Calypso

As soon as we had arrived at the Olympus Coorperation I had begun growing a garden.

It was only small, a few pots and a small window box. But it made me feel more comfortable with the unfamiliar surroundings.

I had always loved plants. As a child I grew plants in my bedroom. I had also always wanted pets, but my mother had never allowed me to have any.

This had always annoyed me, but I was content with my plants.

One morning, two weeks after we had recovered Luke from the Princess Andromeda, I was watering my plants.

Leo was sitting on our bed watching (No matter how many times I had told him I hated being watched whilst I worked).

I noticed one tulip that was beginning to wilt. I brushed my hands over the petals. When I took my hand away the flower was good as new.

I dropped my watering can in shock as the flower began to grow even bigger and blossom even more beautifully.

And that was how I discovered my powers.

"Percy you're blowing this all out of proportion!" Annabeth's voice could be heard through the wall of mine and Piper's bedroom as she and Percy argued.

"Annabeth, they're trying to use us! I can't believe you don't see it!" Percy snapped back. I had never heard him snap at anyone like that, let alone at Annabeth.

"You're paranoid!" Annbeth replied.

"This has been going on for hours," Piper murmered.

"I know," I nodded, "Have you got any sleep?"

"No," Piper replied.

"I am not paranoid Annabeth!" Percy's voice rose.

"Yes you are!"

"I am not; I'm just the only one who can see that we're being used!"

"No wonder you haven't gotten your powers yet!" Annabeth snapped back.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Percy replied quickly.

There was a short pause before Annabeth replied, she spoke very quietly, "Get out."

"Gladly," There was another pause before the door of their room could be heard opening and then slamming shut.

"What was that," Piper murmured.

"I have no idea." I replied.

"You should go and talk to him," Piper told me.

I nodded and swung my legs off of the bed and walked out of the room to see Percy with a blanket and a pillow trying to get comfortable in the hallway.

I sat down next to him.

"Are you okay?" I asked him.

He didn't reply.

"That was a pretty big argument," I mused.

He still said nothing.

"Percy, I know that you're worried about all of this, but we can't let the TITANS win. This is the only way that we can do it, I don't trust them either, and I know full well that Annabeth doesn't. But we've got to help the Gods defeat them. Otherwise the TITANS will literally destroy everything."

Percy still didn't say anything. I got to my feet and patted him on the shoulder.

"Good talk Percy." I headed back to bed.

I'm so excited. My new dart 18 arrived today, she's so pretty and I seriously can't wait to sail her!
