Poonam turned on the store room lights and drops the CD beside his remote car. She smiles and called him "Aaru.."

He enters the room and picks up his remote car. His eyes fell on the CD, he picks it up and wondered what it could be. He turned to show it to Poonam but she wasn't present here. He moved out and searched for her "Dost.." he called her softly.

Poonam comes out of the kitchen with his favorite chocolate milk in her hand "haan Aaru.."

"Yeh mila mujhe" He showed the CD to her.

Kavya watched the duo from her room, she got tensed when Aarav handed her the CD. Poonam smiled "kaha se mila Aaru?"

"Wo neeche andhere waala kamra" he replied

Kavya was shocked "CD isne ghar mei hi chupayi thi.. Oh God! Iska matlab ise sab yaad aa raha hai.. No agar ye CD Vikram ya Poonam ne dekh li toh sab khatam ho jayega.." she gets tensed.

Poonam hands him the milk "Chalo tum dudh peeyo.."

"Lekin ye.." he was curious to know about the CD.

"Dudh peelo phir hum milke dekhenge ye CD thik hai?" she said

Aarav shook his head positively. He drank the milk and Poonam took the glass from his hand after he finished it. She hands the glass to Maria and said "tum raat ka khana banado maine jo bola hai wahi banana"

"Aaru chalo aap room mein chalo" she said

Aarav nodded and he went upstairs to his room. Poonam looked at the CD "ispe toh kaafi scratches hai.." she calls Vikram and pretends to inform him "haan Vikram.. Aaru ko CD mil gayi hai.. Don't worry kaafi purani hai lekin data retrieve ho jayega" she moves upstairs to her room with a smile on her face.

Kavya called Nitin and informed him about Aarav finding the CD. Nitin fumed in anger "nahi.. Itne saalo ki mehnat main kharab nahi hone de sakta tumhe kaise bhi wo CD destroy karni hogi"

"Thik hai main koshish karti hun.." she said and ends the call. She quickly moves upstairs and saw Poonam placing the CD inside her laptop.

She sighed deeply "ye CD toh bahut kharab hai kuch samajh hi nahi aa raha hai.. Manager ko bolti hun wahi thik karwayega"

She picked up her phone and called her manager "haa.. Ek CD hai uska data retrieve karna hai thik hai" she ends the call.

She eyed the door and Kavya hides. Kavya gets worried and thought how to get the CD from Poonam.

Vikram returns home and goes upstairs to his room. He changes and asked Poonam if Aarav is fine. She shook her head positively. He walked to his room and saw him doing the sketching. He looked at the sketch and gets shocked to see it.

It was a small room and a person in white coat was giving electric shocks to a person. Vikram looked at him and asked "tumhe bas aise hi sapne aate hai?"

He nodded yes. Aarav shows him another drawing and a smile appears on Vikram's face seeing it. It was of him and Poonam flying kite together "ye bhi dikha tumhe?" he asked

"Nahi.. dost hum gaye they na tab.." he said

Vikram sighed in disappointment. He ruffles his hair and asked "khana khaya?"

"Dost ne khilaya" He replied with a smile on his face.

"Vikram.. Vikram" the loud voice interrupted them.

Vikram kissed his forehead and also apologized "I am sorry Aaru.. maaf kar dena mujhe please"

He looked at him in confusion. Vikram took a deep breath and walked out of the room. He descended the stairs and glanced at Nitin "kya hai chachaji?" He asked in a firm tone.

Nitin forwarded him the file, Vikram held it in his hand and questioned "kya hai ye?"

"Tumhe Pune branch mein jaana hai abhi! Kal subah foreign delegates aa rahe hai aur tumhe ye deal final karni hai" Nitin instructed

Vikram refused "main nahi jaane waala hun.. Aap sambhalte hai na sab toh meri madad kyun chahiye aapko?"

"They are old associates and unhe tum better sambhal sakte ho.." Nitin said

"Main nahi jaunga aur ab Aarav na mere paas hai toh aap zabardasti mujhe blackmail karke kuch nahi karwa sakte hai" Vikram raged at him.

"Dekho already bahut loss chal raha hai ye aakhiri umeed hai warna tumhare papa ka hi naam kharab hoga" He tried his best to convince him.

"main nahi jaane waala hun" he refused. He couldn't agree to him instantly as this could create a doubt in his mind. He turned to move to his bedroom.

Nitin turned him around and stared at him angrily "Vikram jaana toh tumhe padega samjhe warna sirf ek press conference aur tumhari bachi kuchi ijjat bhi utar dunga main" he threatened him.

Vikram asked "Kya karenge aap? Bacha Kya hai karne ke liye? Mere bhai ko mental asylum aapne bheja lekin duniya ke saamne sara ilzam mujhpe laga aapne! Are jalil toh krte aaye ho ab baaki raha kya hai?" he nearly shouted at him.

"thik hai mat jao.. Hone do apne pita ka ma'am kharab meta kya jaata hai" Nitin spoke.

Vikram sighed deeply "Fine.. sirf papa ke liye" he said, he glanced at Poonam who was standing at the staircase. She descends the stairs and stood in front of him.

"Tum aaram se jao Vikram.. Aaru ko main sambhal lungi" she said

Vikram shook his head positively. He moves out of the house and sits inside the car. He drove off and exited the street. Nitin had a smile on his face, now he have to send Poonam away so that he could execute his plan.

Vikram stops the car just two streets away, Poonam's manager was waiting for him in another car. They exchanged the car and Vikram headed back to home. He parked the car at a distance from the bungalow, he took a deep breath.

He recalled his mother words.  "Vikram.. Kabhi kabhi sach ko samne laane ke liye agar khudko takleef ho toh bura nahi hota hai"

He turned off the engine and gets off the car.

Here back at home Nitin moves to his bedroom, Kavya said tensely "Nitin aaj hi humhe sab karna hoga.. Mujhe dekhiye kya sketches mile hai Aarav ke kamre se" she showed him the sketches.

He smiles "aaj hi sab hoga Kavya.. Bas Poonam ko sambhalna hai"

"Agar Vikram ghar nahi hai toh Poonam kahi nahi jayegi.. Par aap chinta mat kijiye use sambhalna mujhe aata hai" she said. She moved to the wardobe and took out the sleeping tablets.

She headed to the kitchen and saw her coffee mug. She mixed the sleeping tablets in them, Maria comes and Kavya goes to the other side pretending to get some snacks for herself.

Maria picked up the coffee mug and moved upstairs to Poonam's room. She handed it to her "ye lijiye bhabhi.."

"Thank you Maria.." she smiled. Maria leaves the room and goes out of the room. She completes her pending tasks and heads to the servant quarter. She goes to the back door and unlocks it.

Vikram enters inside and asked "kisiko shaq toh nahi hua?"

"Nahi Sir" Maria replied

Vikram walks through the corridor. He hides behind the partition and saw Kavya heading upstairs. She reaches the room and sees Poonam lying on the bed. She walked inside and tapped her cheek lightly to check if the sleeping pills worked. Poonam didn't move, a smile appears on her face. She searches for the CD in the room but couldn't find it anywhere. She scattered the room but failed to locate the CD.

She checked her laptop and it wasn't in it too. She locked the door from outside and shouted "Nitin.. Kamre mein nahi hai CD"

Aarav feels thirsty, he calls "Dost.." but nobody responses to him. He goes out of the room, he searches for Vikram and Poonam but didn't find them anywhere. He feels scared as not for long they leave him alone.

"Dost.." he calls out again. Vikram heard his voice, he controlled himself not to lose his patience. He can't reach out to him "sorry Aaru.. aaj mujhe teri pukar ansuni karni hogi" He places the small camera into the hole in the partition from where the entire hall was visible.

Kavya comes out of the kitchen and approaches towards Aarav. She hands him the glass of water "ye lo paani.. Peena tha na tumhe?" she said in soft tone.

He was about to hold the glass but Kavya pulled it back. "Paani chahiye na toh pehle batao CD kaha hai" she asked

"Dost.." he said in a low tone.

"Kaha hai CD" she yelled at him. A shiver passed down his spine, tears slips down his eyes. Vikram witnessed this throw the partition. He folds his hand into a wist to control himself from losing his patience.

"Nahi.. pata..." he said in a stammered tone.

"Lekin yaad toh tumhe sab aa raha hai na?" Nitin spoke from behind. Aarav looked at him completely bewildered.

Nitin walked to him and grabbed his arm tightly. It pained him, his eyes turned moist "dard.. Chodiye.. Dost.." he called out for Poonam and Vikram but none heard him.

"Natak band karo ye.. Tum nahi pehchante kaun hai hum haan?? Vikram aur Poonam kaun hai?" he shouted

He placed his hand on his and tries to free himself from his grip. The doorbell rang, he assumed Poonam had returned. Vikram also wondered who is at home at this time. Steven opened the door and Aarav gets scared seeing the person standing at the door.

"Aayie doctor sahab.. Aapka hi intezar tha" Kavya spoke.

The doctor entered along with his compounder. Aarav got anxious seeing him, he hits Nitin with other hand "chodo.. Ganda doctor.." he remembered the mental asylum horrible incidents.

Vikram's eyes turns moist, it was getting difficult for him to control his anger. Many times this must have happened in his absence and he wasn't there to protect his brother, today he himself had placed Aarav in this situation. What is the difference then between him and them? He shook his head negatively and thought "nahi main yeh nahi kar sakta.." he took a step but someone grabbed his hand and pulled him behind the staircase.

He looked and it was Poonam. She gazed at him "kya karne jaa rahe they tum?" she asked in a whispering tone.

"Nahi Poonam aage kya hoga tum janti ho.. No use kuch ho gaya toh?" he asked out of fear. Poonam cupped his face "Vikram.. Please itni aage aake hum peeche nahi hat sakte hai" she explained to him.

He denied "no.."

"Toh tum chahte ho ye sab zindagi bhar chalta rahe haan? Chacha chachi humhe takleef dete rahe?" she asked in a bit of anger but in low tone.

Vikram closed his eyes for a moment, she held his hand tightly and said "bas kuch der.. Ek baar wo sab confess karle phir sab thik ho jayega I promise"

Vikram gave up and shook his head in a yes. They remained hidden in their place and watched everything happening in front of their eyes.

Poonam remained strong, though she had a lot of anger in her heart for those cruel people but if she lost her control everything will be ruined. She is just waiting for them to confess their crimes then she will teach them a great lesson for troubling her family members.
