Ink's P.O.V

...Cross

"Oh! Hey Ink! How's life?" She said,
"Heh, It's been great! What about you?" I replied still looking for Dream,
"Oh, I've been going well, Error and Dream have been helping me with my AU so far!" Cross replied
"Oh, speaking of Dream, have you seen him?" I asked looking around,
"Oh! He's at the food table," She began, "What's wrong?"
"Nothing, I'm his dance partner for tonight, isn't that AMAZING!?" I squealed, but Cross didn't have the same reaction I had. Her face looked like she was broken, and her eyes were just pitch black,
"Um...Cross? Are you okay?" I questioned waving my hand in front of her face until she comes back into reality again,
"O-Oh! Sorry about that! Just zoned out, that's all! Hehe..." She said nervously chuckling at the end,
"Well...I'm gonna go look for Dream, see ya!"
I said heading to the direction of the food table,

"Yeah...see ya Ink..."

Cross' P.O.V

I was HEART BROKEN

One of my closest friends went to the dance with DREAM...the person who stole my heart...

I ran crying silently while hiding my face from people to see me...well...most of them,
Dream saw me and started chasing me...Dammit,
"CROSS!" I heard my name being yelled in the background as I kept running, and then I finally managed to escape the big building, but Dream kept running after me, until I tripped on a rock, making me fall and twist my ankle,
"AHH FRISK!" I yelled in pain, making Dream hear me,
"Cross!? What happened!?" He said looking at my twisted ankle, gross...
"I-I tripped a-and twisted m-my ankle" I stuttered seeing as Dream's face was really close to my face, making us both blush,
"Oh, okay, don't run next time! Also, why were you crying?" Dream questioned me,
"...I can't tell you that..." I answered back at him in a sort of mad tone, making Dream mad, he grabbed the collar of my jacket and shouted at my face inches apart,

"Tell me!"

He shouted at me in a tone I've recognised before, but not from him, but from nightmare instead, and...it came out,
"CAUSE I WAS JEALOUS OF INK YOU DUMBASS!" I quickly covered after yelling at him, his face was shocked and his eyes were pitch black, just like when Ink told me about Dream, "Oh god uh...BYE!" I told him before teleporting to my AU, with my ankle still twisted.

(BTW Cross' AU is mostly fixed but the ruins and hotland arent built yet so think of undertale but black and white.)

Dream's P.O.V

I was shocked

Cross...LIKES ME!?!?

A Ton of questions went into my head about Cross telling me about Ink, but...one of those questions were...

"Do I like Ink?...or Cross?"

I then teleported back to the dance, seeing ink waiting fore after I told her I had to go somewhere,
"Hey Ink, uh...I got somethin to tell ya..." I said,
"Oh? What do you want to tell me?" Ink asked,
"Well, Cross got her ankle twisted and I need you to partner with Cross' partner," I answered,
"Who's Cross' partner?"

"I'm Cross' partner"

Sorry bout not updating much. I'm in Indonesia right now and I actually slept for the whole day so updating might be a bit slow but I'll try to update as much as i can!
