Arabella's P.o.v

My only ally is dead.
She blew up yesterday.
I haven't seen Gavin at all.

Who's still alive?

The boy from one Kit.
The boy from two Luke.
The boy from four Lucky.
The boy from five Gavin.
I'm alive from District Seven.
The boy from eight Curio.
The last one is that girl from District Twelve, Bethany Gallows.

"Tributes there will be a feast in one hour." Diamond announced into the speaker.

Oh great.
I was hoping I had another day or two to prepare myself for the feast.

"The feast is mandatory, don't show up and you shall die a painful death." Diamond said.

Well now I have to go.
I'm basically going to be walking to my death.

I mean how can I win?
I have one arm!


I head towards were the feast is and I notice something move in the bushes.

"Show yourself." I muttered my hand on my knife.

"Gee, chill out Arabella." Gavin replied.

"Gavin? Is that really you?" I asked.

"No, it's the psychopath boy from District Two." Gavin remarked.

I can't believe I found Gavin.


"Let's go." I muttered as I continued heading towards the Cornucopia.

We finally reach it.
That's when I see a dome surround the Cornucopia and surrounding area.


"Tributes, Two of you must die in order for the dome to come down." A voice said into the speakers.

I can see the other tributes now, they are all looking at each other.
I guess they are trying to decide who will die.
I can tell from the looks on the tributes faces they are terrified of dying.

"I don't want you to die." Gavin whispered into my ear.

"You can't die either." I mumbled.

"Oh look, it's two little lovers." Luke growled, his weapon in hand.

"Leave her alone." Gavin growled.

Luke growled and swung his baseball bat at me.
That's when Gavin jumped in front of me, receiving a blow to the stomach.
There is no way he can survive that hit.
He's going to die because he saved me.

"Gavin..."I whispered, my eyes full of tears.

"I guess this is the end." Gavin whispered as he reached for my hand.

" I'm so sorry, I didn't want you to die." I sobbed.

"Don't feel sorry, I died saving you." Gavin replied.

I just shook my head.

"Oh seriously, you two are sickening." Luke growled, he swung his weapon again this time hitting me in the back.

"Leave them alone Luke." Curio muttered, his eyes full of anger.

"Nope, It's stupid to be in love in the games." Luke growled as he hit Gavin in the stomach again.

Gavin reached towards me, he was almost dead.

"Don't let me be forgotten." Gavin muttered.
I leaned in and kissed him on the forehead.
That's when his cannon fired.

"I should just put you out of your misery." Luke hissed as he ripped his weapon out of Gavin.

"Your a really rude person." I muttered.

"I'll take that as a compliment." Luke remarked as he swung his weapon at my skull.

I couldn't move.

All I see is stars and blood.

"You won't be needing your other arm anymore." Luke cackled as he swung his weapon into my arm.

All I feel is pain.

Gavin, I am so sorry that you died.
Now it's my turn.

Why is it taking so long?
That's when the world goes black forever.
