(Y/N) POV

Today is the day where I got discharged from hospital which means I get to go home. The hospital payment is already got paid off thanks to my dad. Miyuki was really happy to see me to be together with her again.

It was a calm evening with some birds chirping. Right now, I was sitting on the bench under the sakura tree at the park. I was enjoying the calming atmosphere and it was all silence except for the breezy wind flowing through my face until Miyuki called out my name.

Miyuki: Hey there, (Y/N).

(Y/N): Oh Miyuki. Fancy meeting you here. I'm guessing that you were really happy seeing me?

I then give her a heartwarming smile.

Miyuki: Ehehe~ Of course I do!

(Y/N): 'I giggled along'. Hehe... Well, come here.

Miyuki: Okay then. Mhmhm~

She then sat beside me as she begin having a conversation  with me.

Miyuki: So (Y/N)?

(Y/N): Hmm? What is it, Miyuki-chan?

Miyuki: 'She looked at me with a concerned face'. I was wondering that what would you do once we graduated from school soon?

(Y/N): 'I looked at her and stare at the blue sky'. Well... not much. Probably be just like an introvert and become a paid gamer or something. What about you?

Miyuki: Oh I see. For me? I want to find a part-time job and gain income for myself and my family.

(Y/N): I wish you good luck for that.

Miyuki: Ehehe~ Thanks, (Y/N)~ You are the best person I've ever met in my entire life~

There was silence afterwards. However, deep down in my heart tells me that I should tell Miyuki that I loved her. We've become friends, share our own memory together ever since we first met and then I decided to be a man and confess my feeling to her.

(Y/N): Umm... Miyuki?

Miyuki: 'She gives me a warm smile'. Yes (Y/N)? What is it?

I was a bit nervous to said the thing I wanted to, but I continue anyway. I looked at her with a deep red blushing face like a tomato. Her silky hair, warm personality, sincere intention and kindness toward me really makes me develop a feeling for her lately. As a true man, I decided to just confess my love to her and ignore my anxiety.

(Y/N): Ever since I become your best friend from the first day we met back then, I'm starting to fall in love for you and I keep thinking about you lately. You always be there for me, through thick and thin. You never felt disgust of me and here I am to tell you something.

The sound of wind flowing was calming, but I ignore that for a while and finally said the word.

(Y/N): Miyuki Kiyosuke, I love you. I love you so much and I'll never let you go. Will you please be my girlfriend?

There was a silence and Miyuki's expression turns into a frown. Negative feelings overwhelmed my heart as I know that I will get rejected.

Miyuki: I'm sorry (Y/N), but I can't.

Well there it goes. If that's what her reaction to my confession was, I guess that I'll just be a best friend for her. My heart just shattered into millions of pieces when she rejected my love. As I was about to leave and run back to my house while feeling disappointed, Miyuki stopped me by hugging me from my back and say the word aloud.

Miyuki: You didn't let me finish my words. I'm sorry (Y/N), but I can't... confess my love to you first.

(Y/N): EH?

All of a sudden, my sadness and disappointment disappeared instantly as I was shocked by Miyuki's words.

(Y/N): 'I froze for a while'. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHH?!?!?

Miyuki: 'She then bursted in laughter'. Hahahahahahaha! Oh boy! Your reaction was priceless, you know? Ehehehehe~

I turned around and looked at her as she released herself from the hug.

(Y/N): You had me in the first half, not gonna lie.

Miyuki: Yay! You fell for my joke! Ehehe~ Anyway, jokes aside. My answer for your question is... yes. A million times yes. I will be your girlfriend.

(Y/N): 'I give her a heartwarming smile'. Thanks, Miyuki.

Miyuki: By the way, what do you think about me that makes you fall in love with me? You better be honest, please.

Looks like I have to spill the beans, huh? I looked at Miyuki and get serious.

(Y/N): Your cuteness from how do you act as a shy person, your warmth, genuine and also kind-hearted personality. That's what makes me to love you, Miyuki.

Miyuki: 'She giggled'. Aww~ I see. That's so nice of you. Thank you, (Y/N). Now, let me tell you about what do I think of you. Hmm... where do I start? Your bravery to protect me even though you're skinny, 'I don't know if I should take that as an insult or compliment'. your warmth everytime we hug and cuddle with each other and also how do you treat me like a true friend does. 'She smiled'. Thank you, (Y/N) for never abandon me.

(Y/N): Oh... I understand. You're *sob* welcome.

I begin crying about how she said the word to me. The word that was a complete honesty, the way she speak in a caring tone and never felt disgusted at me manage to make me cry and fell down tears from my eye.

Miyuki: Hmm? (Y/N)? What's wrong? Are you... mad for what I said?

(Y/N): No. *sniff* It's just that... *sniff* I'm just glad... *sniff* I get to confess my feeling... *sniff* to you and you are willingly... *sniff* accepting it without any objection. *sniff*

Then, Miyuki gave me a warm cuddle while wrapping her arms around my chest.

Miyuki: 'She whispered'. Shhh... just let it out. I'll be here for you.

(Y/N): Thanks... *sniff* Miyuki.

Miyuki: No problem~

Belle: Well... how lucky you are, (Y/N).

We turned around to see Belle leaning at a nearby sakura tree. We stopped hugging each other as we looked at Belle.

(Y/N): Oh. It's you, Belle. What are you doing here?

Belle: Nothing. Just passing through the park. After that, I accidentally heard your love confession toward each other. So, I decided to sneak and eavesdrop. Also, congratulations from me. I wish you two will be together forever. 'She then smiled at us'.

(Y/N): Thanks, Belle. You are my best friend.

Belle: Ufufu~ No problem, (Y/N)~
By the way, have fun. I'll be going now. Bye!

(Y/N)/Miyuki: Bye!/See you later!

We waved at Belle as we face each other again. The winds was really calm and I like it. Especially when Miyuki is around me.

(Y/N): You look beautiful and cute today, Miyuki.

Miyuki: Aww~ Thanks, (Y/N)~ I always like you to compliment me~ Ehehe~

Her long hair flows well with the wind as she gives her most cutest smile to me.

(Y/N): Umm... Miyuki? Can I ask you a favor?

Miyuki: Sure. What is it?

She looked at me with curiousity overwhelming her.

(Y/N): Can we... you know... kiss?

Miyuki: 'She kissed my cheek in surprise'. You read my mind so well~ Of course~

I cupped her cheek and finally, it happened. Our first kiss under the beautiful sunset and the sparkling star. It was full of love and I feel like the world stopped spinning for a while. We stopoed kissing to breathe for air. As the sky turn into blue night with full moon starting to show up, we walked home together... while holding our pinky finger together. Suddenly, Miyuki spoke up.

Miyuki: Umm... (Y/N)? I have a request.

(Y/N): 'I looked at her'. What is it, Miyuki?

Miyuki: C-Can we not use the "boyfriend" and "girlfriend" thing? I'm just feeling not really comfortable with it.

(Y/N): Why is that?

Miyuki: Well... the term "boyfriend" and "girlfriend" has "end" which means one day, our relationship as a couple would end. That's why I want us to use other word like... love couples. Can I?

I pat her hair as she was surprised by this.

(Y/N): 'I giggled'. Ehehe. Of course. Anything for you.

Miyuki: Mhmhm~ Thanks, (Y/N) darling~ You are the best.

Oh boy. What a greatest day in my life. I won't ever forget this beautiful day with my new gi- I mean, lover... Miyuki Kiyosuke.
