Vikram entered Aarav's room and called him "Aaru.."

He looked up at him placing the iPad on the bed. Vikram sat down beside him and showed the drawing book and colours. He placed them in front of him, smiles lightly and opened it.

"Mere liye?" he asked

"Haa" Vikram replied. He picked it up the colour box and tried to open it. Vikram takes it from his hand and opens it from him. Aarav takes out all the colours and made a sad face.

"Kya hua?" Vikram asked

"Karun kya?" he asked innocently

"Jo baat tum kah nahi sakte wo tum draw kar sakte ho.." Vikram explained

He nodded, Vikram said 'chalo bahut der ho gayi hai soh jao."

Aarav lays down on the bed and Vikram caressed his head lightly. Within a few minutes he falls asleep and Vikram remembered Poonam's plan to expose Nitin and Kavya.

Here Poonam visits the hospital and informed Doctor Dheer about her intentions.

He was shocked hearing her "Poonam it's really risky" he said in concern

"janti hun par yahi ek aakhri rasta hai! Aapse toh kuch chupa nahi hai doctor aap se behtar koi nahi jaan sakta ek patient ke parivar pe kya guzarti hai..  Main Vikram ko aur takleef mein nahi dekh sakti hun iss khel ka aanth karna hi hoga" she said determined at her decision.

Dheer takes a deep breath hearing her words. "please doc.. Aap pe bharosa kar sakti hun main" she requested him.

He takes out the report and began to read it.  "Poonam as a doctor I shouldn't allow this lekin main bhi nahi chahta wo log aur koi khel khele..  Bas ek baat ka dhyan rahe use electric shocks nahi lagne chahiye warna.." he said

Poonam smiled "nahi hoga doctor I promise" she picks up the reports and heads towards home.

Within a hour she reached and walked straight to the bedroom. She looked at Vikram who wasn't still 100% sure about executing plan. She hands him the report "Vikram ye Aaru ki report bheji hai doctor ne.. Aur maine unse baat kar li hai agar kuch hua toh he will ready" she informed him.

Vikram looked up at her "Poonam nahi karte hai na.. Main nahi dekh paunga" he said with moist eyes.

She grabbed her place beside him and held his hand tightly "Vikram main ache se samajhti hun lekin ye bahut zaroori hai we need solid proof against them" he said

"Uske liye Aaru ke saath ye sab nahi.. No" he denied thinking about the mental asylum scenarios.

"Vikram.." she tried to explain

"Please Poonam.. Tumhe sab bataya hai maine tumhare peeche yahan kya kya hua hai! Chacha chachi ke hawale Aaru ko karna matlab.." he got anxious with just thought of it.

She cupped his face "Calm down.. Vikram hum uske aas paas rahenge" she explained.

"Mujhse nahi hoga Poonam.. Tab haalat they par ab main jaanbujhke Aaru ko takleef nahi de sakta hun I am sorry" he remains adamant about his decision.

Poonam sighed in disappointment. She understood his fear but it is only chance to expose them.  

He held her hand tightly "tumhe nahi pata yeh 2 saal kaise guazare hai maine Aaru ke ghar lautne ki umeed mein aur tumse apne kiye ki maafi mangne ki.. main tumhe ya use phirse nahi kho sakta hun" he said

She looked at Aarav for a moment. "Thik hai jaise tumhari marzi.. Mujhe office ka bahut kaam hai toh tum aaj yahi so jao iske paas" she said and freed her hand from his grip.

Vikram agreed and Poonam got up from bed. She moved a bit and Vikram held her wrist "Aisa nahi hai ki mujhe tumpar bharosa nahi hai lekin main phirse nahi.."

She turned and smiles lightly "samajhti hun main Vikram.. Par kahi aisa na ho der ho jaye aur hamara Aaru hamesha ke liye andhere mei kho jaye"

"Matlab?" he asked

She looked at Aarav for a moment "Samajh jaoge" she left the room closing the door.

She entered her bedroom and moved to the study table. She sat on the chair and began to work. She thought "Vikram aaj raat tumhe samajh aa jayega kyun main itni zid kar rahi hun"

She called her manager and said "Mental Asylum ka wo doctor jiske under Aarav tha I want all his history.. Kuch miss nahi hona chahiye.."

"Jee mam ho jayega" he said and ends the call.

Later at night, Aarav gets reckless.

Vikram had been getting late to leave for Pune and Aarav had been troubling him so much.

"Aaru jaldi se khana khale mujhe late ho raha hai" he said

"Nahi.. pehle aap bolo nahi jaoge" Aarav said making a sad face as he doesn't like him going to Pune.

"Chote zaroori hai na.. Acha main jaldi wapas aa jaunga" Vikram promises him to return as soon as possible.

He still denies, Vikram feeds him the food and give him instructions "tang nahi karna chacha chachi ko ya kisiko samjhe.. Warna main kuch leke nahi aunga Pune se"

Aarav shook his head positively. Vikram kisses his forehead and moves out of the bedroom. He commences downstairs and smiled at Kavya "dhyan rakhna chachi agar thoda sa bhi pareshan kare toh mujhe phone kar dena main aa jaunga turant sab kaam chodke"

"Thik hai beta main aur tumhare chacha sambhal lenge" She passed him fake smile. Vikram touches her feet and left for Pune.

Aarav heads to the garden and rotates the tap. He picks up the water hose and began to throw the water all over the garden. Just then Nitin's car stopped and he stepped out of it. Aarav turned and the water splashed on him making him completely drenched in water.

Aarav drops the water hose instantly. Nitin shot a deadly glare at him "Andar chalo" he shouted

"Nahi Aaru ko khelna hai" he denies and again began to play with it.

After some time he enters the house and goes straight to his room. He gets shocked to see his favourite car broken. He bends down and picked it up making a sad face "Aaru ki sabse achi car toot gayi kaise? Aaru ne toh khela bhi nahi aaj" he said

"Maine todi hai" a anger voice ranged into his ear. He turns and sees the couple standing at the door.

They walked inside, Aarav gets frightened seeing them. Nitin bends down to his level and held his wrist tightly. "Bahar jo tumne meri baat na maanne ki galti ki hai iska anjaam pata hai na tumhe haan?" he asked

"Aaru toh bas khel raha tha" Aarav said in a low tone.

"Phir maine andar aane ko kaha tha na.. Kyun nahi suni meri baat haan?" he yelled at him.

"Daanto nahi bhai ko bataunga main" Aarav said angrily.

"Vikram ko bataoge?" he tightens the grip around his wrist and he winches in pain "bhai.." tears slips down his eyes.

"Shh.. chalo ache bache ki tarah ye injection lagwa lo." Kavya takes out the syringe and pours the liquid into it.

"Nahi.." he refused and pushes Nitin away. He runs out of the room and hides somewhere.

He was extremely scared, he doesn't like Kavya and Nitin behaviour towards him. They always trouble him in Vikram's absence. After a while, Nitin finds him and said "hide and seek over bhatije.."

He grabbed his hand tightly and pulled him from behind the sofa. Nitin pushed him hard towards the pillar and his head hits hard "aah.."

He drops down on the floor in pain. He cries helplessly, Maria sees all this and tries to call Vikram but her husband snatched the phone her hand.

"Kitni baar bola hai tujhe.. Chup rah samajh nahi aata hai" he threatned her

"God is punishing us for being silent.." Maria said in guilt and left to the kitchen as she couldn't see all this in front of her eyes.

Kavya injects him and glanced at him "Vikram ko kuch mat batana.. Warna unhe bhi aise dard hoga Aaru nahi chahta na bhai ko kuch ho haan?"

"Bhai ko nahi karna kuch Aaru nahi bolega" he said and began to feel dizzy.

Kavya takes out her phone and called Vikram. She starts her drama "hello Vikram.. Aaru bilkul baat nahi sun raha hai hamari"

Vikram felt the grip around his arm tightened. He opened his eyes and saw Aarav gets up recklessly while sleeping. He got up with a jerk with the horrible nightmare, he began to pant heavily. Vikram touched his face "Aaru kya hua haan?"

He was unable to explain to him and tears slips down his eyes. "Dost ko batao kya hua?" he said softly.

"Wo.. wo" he hugged him tightly not able to tell him exactly about the nightmare. Vikram caressed his head and calmed him down. Aarav felt secure in his arms and he shuts his eyes "nahi jaya karo chodke akele.. Bahut darate hai" he murmured.

Vikram's eyes became wide upon hearing his words, he parted the hug and places his head to the pillow. Vikram thought about his words and wondered what nightmare he saw. He slept with all the thoughts disturbing him.

The next morning, Vikram opened his eyes. He looked at the time and it was 9 am. Due to late sleep at night, he couldn't wake up early in the morning. He finds Aarav sitting and doing something. Vikram moves closer to him and smiles. The sketch caught his attention and his eyes opened wide.

He picked up the sketch, it was of a man being pushed to the pillar by another man and a lady standing with the injection. Vikram looked at him and he was scared "Aaru ye.. Sapna?"

He shook his head positively. A tear escaped from his eyes and now he understood the meaning of Poonam's words.

Vikram hugged him and moved his fingers in between his hair "I am sorry..I am sorry Aaru unn logo pe bharosa kiya jo tumhe maarne ki koshish karte rahe"

"Tum khelo main aata hun hmm.." He said softly and moves out of the room. He calls Maria and asked her to be in his room not to move even for a minute. She agreed and Vikram goes to his bedroom.

Poonam had been getting ready for the day. Vikram runs to her and hugged her from behind. Poonam looked at him through the mirror and noticed tears in his eyes. She placed her hand on his cheek "tumne kyun nahi bataya mujhe pehle use ye sab sapne aate hai.."

"Tumhe hi takleef hoti Vikram.. Main nahi chahti thi tum guilt ho kisi baat ka" She expressed her intentions behind not revealing Aarav's nightmares.

She turned towards him and he takes a deep breath. He shows her the sketch "nahi chahta main phirse ye sab ho! Chacha chachi ko apna har ek gunah kabool karna hoga.. Papa ka murder Aaru ka accident aur itne saalo se ye sab.." he sighed deeply.

"Pakka?" she asked

Vikram wiped the tears from his eyes and looked at her "haan.. Pakka! Unn logo ke darr mein na toh main jeeyunga aur na mera Aaru.."

He held her hand and said "tum hamesha sahi hoti ho par main hi.."

"Vikram kuch bhi ho jaaye tum peeche nahi hatoge samjhe.. You have to trust me 100%" she said meaningfully.

"I Do.. I am ready for it" he said as he had enough of them. Poonam smiles and shares further details with him.

A few days later, Vikram had placed Aarav to sleep.  He grabbed his hand tightly while caressed his head with other. A tear escaped down his eyes as tomorrow he will put his life in danger to set the family free from enemies.  "I am sorry Aaru.. Ye jante hue ki chacha chachi kya kar sakte hai main tumhari jaan ko khatre mei daal raha hun lekin yahi ek aakhri rasta hai hum sabki zindagi mein sukoon ka" he kissed his forehead and slept beside him hugging him tightly closer to him. He had fear in his heart of losing his brother.

Poonam witnessed it and she thought "Sirf ek din Vikram phir sab thik hoga yeh vachan hai mera tumse" she closes the door and moved to bedroom to sleep.

The next day, Vikram had gone out of the house for some work.

Aarav had learnt to control the remote car, it went into the store room. He moved closer and stopped in front of the door as it was dark inside. He is scared of darkness, especially after that incident that happened the other day.

He hears Poonam's voice "Haan Vikram aap jaldi se kaam khatam karke aayie Aaru thik hai"

"Dost.." he called her softly.

Poonam ends the call and smiles looking at him "Haan Aaru"

"Wo.. car andar" he said hesitated.

She understood his fear, she smiles lightly and moved to the store room. She turned on the lights, dropped the CD beside his car and took a deep breath "sorry Aaru but ye karna bahut zaroori hai"

She texted Vikram "sab preparation ho gayi hai.. Yaad rahe ye aakhiri baar hai phir sab acha hoga"

Vikram takes a heavy breath, he didn't want to put Aarav's life in danger but he didn't have any other option left. He promised himself "iss baar tujhe bacha lunga main..."
