or two, almost like it hurt. "He knocked us both out and when I woke up on the ground, Ashley was nowhere to be seen."

"We just need to come up with a plan." You tried to remain calm, wanting to reassure him and keep his worry to a minimum. "And fast. We'll find her though. This 'Psycho' couldn't have taken her that far."

"Yeah...Yeah." Chris unhappily sighed, staying close to you as you both left your room.

"Ash...? ASH?!?" He called out anxiously, the two of you walking downstairs before exiting the lodge.

"If a Psycho really did kidnapped her, I don't think he's gonna just let her answer you, y'know?" You replied with some sarcasm; raising your eyebrows whilst you guys started to search the snowy outside of the lodge instead of inside, considering he'd supposedly already searched all of the lodge for Ashley.

Ignoring your remark, Chris carried on; too het-up about finding and saving Ashley. "Ash! ASHLEY! Ashley!"

"Calm down, calm down," You placed a hand on his shoulder and spoke in a soothing voice, mulling over where Ashley could've been taken to. If not the lodge, then where?

"Anyone out there? Ashley?" His face was filled with fear - too terrified by what the outcome might be. "Ash...? ASH?!?"

A figure with a scarecrow/zombie/clown mask popped out at you both as you two went left in a split path. "Jesus Christ!!" You yelped and leapt back, frightened by the jump-scare.

"WHOA! What in the hell?" Chris also moved back, examining said figure shortly after.

"Who would do this?" You said with a wobbly voice, growing more and more nervous.

"Shit, I don't know." Chris sighed in despair, the male spotting the shed a second later. "Hey (Y/n), I think the only place we haven't checked so far is the shed."

"Yeah, you're right." You dipped your head as a nod and followed him into the shed; feeling anxious due to the ominous silence and overall unnerving presence.

"SHIT!" You cried out in alarm - seeing Ashley and Josh tied up behind some sort of cage.

"HEY! GOD DAMMIT!" Chris tried to break the cage with his fists, but his attempts were useless as he wasn't think properly.

"...(Y/n)...? Chris...?" Ashley faintly spoke your names, coming to her senses while she started to wake up and move.

"Ash I'm here!" He comforted her hurriedly.

"Please... help me...!" She pleaded - struggling even though her wrists were tied up.

"I'm comin' Ash - just keep talking to me! What happened?" Chris tried to get the truth out of his crush but she was too upset to reply.

"Chris, he tied me up... I can't move!" Was all Ashley managed to cry out, the dark-haired girl wanting nothing more than to get out.

"We'll help you, Ashley." You responded with a steady attitude, moving closer to the cage. "I promise. Just try to calm down, yeah?"

"Ashley I'm gonna get you out of this, don't worry!" Chris told her firmly, also moving closer to the cage and looking around for a way to free her.

"I'm really scared, Chris!" Ashley wailed, "Hurry, please!!!! Oh god, you guys! You have to get me out of here before he comes back!"

A light turned on in the room ahead of you - revealing Ashley and Josh tied up in chains on a wall. "Unnghh... Chris...? (Y/n)...? Are you there?" She called out with dread, sounding tremendously terrified.

"Hello." A dark-sounding voice came from somewhere, scaring you and causing you to stiffen up from fear.

"AHHH!" Ashley's tears streaked down her cheeks as she lost control; growing hysterical while her entire body shook.

"And thank you all for joining me." The voice carried on without paying any attention to Ashley's panic - this situation growing way out of control.

"JOSH! Oh my GOD JOSH WAKE UP!"
"Huh...? What...? What is this?"

Chris tried to open the door to the room where Josh and Ashley were trapped; Josh waking up and glancing around with confusion. "Tonight we're going to conduct a little...experiment. A sort of...test." This 'Psycho' continued.

"Ashley, (Y/n), Chris, what the hell is going on?" Josh exclaimed, looking afraid.

"I don't know I don't know I don't know...!" Ashley chanted in a high-pitched tone.

"Now for this experiment, we'll need the cooperation of our two test subjects... Joshua...and Ashley..." The Psycho casually explained - a gasp escaping your lips whilst you panicked internally.

"Holy shit. Oh my god." Josh swore with absolute horror, just as scared as Ashley.

"W-Wait, what?" Ashley stuttered slightly.

"But we're going to need more than one brave participant to help decide...which subject will live, and which will die." The Psycho clarified - you only just noticing the sharp saw in front of the two of them.

"OH NO! MY GOD, OH MY GOD, OH GOD, CHRIS! (Y/N)! GET US OUT OF HERE!" Ashley screamed as loud as possible, struggling desperately while she lost her composure.

"NO! YOU CAN'T DO THIS! LET ME DOWN FROM HERE YOU MANIAC!" Josh also yelled in an alarmed manner, wiggling too.

"Please. Please please, everyone calm down." The evil Psycho spoke in a condescending tone, "It's all very simple. Christopher, you will find a lever placed directly in front of you. All you have to do...is choose who you will save!"
