Chase.

It had been 3 years. 3 years since I was fired. 3 years since I ran away from home. 3 years since my last murder. It was time to stop running. They weren't chasing anymore. I could finally start living my life the way I wanted to live it. No one could stop me, and most importantly no one would dare to.

The isolated concrete building which stood across the street looked like a good place to crash the night. Large shattered glass windows and small cracks which surrounded each area of the wall in which I laid my eyes upon. Each step quieter than the last. Each blink quicker than before. It looked like something out of a teen horror movie, which made it perfect for me.

Footsteps which echoed through the dull corridor lead me towards a great room with an extraordinary view of the outside world. Spacious and surprisingly warm, I didn't want to leave. Old photos of the public which had owned this place before were left broken in frames on the wooden floor. They looked familiar. Like the people I had met in prison a long while back. A story of murders which had inspired me to do what I do best. Following in their footsteps would be an honor. Maybe I should start up the famous business again... a business of tattoos, lies and death.

And so that I was I did. I made each purchase worth it. New ink, but old needles. New decoration, but old photos. New future, but old habits. Oh and one thing I forgot to mention. Poison. Poison in which I would inject into the needles as well as the ink and then inject into the skin of a human looking for a new design. Murder. Oh no that isn't what I would call it. I'd call it creativity. Combining the two things I love most. Art and the human body. Killing was just a way of excitement that ran through my flesh and escaped into my hand. Controlling everything that I did.

I did a good enough job transforming this old shack into the perfect killing spree disguise. Making memories and replaying the way each victim slowly dies in my head. The bright colors and inviting wall art would bring in my first customer any minute now and I wouldn't miss it for the world.
