Chapter Seventeen: A Punch in the Face

All I Need - The Frights

Millie's P.O.V

"You lost your vir-" I quickly cut Sadie off by covering her mouth with my hand. I look around seeing if any people were looking. I saw a couple of people staring with confusion but ignored them.

"Couple you be any louder?" I ask Sadie with a whispered tone. I looked at Noah who was standing next to Sadie staring at me with his jaw wide open. The three of us were inside the school's hallway standing in front of my locker. School hasn't started yet but we still have a couple minutes left.

"Sorry," Sadie says with the same whispering tone as me.

"So Finn took your virginity?" Sadie asks with her eyebrows close together. I look down at my feet nodding yes.

"And you let him?" Noah asked finally speaking. I slowly nod again.

"Why?" Sadie asked.

"I think I'm in love him," I said a shocked expression avoiding their eyes. The bell rang causing Sadie and Noah to stop their questions.

"We have to talk more about this later at lunch alright?" Sadie asks. I nod my head and head to my first class on the day.

Finn's P.O.V

The scent of sweat and strong clones spread through the guy's locker room. Mist from the running showers made the place harder to see. The loud voices of every guy in the room echoed. Caleb and I just finished running a mile in P.E. We had lunch next which made a lot of guys eager to change fast. 

Once we were done showering Caleb and I head to our lockers. While Caleb and I were changing I suddenly heard a familiar voice. I glance around the locker room spotting Jacob with a mischievous smirk on his lips as he talks to his friends. Once I was done changing the memory of Jacob flirting with Millie made me give him a death glare. His locker was only across from mine which made me hear every word we were saying.

"I'm telling you, man, she's fucking hot!" Jacob says to his friends. I scoot closer to there conversation eager to hear what Jacob has to say. 

"The way her hips move every time she walks turns me on so much," Jacob's friends became more interested in hearing what else he has to say about this girl.

"What's this bitches name?" One of his friends asked. 

"Millie," Jacob says with a wider smirk. All my attention was suddenly on Jacob.

"I wanted to fuck her so badly!" Jacob says. Anger boiled through my body. I ran up to Jacob grabbing the collar of his shirt and shoving him against the lockers. This grabbed everyone's attention in the locker room. 

"The fuck did you just say?" I asked breathing heavily. Jacob's shocked expression quickly turned into a mischievous smirk. Jacob chuckles at my actions making me even more angrier.

"I said I wanna fuck that bitch of yours," Jacob says pushing me away from him. 

"Dude, it's not worth it," Caleb says grabbing my shoulder. Anger was still flowing through me. The way Jacob talked about Millie made me hate him even more. I angrily shove Caleb's hand off my shoulder. I bring my hand into a fist and throw it right at Jacob's. Jacob fell on the ground with a red mark on his cheek. A crowd of guys surrounded us eager to see what's happening. My eyes were still locked on Jacob's stupid face. Jacob slowly gets up from the ground with a pissed expression on his face concentrating on me.

"What is she? Your bitch or something?" Jacob asked annoyed.

"Stop calling her a bitch," I said slowly stepping closer to Jacob challenging him.

"Why not?" Jacob asks crossing his arms.

"Because she's not," I yelled as I push him again. Jacob chuckles again leaning against the lockers as is he was high. "You shouldn't have done that," He said as he stared at his feet.

"Or what?" I asked crossing my arms this time.

"Or this will happen," Jacob suddenly swings his arm at me causing me to lose my balance but quickly catch it. Pain was flowing through my cheek from Jacobs hard punch. Loud cheers came from the guys calling out Jacob's name and mine. I threw a punch at him but missed. I felt a hard pressure hit my stomach making me hunch from the pain. I quickly straight up making a perfect shot at Jacob's stomach this time making him crouch down. 

I kicked the side of him making him moan in pain. He slowly gets up from the grownd punching me right in the nose. I feel liquid dripping down my lip I see red drops falling to the ground. It was blood, my blood. More anger flowed through me making me push Jacob to the guy's locker room exit. The amount of force I put on him caused his head to be hit against the door that leads us to the school's hallway. I grab the collar of his shirt lifting him up to be the same height as me. 

"Don't ever call Millie a bitch," I said aggressively. He chuckled again but seems to act dizzier.

"No, I won't" I push him even harder causing the door to be pushed wide open making him fall to the grown of the school's hallway. This caught several people's attention. A crowd of people surrounded us. I pulled Jacob back up from the ground and threw a hard punch right at his nose causing blood to drip just like mine. I suddenly feel Jacob push me against the wall ready to punch my bloody face.

"STOP!"

Millie's P.O.V

My friends and I decided to sit at Finn's table today. It was lunch time but for some reason, there weren't as many people as there usually was in the cafeteria. Noah and Grace were giving each other makeup tips while Sadie and Maddie were sharing fashion choices. 

And then there's me not choosing to socialize but just stare at my phone and listening to music. I really wish Finn's here. Where the hell is he anyways. I suddenly hear running footsteps coming toward us. I see Gaten run causing his curly hair to bounce with a worried expression. 

"What's wrong?" I asked as he reached our table.

"It's Finn," I quickly get to my feet following Gaten through the school hallways. I giant crowd of students was surrounding something or someone. Phones were in the air filming everything. I look through the people's phones seeing Finn and Jacob fighting. I quickly go through the crowd of people finally able to see Finn and Jacob. 

Finn's face was filled with blood from punches. I turn to Jacob seeing him with an, even more, bloodier face. Finn was suddenly shoved against the lockers and falling to the ground by Jacob. Jacob makes his hand into a fist ready to punch Finn. My heart raised knowing what's going to happen next. I quickly run between Finn and Jacob with Finn behind me.

"STOP!" I yell. Jacob blinks a couple times trying to adjust what he's seeing right now. 

"Millie, what are you doing?" Finn asks grabbing my wrist.

"Not letting you get hurt," I said giving Jacob a death glare. Jacob slowly lets go of Finn's collar and gets up from the ground. I give a breath of relief and turn back to Finn. I place both my hands checking the red marks on his face and the blood dripping from his nose.

"Are you alright? Did you get hurt anywhere else? Do you need me to take you to the nurse?" I ask worriedly checking his body up and down to see any red marks. I feel Finn place his hand on my cheek and leans closer to me.

"Millie, I'm fine." He says and gives me a soft peck on the lips. My lips slowly turn into a smile as he pulls away.

"What is going on here?" I look up seeing Mr. Volts, the schools principal, walking up to us. Students scattered away acting as if nothing happened. 

"You, you and you, come to my office right now," Mr. Volts says as he points at me, Finn and Jacob.

"Wait, Mr. Volts, Millie had nothing to do with this," Finn says as he gets up from the ground. 

"Very well, but you two come to my office," Both Finn and Jacob follow Mr. Volts through the school hallways. After a couple minutes, I slowly head to Mr. Volts office waiting at the front door so eager to see Finn again. I peeked through Mr. Volts office seeing Jacob and Finn sitting in front of Mr. Volt. Both were arguing with each other but was quickly stopped by Mr. Volts. After a long talk with Mr. Volts, both buys were excused to leave. 

Jacob leaves first spotting me but quickly looks away ignoring me. Finn later came out of the room making me run to him. I quickly wrap my arms around him squeezing me tight. He wraps his arms around me and rests his chin on my head while a rest my head against his chest. I slowly let go of the embrace and check his bruised face. 

"Is the nurse here?" I ask.

"She's at her lunch break," Finn said annoyingly.

"Let's go," I said grabbing his hand leading him into the nurse's office. I turn the door nob of the nurse's office realizing it's open. 

"I guess the nurse never lockers her office," I said leading him inside. I flock the lights open showing a small room that only provided two beds. Several tools were placed in the room.

"Go sit," I said pushing him toward one of the beds.

"Mills you don't have to do this," Finn says walking up to me.

"Yea, I don't but I want to," I said pushing him back on the bed. I hear him chuckle as I grab several cotton balls and a bottle of liquid that helps heal cuts. Finn sits on the bed with his feet dangling. 

"So what did Mr. Volts say?" I ask as I place all the things on top of the bed beside him.

"Three days of suspension and two weeks of detention when I come back," Finn says as he looks around the room. I shake my head with disappointment fix up the things that were sitting next to Finn. I bight my lips as I lean closer to him to take a closer look at the red marks and cuts on his face. I suddenly notice his eyes staring at my biting lips. I quickly look away feeling my cheeks warm up. I grab a cotton ball and place the liquid on the cotton ball. 

"So how did this start?" I ask avoiding eye contact.

"Jocab started talking about you," Finn stated. I raise an eyebrow at him. 

"And what did he say?" I ask while dabbing the cotton ball on the cuts in his face.

"Some dumbass things," Finn says still staring at my lips then to my eyes.

"Like?" I asked. He gives a stressful breath and looks back at my lips.

"He wanted to fuck you," I roll my eyes at Jacobs stupid comment. I place my hand on his cheek making his eyes look at mine.

"Finn you could have ignored that stupid comment. If you did none of this would have hap-" I was suddenly cut off by Finn's lips that were pressed against mine. My stiff body fades away as Finn pulls me closer to him. Finn slowly pulls away leaning his head against mine.

"I would never let anyone hurt you," Finn says with a serious expression.

"I know," I said back and quickly pulled him back to me placing my lips against his.
