I stop trying to attack him immediately. He... Loves me?

"W-What?"

"I-I love you, Reni... Would you like to live in my castle again? I'd love to know more about you."

I struggle, am I falling for fake kindness again? His smile, though, and his eyes... I feel that they are genuine. If he uses me, no one is to blame but myself.

"O-Okay."

"What?!"He shouts in surprise.

I nod at the scientist,"You heard right, I'm a criminal. I'm a murderer. I've killed many gods, but It's all part of my job. An ice god... They are powerful, but have trouble with controlling their feelings. I was different, so at first, everyone loved me. Then... I made my first kill. I kill like an assassin, I hate proper sword fighting. But I made a fatal error, and got caught. I was given a deal-if I can befriend all of the people in Yogsville, I can roam free again. Hopefully I can do it!"

"Why did you kill?"

I shook my head."They were corrupt, rotten to the core. Unworthy of being Gods, but society didn't notice that. If I mess up, I go to jail... If one Yog complains about me to Ridge, then I get sent back up..."

I see Duncan open his mouth before there is a deafening sound that comes from above us-the roof of the sorting system's breaking!

Duncan pushes me away from the falling rubble as his foot gets trapped underneath a big piece of stone. I gasp, if only I had asked him to put on his quantum armour... I see a shadowy figure emerge from the dust, a grin upon his face, like always.

"Ridge."I spit, as he laughs.

"I'm taking you back to the Aether, Serenity! Notch has decided that you have disrupted the peace. We've also gotten one complaint, so that's more than enough to send you back. Reni, you're coming with me."He looks overjoyed, I bet that he set it up.

"No!!"I hear Duncan shout as I give him a pained face.

"I guess... I failed. But..."I feel a sense of betrayal in my heart... Who would do this to me?

"If you're wondering, the complaint came from..."Ridge pauses.

"Who?!"Duncan cries, outraged.

"Toby."Ridge finishes as I flinch.

Toby... But why? Why would you do this to me? I hear Duncan growl in anger as he portals out, and Ridge grasps a hold of me, and carries me out of Duncan's castle, chuckling all the way.

I scream Duncan's name, and he screams mine. I guess he's the one Ridge was talking about...

I think I've fallen in love with the scientist I hated so much. I came here, intending to kill him, and came out... Loving him with all my heart.

"Consider yourself lucky, I won't turn you in quite yet. I have some experiments I need to do..."

I flinch as he takes me to his home."Experiments?"

I feel the wind against my face as he carries me, and his house... It was massive. A colossal spruce wood abode, but I thought of it more like a lair. It's oddly spherical, and is carved into a cliff face. She smirks at my expression as he flies inside, and takes me underground.

"What are you going to do to me?"I ask, knowing aggression would be useless against him."Notch knows all and sees all. He'd realise."

"He trusts me, Reni. He knows I can look after my own home, therefore he doesn't check it. No one will help you-to the outside world, this place is invisible. Notch won't give you your power back."He turns around and leans in, and whispers:"You're mine, Reni."

I shiver as he laughs, what a creepy guy. I know I can't die... As Notch will investigate, but Ridge is just as bad as the corrupt Demi-Gods, he was the next name on the list. I was going to assassinate him-if I wasn't caught. But I was. I just hope that Ridge doesn't do anything too bad...

As soon as Ridge left, I sigh. I was expecting him to do something to me... Cut me, burn me... I live in fear of what will come. I dread the things that e will do to me, but what choice do I have? Without my power, I am just a human.

I see Ridge come in, holding a bunch of supplies as he puts a chain around my neck, like a dog. He binds my hands and feet so that the only position I can be in was a kneeling one.

He separates my white hair over one shoulder, and the other. I flinch at his touch, and he laughs."Scared?"

I stay silent.

"Good."He senses my fear.

He pulls out a scalpel and cuts my cheek, and I bite my lip to stop myself from yelling out. The scarlet liquid rolls down my face, dying my hair red.

This is going to be a long night.
