That's all this world is in your eyes. Never vibrant or full of life, just dull and empty. You never used to be this way, you use to see colors and be happy. But all that changed when everyone you knew betrayed you, fed you lies thinking you were clueless.

What they didn't know is you heard people talk, you paid attention to the eyes boring into you and all the solen looks they gave you. You knew something was up but didn't know what yet and you were gonna find out. But your gonna wish you hadn't.

YOu sigh and look down at your feet as you walk not wanting to see the dull colors but everyones bright smiles. You've forgotten what color looked liked after that day the colors slowly started to fade into the colors you see now. You looked at the time on your phone to see it's 8:43 pm, there has been a couple of murders recently and the police encourages everyone to make their way home early and walk in groups.

You didn't really care about the people that were killed, they were all assholes to you in high school because they were 'popular' and you were an 'outcast'. But it was all bullshit, the people that they always tormented were this group they all played video games and some went by their username and that wasn't 'normal' by their standards. So they were more outcasted than the outcasts, they were nice guys and they didn't deserve what happened to them.

You got to know one of them his name was Mitch and he was really nice you got partnered for a project. That was the most you had fun doing school work he even taught you how to play some games. You even think he let you win some because you sucked but you had a great time, even got to know his other friends. You wanted to stand up for them but they told you not to cause they didn't want you to get hurt. Especially Mitch.

You wonder what they're up to nowadays it's been 3 years since you've lost contact with them.

~Somewhere else~

A house is set in the middle of a forest. The people who occupy the house used to live in the town that is not far away from the forest. The group sit in a living room looking through a book, What book? A year book some faces crossed off other unmarked. "Okay guys who's next?" one asked as they continued to flip through the book they stop when they spot when they see a certain face.

"Hey guys remember her" the person holding the book pointed at a picture, they all look over his shoulder to see the picture. "Oh yeah (y/n) (l/n) she was nice didn't care what others said about her and us I wonder what she's up to now" one hummed.

"Hey Mitch didn't you have a crush on her?"

"What do you mean have he still has a crush on her," another guy said.

"Hey! No I don't"

"Wonder when we'll run into her again?" one guy asked.

"Bro were murderers what if she finds out."

"As long as we don't give off any red flags then I think we'll be fine."

~Time Skip~

Bright Light

That's what you saw when you woke up, you groaned not wanting to get up. But you had to go to work you groaned and got up and got ready.

You lock up and start to make your way to your job, you had a feeling that something was going to happen today.

You shrug and went to work. You work at a production agency editing videos the pay was good but the people that you worked with didn't make it as good. They were jealous of your editing skills because of the praises you get from your boss. You sighed and continued to work on a video, hours passed and it was finally your break. You sighed and logged off and went to the cafe down the street as you were walking you always looked at the ground as to not see all the black and white colors.

You grunt as you bump into a person "sorry" you said and looked up to see someone you haven't seen in forever.

Mitch

Your heart thumped and for a moment you thought that you saw a flash of colors before your eyes settled. Everything the same boring black and white. "W-wow hey Mitch right? I haven't seen you in forever" you exclaimed.

"Woah hey (y/n)! It really has been forever you look good" he said looking you up and down checking you out. You felt your face heat up "thanks, you look good too". He chuckled "do you wanna go for a bite to eat?" he asked you nodded "I'm on break so i got time".

You both caught up talking about the years you haven't seen each other "so what are you and the guys up to?" you asked. "Well we actually play video games and post them online and we have a bunch of fans". "Really! That's cool and sounds fun" he shrugged "it's cool but the editing is a bitch and not as great as I want it to be".

"Well if you want I could take a look at your video and edit it for you" you said "really? You know how to edit?" he asked you nodded "I work for a production agency that edit music videos, commercials and tv shows and sometimes movies. I'm actually the lead editor when we have big projects" you said. "I would like that and the guys would love to see you again" he said and placed his hand on yours and for a moment you thought you saw a flash of color. You shake your head 'i'm going crazy' you thought.

You look at the time and see your break is almost over, "I have to get back to work" you said he pouted and that made you giggle, you gave his a slip of paper "here's my number text me whenever you want to come over" you were second guessing yourself about doing this but fuck it. You leaned down as he was still sitting down and kiss his cheek "bye Mitch" and you walked out, your face felt hot but you felt so confident.

~Time Skip~

You finally got off of work 'thank god right?' well you had to walk home. Your neighborhood was okay in a way it wasn't bad but wasn't good either. There has been some crimes but it's usually just petty things like stealing packages and vandalizing. You felt like someone was watching you as you walked down the street and you didn't like that. You pulled out your phone and called Mitch.

Phone Call

Mitch- Hello?

You - H-hey Mitch its (y/n)

Mitch - hey (y/n) How's it going ?

You- u-um i'm walking home from work right now and I think someone's following me and i'm scared to look. You wanted to look behind you but you heard their footsteps following you.

Mitch - Where are you? He demanded.

You - On (street name).

Mitch - i'm on my way don't hang up okay. You could hear him running as you kept the phone to your ear.

You - okay.

You took deep breaths as you continued to walk trying to think about the person following you. You tried to walk faster but I think that the person caught on and started to walk faster. You still had the phone on and could hear Mitch running still. You let out a yelp as you were pulled and slammed into a wall making you drop your phone. "Let go of me" you said as you tried to punch him but he caught your wrist and held both of your hands above your head.

You struggle to get your hands free, the stranger chuckled "your a pretty one," he said stroking your face. You bit his hand and he pulled his hand back "you bitch!" he slapped you making you yelp. He placed hi shand on your neck and started to squeeze your neck. You struggled to get air, you were gasping and started to struggle harder. Tears started to run down your face and starts to turn red. Black dots started to invade your vision and your struggles started to get weaker.

Suddenly the man was thrown off of you, you take a big take of air. You placed your hand on your throat trying to take in more air. You slowly look up and see a blurry familiar checkered jacket but you could see a lot of blood and a knife in his hand. But you couldn't keep your eyes open and so you black out.

~ Another Skip~

You gasp and shot out of bed, you look around to see yourself in an unfamiliar place. You slowly got out of the bed and quietly made your way out. You make your way down the stairs looking around and you were fucking shitting yourself. I mean who wouldn't be you almost died and blacked out, then woke up in a strange place. "(y/n)".

You jumped and whirled around to see it was Mitch he gave a small smile. You started to tear up and let out a sob and started to shake, you ran to him and hugged him and sobbed into his chest. He wrapped an arm around you and with his other he started to pet your head. He whispered sweet nothings to you and kissed your head "I was so scared" you said "it's okay now he's gone, he won't be able to bother anyone 'ever' again".

The way he said 'ever' made a shiver run down your back but you didn't care what Mitch did to the guy, as long as he won't hurt anyone else. You look up and started into his eyes and you swore that you saw them flash red but everything was still black and white. You saw his eyes staring at your lips, you bite your lip as you looked at his lips too. He started to lean in and you did too and finally your lips met and it felt like the missing pieces in your life began to finally come together. You pull away and gasp, everything was colorful "what did you not like it?" he asked nervously. You giggled and pulled him into another kiss.

"I loved it" you smiled he chuckled "before we do make things seriously I have something to tell you".

You nodded and followed him into the room that you woke up in that seemed to be his. After hours of confessing, explaining, thinking and processing. "So... you and the guys became murders and started to murder the people that made your lives a living hell, that's a LOT to process" you said. "Yeah, i've always liked you since high school" he said you smiled "me too". You pulled him into a kiss and pulled away "I guess we could make this work and see how this turns out" you said. He smiled "let's go and see if any of the guys are awake they really wanted to see you again".

You got excited all the boys were happy to see you and you all had a good time hanging out like old times. Even though they were all a bit insane they were your friends and one the love of your life that made you see colors.

Honestly this really sucked i've lost interest in this book because i've stopped watching the youtubers that some of you have requested. But i'm trying to finish the requests that I have to complete this book and with college on top of this it will take a LOt of time but if anyone wants to help write with some of the one shots then that would be terrific but I hope you all have had a good day.
