Bluescreen
Gradient POV
It took a few days for dad to convince mom to let us go back to school. She wasn't happy about us going back after what happened last time. Before we left she hugged us tightly. "Be safe you two I can't loose anyone else." She said. Dad took us to school and when we went in I saw a new boy. His smile was...amazing. "Bro...bro...earth to Gradient!" Pj said. "You've been staring at the new kid for 10 minuets I'm calling him over and you are gonna talk to him!" He said. He called the new kid over and when he got there I blushed. "Hello I'm Bluescreen. You two must be Gradient and Pj...I...heard what happened and...I'm sorry those kids treated you that way Gradient...how do you feel now?" He asked. His voice was so soft. "I-I uh...I-I'm...fine." I replied. He blushed. "T-that's good." He replied. We stared at each other for a minuet. Then the bell rang. "U-uh i-i guess we should get to class." I said. "Y-yeah." He replied. He walked away and Pj and I began walking to our class. "Someone's got a cruuuuush." Pj said. "S-shut up." I replied. As the day progressed and we were about to get in the car Bluescreen walked up to me. "Um...uh..." he tried to say something but his whole face lit up Blue and he just gave me a piece of paper and ran. I looked at it and it said "your cool wanna hang out sometime?" I blushed and smiled. "What's it say?" Dad asked. "N-nothing!" I replied. I put the note in my pocket and got in the car. "Gradient has a crush on the new g-" I covered pjs mouth. I didn't want him to tell dad. "Girl or guy? I won't judge." Dad said. "I-uh-I-" I couldn't speak. When we got home I ran to my room and locked the door. I then laid on my bed and looked at the note. I cried. I didn't know what to do anymore. I have a crush yes but I'm to shy to say anything. Mom unlocked the door with her magic and hugged me. "Oh Gradient...I know how you feel...crushes...can be a hard thing to deal with. But we are happy that you finally found someone that isn't family you love." She said softly. "M-mom...w-wh-what do I do?..." I asked. "Be yourself. If he doesn't like you for you he isn't good enough for you." She replied. "I love you mom..." I said. "I love you to Gradient." She replied.
