It was Haldi Ceremony, Vikram was sitting in one corner while at the other corner, there was Poonam.

Aarav was standing in the middle and was confused about whom should he apply the Haldi first.

"Ohho Aaru ko toh dono ko lagani hai Haldi par kisko pehle lagau?" he said to himself.

Poonam and Vikram eyed him and called him at the same time "Aaru"

"Pehle main.. Bhai hun na main" Vikram said

Poonam glared at him "aaru.. Bhabhi maa hun na main.." she called him

"Ohho..aap dono Aaru ko confuse mat karo.. Aaru pehle.." he thought and digs his hands into the Haldi bowl "khudho lagayega.." he applied it on his face

Vikram and Poonam laughed as he was looking extremely cute at this.

"Are beta ye kya kiya? Khudko nahi bhai aur bhabhi ko lagao apne" Kavya said

"Kyun? Agar dono ka face glow karega toh Aaru ka bhi toh karna chahiye na.." he said innocently.

"Rehne dijiye chachi.. Ise toh har baat pe khelna hota hai chal aake laga idhar" Vikram called him. Aarav run to him and then applied the Haldi all over his face.

He then moved to Poonam and applied it on his one cheek. Vikram looked at him with an open mouth "ye kya baat hui Aaru? Poonam ko itna sa hi"

He showed his tongue and hugged Poonam. She ruffled his hair and Vikram admired seeing their bonding.

Kavya kept her hand on his hair and said "Aaj bhabhi hoti toh khush hoti.. Aaru itne saal se unki kami mehsus karta raha ab Poonam aa gayi hai toh.."

Vikram held her hand and said "kaisi baat kar rahi ho chachu? Maa ke baad aapne hi toh humhe sambhala hai aur Aaru ne mujhse aapse zyada pyaar kiya hai bas abhi wo ye sab bhool gaya hai.."

Kavya smiled, Aarav saw them together. He moved to Vikram and gave a push to Kavya saying "door raho mere bhai se aap" he shouted at her.

Vikram was shocked hearing him "aaru.. Chachi hai.. Aise behave nahi karte hai"

"Lekin" Aarav said but Vikram cupped his face "maine kaha na.. Badi hai aur bado se aise behave nahi karte hai chalo sorry kaho"

Aarav made a face, he looked at Poonam who also shook her head in yes. He said, "sorry.."

Kavya smiled "koi baat nahi beta.."

Poonam had been noticing Aarav's behaviour with Kavya and Nitin which was quite strange. She then remembered he behave in the same manner as everyone and rubbed off her thoughts "tu bhi na Poonam kuch bhi sochti rehti hai.."

"Beta chalo tum dono nahalo.." Kavya instructed them.

Both of them moved to their respective room to take bath. Vikram handed his phone to Aarav so that he doesn't get aggressive with anyone.

Poonam climbs upstairs to her room, she dusts off the Haldi from her dress and moved towards the bathroom but someone grabbed her wrist and pinned her to the wall. "Vikram.. Tum yahan?"

"Haa.. dekho na sabne humhe lagayi hi nahi ek dusre ko" he said making a sad face

She slapped his cheek lightly "acha isliye yahan aa gaye tum!"

She tried to move but he blocked her way by keeping his hand on the wall. She kept her hand on her waist and glared at him "Vikram jaane do mujhe.. "

"Nahi.." he moves closer to her. They were just a few inches away from each other. Poonam's heartbeat raised, she looked away and he touched his cheeks with her and the Haldi gets applied to hers.

He pinches her waist naughtily, she wraps her arms around his neck and they kissed each other passionately.

They parted away and Poonam eyed him with a smile on his face "Vikram.. Ek baat puchun?"

"Hmm.." he said while playing with her hair.

"Tumhe mujhe kitna vishwas hai?" she asked

"Ye kaisa sawal hai Poonam?" Vikram asked bewildered.

"Batao na Vikram" she demanded

"Khuse zyada Poonam.." he replied caressing her face.

"Aur mujhse pyaar kitna karte ho?" she asked

"Aaru se tumse thoda sa zyada karta hun" he gave an inncoent answer. She hugged him tightly and closed her eyes.

"Janti thi.. Par jitna karte ho na hamesha karna tumhare bina main nahi jee paungi Vikram.." she expressed her feelings.

Vikram smeared her head "main tumse pyaar nahi karunga toh kisse karunga Poonam? Aur waise bhi ab toh Aaru ne hi tumhe bhabhi chuna hai mujhe apne hi ghar se bahar nahi jaana hai.." he said with a light laughter.

Poonam looked up at him and smiled "haa.. Waise bhi Aaru ab tumse zyada meri sunta hai"

"Haa.. I am so jealous.." he said dramatically.

Poonam laughed hearing him and Vikram admired it. "Dekha aise hi haste hue achi lagti ho.. Aansu nahi" he wiped the tears from her eyes which were about to drop down from her eyes.

Aarav screamed a loud "Aah... bachao Aaru ko"

Both of them run out to see what happened. They came to the hall and found him climbing on the couch "aaru kya hua??" Vikram asked

"Chip..chi...chipkali" he shouted aloud.

"Ohh.." Vikram said but then realised what he said. He climbed on the couch with him "kidhar hai??" he rolled his eyes around and began to laugh "dono chipkali se darte ho?"

Vikram glared at her.. "T...um bhagao chipkali ko.." he said in stammered tone.

Poonam looked around and found the lizard on top of Aarav's head. Aarav cried "bhai.. Chipkali... Aaru ko kaategi hatao na.."

"Main nahi hilne waala hun" Vikram denied moving from his place.

Poonam said "tum dono hilo mat.." she moved closer to them, she lightly waves in front of Aarav's head and the lizard jumps away.

"Lo gayi chipkali ab uthro neeche dono" Poonam ordered them.

"Nahi.. pehle ghar se bhagao use hum dono neeche nahi aa rahe hai" Vikram declared and both of them sat down folding their legs up.

"Hey bhagwaan ye dono bhi na.. Kuch der mein mehmaan wapas aane waale hai mehendi ke function ke liye" Nitin said

"Koi baat nahi chachaji baithe rehne do dono ko aise.. Sabko dekhne do Aaru ke saath saath uske bade bhaiya bhi darpok hai" Poonam taunted

"Excuse me main darpook nahi hun" Vikram rolled his eyes towards her. Poonam raised her eyebrow and crossed her arms across her chest. 

Poonam moved upstairs to take a bath and then get ready for the Mehendi function. She returns in half an hour and sees Aarav sleeping placing his head on Vikram's lap. He caressed his head and she thought "Vikram acha insaan hi nahi acha bhai bhi hai pati hone ka bhi har farz nibhaya hai aur bhagwaan hai ki uski hi pariksha lete rehte hai.." she looked up at the sky and prayed to God her happiness remains intact.

Kavya smeared her head and takes her to the centre. The girl begins to apply Mehendi and she stared at Vikram. He signalled to her with his hands that she is looking beautiful and she smiled hearing it.

Vikram receives a text message from the police inspector. "Vikram.. Main pata laga raha hun kisne Aarav ka accident kiya kuch clues mile hai mujhe kuch dino mein pata lag jayega"

Vikram texts him back "Saahil.. Do it asap.. Mujhe jaanna hai kisne mere bhai ko sadak pe marne ke liye chod diya uss din he deserved to be punished"

Aarav opens his eyes, he sat up straight and looked around. Vikram smiled at him "ho gayi neend puri?" he asked

"Ohho aapne Aaru ko uthaya kyun nahi? Aaru ne miss kar diya mehendi ka function" he said sadly

"Aise kaise miss karne dungi main? Idhar aao" Poonam called him.

He jumps in excitement and runs to her. He sits down beside her and forwards his hand "Aaru ko bhi lagao"

"Aapki shaadi thodi hai" Poonam replied

"lekin Aaru ko lagani hai" he said adamantly

"Acha acha.. Lekin thoda sa.." Poonam said

The girl asked what does he want. Aarav tends to think and smiles "bhai aur bhabhi maa likho.."

Poonam's eyes were moist hearing him. Vikram whispered in her ears "I love you.."

She smiled sheepishly "I love you too.." she kissed his cheek and Aarav saw them.

He made a face and shouted "aap bhai ko kissi deti rehti hun Aaru ko nahi deti"

Everyone stared at him shockingly, Vikram looked at him "Aaru.. sabke saamne aise baat nahi karte hai"

Poonam called him closer and kissed his cheek "ye lo de di aapko kissi.."

Aarav smiles while Vikram ruffles his hair. Aarav was excited about the wedding tomorrow.
