"Aarav ko paagalkhane bhejo.." he could hear a few people shouting the slogans. Vikram sighed deeply, he moves out to see who are these creepy people.

Aarav takes steps and accidentally pushes Kavya. She held his arm and shouted "mujhe dhakka marega??" she hits hard on his arm with Nitin's stick.

Aarav comes out of his senses with that, he felt pain and cries "bhai..."

"Kavya ye kya kiya tune?? Ise abhi bahar jaake tamasha karna tha.. Hosh mein aa gaya hai ye puri tarah se" Nitin scolded her.

Kavya stared at him "bahut ho gaya.. aaj ise aap iss ghar se bahar kijiye aur bardasht nahi kar sakti main iska pagalapan.." she said angrily. 

Nitin touched him but Aarav runs out of the house to Vikram. He grabbed Vikram's arm tightly when he saw neighbours standing there. Vikram turns to him and noticed the calmness on his face. Vikram was totally confused at the sudden changed behaviour of Aarav.

He sees the blood on his forehead and touches it lightly. Vikram closes his eyes for a moment. Aarav realises he had actually hurt his brother.

"Vikram paagal hai tumhara bhai.. Isey mental aslyum bhejo tum Aaj tumhe maara kal hum sabko maarega..." the angry neighbour commented.

Aarav began to cry and denied "nahi mujhe nahi jaana bhai... main paagal nahi hun sorry Aaru ne aapko maara," he holds his ears and apologises to him.

Vikram gets tears in his eyes seeing his innocent brother.

He cupped his face with his palm "tujhe koi kahi nahi bhejega.." Vikram assured him till he is with him he will never send Aarav to mental asylum no matter how much he hurts him.

"nahi..wo chachi ne maara.. Aap jaate ho na bahut maarte they chachu chachi.." he finally revealed the truth to him.

Vikram was left shocked hearing his words, it was hard for him to believe that Nitin and Kavya could do something like that but he also knows Aarav never lies. He recalled how Poonam also doubted Kavya when their wedding photograph was in Aarav's hand.

He remembers every time he returned Aarav used to have wounds. All the while he blindly trusted them.

Aarav tightens his grip around him as he remembered how they forcefully feed him the milk that day. "kya karte they chacha chachi?" he questioned.

Aarav shivers, he denies "Aaru ne bataya toh wo aapko bhi maarenge.."

Vikran blinked his eyes for a moment, he was trying to digest whatever Aarav was speaking. Maria comes and said "Vikram Sir.. Aarav baba sach kah rahe hai unpe yakeen kijiye.."

Vikram eyed her and she spoke with such confidence. She pleaded with him to trust Aarav, and Vikram inhales deeply.

Vikram caressed his head and smiled lightly "nahi mujhe koi nahi marega Aaru.. janta hai na tere Vikram bhaiya kitne strong hai.. Jo Aaru ko pareshan karte hai main unko maarta hun na.. Bhaga deta hun"

He shook his head in yes, "Toh bina kisi darr ke mujhe batao kya karte they chacha chachi? Hmm??"

Aarav was playing with his toys, Kavya entered the room and said "Aarav.. Ye lo dawai khao"

"Nahi ye gandi hai.. Main nahi khaunga" he refuses to eat.

"Khao Aarav warna tum jante ho main kya karungi?" Kavya said angrily.

"Bhai ko bataunga main aap aaru ko darati ho.." he complained and walked out of the room.

He came to the hall while playing with his ball. He threw the ball and it hit Nitin, he glared at him and shouted "abe o paagal.. Kitni baar kaha hai yahan mat khel"

"Bhai ko bataunga main.. Aap gande ho" he shouted.

Nitin held him by the arm and twisted it behind. Aarav screamed in pain "aah.. Aah.. chachu chodo dard ho raha hai Aaru ko.."

Kavya comes downstairs "bahut dino se isne maar nahi khayi hai.."

Aarav gets scared more, Nitin beats him and Aarav gets hurt badly. He cries and Kavya warns him "khabardar jo Vikram ko kuch bataya toh warna use bhi aise hi maar padegi.. Aaru nahi chahta tha uske Vikram bhaiya ko maare hum"

He denies "nahi.. Mere bhai ko nahi maarna.. Aaru nahi batayega unhe"

"Good boy... chalo ab dawai khao" Kavya said and feeds him medicine.

Nitin calls Vikram and says "Vikram Aarav phirse tanki pe chad gaya hai.. Gir gaya aur chot aayi hai use khana bhi nahi kaha raha hai tum hi samjhao"

Vikram was shocked to hear Aarav's words. A tear escaped down his eyes, in his absence, they took advantage of his innocence. He blamed Poonam that she was here to harm him but in reality, it was his own family trying to harm his brother. Today he understood why Aarav never liked their presence around him. 

"Aaru yeh sab tune mujhe pehle kyun nahi bataya haan?" he asked

"aapko bhi dard hota na? Aaru ko acha nahi lagta aapko dard hota hai toh" Aarav replied with teary eyes. 

Vikram was left still at his place hearing him. Even in this mental state, his brother cares for him. 

After Poonam entered the house, he had hardly been aggressive towards anyone and Poonam not feeding him the medicines actually worked in their favour. He had begun to recall many things and was recovering.

Maria said "Sir.. jabtak Poonam bhabhi thi ye log kuch nahi kar paate they aap hi sochiye unke jaate hi Aarav baba achanak phirse waise kaise ho gaye?"

She tried to remove the blindfold of his trust on them from his eyes.  Vikram asked "main jab Poonam ko dundhne gaya tab bhi chacha chachi ne galat kiya tha?"

He hugged him tightly "haa.. Aaru ko dudh diya ganda waala aur chachi ne dhakka bhi diya bahut dard hua Aaru ko"

Vikram was taken back hearing him, "mai... main paagal nahi hun bhaiya bhabhi chali gayi aap mujhe mat bhejo" he cries like a kid.

Vikram was completely shattered, first, he got betrayal by Poonam and now his own family showed their true colours.

A van stops in front of the house. Aarav hides behind Vikram holding his shirt tightly. He was scared as he saw two compounders approaching him. Vikram stared at them, how the hell had they arrived? 

Aarav dug his nails into Vikram's arm. "bhai bhai ye mujhe le jayenge"

"nahi leke jayenge andar jao tum" He said and Aarav runs into the house.

Vikram shouted at the compounders "nikalo yahan se.. Mera bhai kahi nahi jayega samjhe tum log! kisne bulaya tum logo ko yahan?"

"Vikram beta.. Baat ko samajh dekh aaj usne tujhe hi maara kitna khoon nikal raha hai tere sar se bhagwaan na kare tujhe kuch ho gaya toh hamara kya hoga?" Kavya said shedding fake tears. 

Vikram glared at her in anger. 

The neighbours supported "haa sahi kah rahi hai teri chachi.. Padso mere bete ko maara tha.. Paagal kahika! Vikram tujhe use paagal khane bhejna hi padega"

"Nahi jayega mera Aaru kahi.." Vikram shouts as he now finally understood what Kavya and Nitin were trying to do. They are the ones who manipulated the neighbours and called the mental asylum person.

Kavya cries loudly "din pe din haalat bigadti jaa rahi hai uski jabse bahu gayi hai tabse toh Vikram bhi nahi sun raha hai hamara Aaru.. Vikram ko use kamre mein band karna pada tha itna out of control hua tha" 

Vikram shouted "chachiji bas kijiye.."

"sach tum aur nahi chupa sakte ho Vikram! ab ye society uss paagal ko yahan bardasht nahi karegi" the neighbour said

"jab wo thik tha toh aapki zuban Aarav Aarav karte thakti nahi thi Khuranaji? aap musibat mein they kya mere bhai ne aapki madad nahi ki thi haan?" Vikram confronted him

"ab wo khudki madad karne ke layak bhi nahi hai Vikram.." Khurana said

Kavya smirks as she managed to keep Vikram busy with neighbours. 

Inside the house, Aarav was hiding behind the curtain and looking through the window. How is brother trying to protect him, tears slip down his eyes. "bhabhi maa hoti toh wo bhi sabko daanti.. aise" he missed Poonam's presence. 

A strong hand was kept on his shoulder, he turned and it was Nitin. Aarav was about to scream but Nitin pressed his mouth with his hand "Shh... bhai ko bahar abhi maar padegi Aaru nahi chahta na aisa ho?" 

He shook his head negatively scared. Nitin takes out the medicine from the strip and forcefully feeds him. Nitin steps back and smirks "Aarav ab tumhe pagalkhane toh jaana hi padega.. Vikram se door. na wo tumse milega aur na tum usse mil paoge.. aur hum jab chahe jaise usey apni ungliyon pe nacha sakte hai" he said on purpose those words. 

Aarav stared at him in anger upon hearing his words.

The compounders moved towards the entrance "Sir humhe apna kaam karne dijiye humhe patient ko leke jaana hi hoga" one of them said

"wo nahi jayega samjhe aap.. mera bhai mere saath rahega wo mujhe maara kuch bhi kare uska haq hai! jayie aap log yahan se"  Vikram pushed them away. 

"Vikram humhe police complaint karne pe majbur mat karo! mere bete ko jaan se marne ki koshish ka ilzam laga sakta hun main lekin tumhare papa ki ijzat karta hun isliye sirf ilaaj ke liye aur sabki bhalayi ke liye tum use mental aslyum bhej do" Khurana said

"kabhi nahi" he denies. 

He hears some noise from inside, he runs inside the house and the scenario in front of him shocks him to the core. Aarav pressed neck of Nitin and shouted "mujhe mere bhai se alag karoge.. Maar dunga aapko main"

Vikram grabbed him and tries to pull him away "Aaru chodo inhe.."

Aarav wasn't listening to Vikram, he was extremely violent. He pushed Vikram and he handed it on the floor. A few people came and pulled him away. Nitin coughed badly, Kavya came to him and asked "Aap thik hai na.."

"Iska paagalpan din pe din badhta jaa raha hai.. Humla kar deta hai sabpe.." Nitin said in broken tone.

"Are iss paagal ko leke jao.." the neighbours shouted.

Aarav hears the sounds and those began to echo in his ears. The medicine effect was getting low and he gets scared seeing too many people around him.  He was clueless about his actions. He runs and hugs Vikram tightly. He began to cry "Aaru ko nahi pata bhaiya.. Kyun itna gussa aa jaata hai.. Aaru ko mat bhejo please.." Vikram was listening to him silently. 

"Aaru ko nahi jaana hai please bhai.." tears were continuously brimming down his eyes. Vikram notices the empty strip on the floor and realises Nitin had given him the medicine. 

Vikram glanced at his so-called family who have been taking advantage of his illness. 

Vikram smeared his head protectively and said "nahi.. Kahi nahi bhejunga tujhe main.."

"Aaru shaitani nahi karega.. Chachu ki maar bhi kha lega par Aaru ko nahi bhejo" he said.

Vikram's wound was paining, he could lose consciousness any minute "nahi bhejunga.. Tu apne kamre mei jaa.."

The vision in front of Vikram began to get blur, Aarav held his arm tightly and shouted "nahi jaana bhaiya..."

"Are dekho kaise Vikram ko takleef de raha hai.." Kavya shouted.

The compounders try to pull Aarav away from him but he held Vikram's hand tightly. Vikram said in a semi-conscious state "nahi.. Aaru nahi jayega kahi.."

"Beta jaane de jayega toh thik hoga.." Nitin said showing his fake concern.

The hospital staff drags Aarav and he lets go of Vikram's hand. Vikram sees blur image of Aarav pleading with him "bhaiya.. Nahi jaana Aaru ko kahi"

Vikram shuts his eyes completely and Aarav is taken away to the mental asylum in the ambulance. Kavya and Nitin wiped their fake tears and smiled at each other as their plan worked.
