Arms wrapped around your waist and a face buried itself in your neck. Your hands clasped around the other hands that laid on your stomach. "What are you doing up?" the deep voice asked his warm breath fanned across your neck making you shiver.

You gently trace your fingers over his "couldn't sleep?" you nodded, the man hummed. "You know I could help you with that" his hands moved to firmly grip your waist and pulled you tighter to him. Your face became hotter, he noticed and chuckled.

You pouted and looked away "sorry for teasing love" he gently kissed your neck. You smiled and ran your hand through his hair, it was a sweet moment it rarely happens because of his 'work'. But of course every tender moment has to have an end.

Gunshots were going off into the distance making his head shoot up. His eyes glowed red and a scowl appeared on his face, you started to sign to him. 'What was that?' he looked down at you and ran his hand through your hair and gently pet your ears that had rested at the top of your head.

Your tail now has made itself present and wrapped around his wrist. "Just some trespassers my love, I'm gonna have to put you in the safe room...okay" he said and pressed his forehead to yours. Your brown milky eyes bored into his without you knowing it making his heart beat. You nodded softly and let him lead you through the house.

He gently set you inside and kissed your forehead "i'll be back", he shut the door and hid it from sight. As he hid her from sight his face turned stone cold and left his home in the dead of night for 'work'.

Down deep in the woods was a group of hunters looking to hunt down the beast they had casted away from their village. "Remember men the beast she cannot see nor speak for we have blinded her in the past and living in isolation she never learned to talk, be on the lookout".

A deep chuckle rang throughout the darkness "a beast you say?". The men shivered and frantically looked around to spot who the voice belonged to.

"Show yourself!" a man exclaimed as he and the others frantically looked at their surroundings. "You and your men are more beastly than she is".

"We are no beasts, she is with those ears and tail of hers" the leader exclaimed.

A deep chuckle rang through the woods "if anything i'm more of a beast than her". They all turned to see a man leaning against the tree holding a glass of wine. He wore a white loose shirt and black pants but what stood out more were his glowing red eyes.

"Who are you?" The question made the man pause from taking a drink. The man smirked "my name is Mitch but refer to me as my killer name". Suddenly the temperature decreased making the group shiver.

"What is your name?" there was a pause, he disappeared and appeared behind the group. "Why it's BajanCanadian" screams rang through the forest all men laid dead on the ground except one.

"Why didn't you kill me" the man whimpered, shaking heavily from the killer's piercing glare. "You will go back to the village and tell the village to never step foot into these woods again".

"What about the girl?" Mitch threw the knife making it graze the man's head. "You will tell them she has a protector that will kill anyone who poses a threat towards her, like those men out there... got it".

The man nodded and quickly ran through the woods back to the village. Mitch watched as the man's figure disappeared as he ran further away. Away from his home where him and his wife sleep.

"Honey wake up" you open your eyes but of course you could still see nothing. "Everything is okay now" his voice always soothed you, making you feel safe.

"Let's go to bed" you nodded and let him carry you, you sniffed him and the scent of blood hit you making your nose scrunch up. "I'll wash up right now let's just get you to bed" you nodded and let out a squeak when he threw you.

Mitch laughed and pulled you into a kiss "go to sleep love i'll be back". Once you lied down you immediately began to fall asleep, he smiled and pet your head. "I'll stay by your side till you tell me to leave, I will always protect you till my dying breath my beautiful wife".
